They were here within an hour and Mark was amazing. He’s not an appliance guy, but he was able to troubleshoot and figure out the issue with a smile. Had a backed up pipe late at night. They sent technician Mark out to help. What we thought was a simple clog ended up being more complicated. He was able to figure it out and stayed past midnight to make sure he fixed the problem. We are very grateful for his hard work. Much thanks!

The technician showed up and was very informative and worked with us on how best to resolve our issue. He was able to clear our main blockage but went above and beyond making sure the toilets would flush without backup and the showers would drain. That is when we realized we also had an internal problem and without hesitation he decided it was best to pull the guest bath toilet and try and access the clog that way. He was successful and even replaced our wax ring to relieve that hard ache for us as well.

Very slow clogging type drain in bath tub of kids bathroom for a couple of weeks. We tried draino and a DIY snake. Nothing worked. Called Roto. Came within 2 hours. Late appointment 8:30pm. Fast. Efficient. Got the job done. Pulled out a small kids face towel that caused the clogging. Cleaned up. Very convenient and professional.

Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment, I received a phone call the day of before our appointment to let us know the tech could come early. Roto-Rooter was called because I found water puddles in bedrooms. They came out same day within an hour. Ashley detected water damage in walls and helped file a claim with my home owners ins. John came in and located the leak that came from my water heater pipes that ran along inside bedroom walls. He also found unnoticed water damage I didn't see. Mark then came in and repaired the leak. He did an awesome job. All within the same day. Their team work was outstanding. I also felt their service fee was very reasonable. I 100% recommend their services and I will definitely call them for future services.

Our shower fixture was dripping and we couldn't get it to stop. It was after 5pm and we called roto rooter, they came as promised within the hour. Mark was the plumber and he came and assessed the situation and knew right away what the problem was. He went and got the part and was able to fix the drip for a good price. Amazing service. I had a blown water heater on a Friday night and Mark showed up on time and got right to work. He walked me through the repairs needed and made improvements on previous work done to get us back up and running. Very personable and helpful. I would recommend his services to anyone!
