They were on time and finished their work quickly. They didn't leave any mess behind. $472 for 2 hours of work. I asked for the break down and was told $150 to replace the P-trap, $150 to repipe my outside loop, $120 for parts and the rest in taxes. I explained that I'm fairly certain 1 foot of copper, butane, brazing rod, and a P-trap couldn't total $120 even at 500% markup and I didn't feel bad asking them to come down from $235 an hour. These guys give excellent service but their pricing is high. This was my second experience with Courtesy, my first was for replacing a broken toilet and the pricing seemed reasonable on that occasion. Perhaps it's their flat rate pricing for small easy jobs that seems off.

I had a recurring blockage in a branch sewer line in our 50 year old home. Dan and Jake used their camera to locate the problem which was a ball of roots in the line. Then they "rooted" the line at the blockage and beyond. A followup camera inspection showed that the root ball was 90% or more removed. They then applied Root X to help kill off the remaining roots and inhibit future growth. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me the results with the camera inspection. They were courteous, polite, thoughtful and neat. Both gentlemen were just that...gentlemen. I recommend this company completely.

Update 6/13/19
My branch sewer line once again started having issues. I called Courtesy Plumbing and Dan and Jake came out today. With their camera they determined that the original root problem was not the issue but significantly further down the line they encountered another mass of roots. They rooted the line and pulled out a four foot long bundle of roots. I'll have them come in six weeks to apply Rootx as a preventative measure. Once again Dan and Jake did a great job with genuine courtesy and professionalism.

My parents needed a complete repiping done on their older mobile home in Surprise. Jerry Fredericks gave a quote over the weekend, came in on Monday and completed the job within a few hours. My parents were very impressed with the professionalism, very reasonable quote and quick service. Thank you Jerry for taking care of my parents, we truly appreciate you & Courtesy Plumbing.

Jake and Ryan installed a new upgraded water heater in my home. Professional install compared to whomever installed the old water heater. Great work!

I used courtesy plumbing to install a kitchen sink and faucets in my master bathroom. They were much cheaper then the other bids I received and the guys were great to work with. It is hard to find a good family owned company like these guys now a days. Thank you for your work.

We have used Courtesy Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. I have always been able to get someone to come out right away. They are very professional and honest. They have come out to fix what the warranty company plumbing contractors have not been able to fix or not done right.

Our house has older plumbing, so we've had to call Courtesy a few times over the last couple of years. Dan is our guy. He explains what he's doing and why. He also makes sure we know how to prevent it in the future or what we should look for next time. I would recommend Courtesy to anyone.

I had an emergency due to a leak behind an outside. block wall. They were there in an hour. They quickly found the leak and was able to repair with minimal damage to the house. They were great and very professional. I will use them again. Thank you for the quick response and a job well done.

I called Courtesy for a second opinion for a blocked pipe, I told them I needed it scoped and then hopefully cleaned out. They agreed to check it out. They sent someone out to scope it and told me that they can't clean the pipe because they don't have the right equipment. Then they sent me a bill for $550. It turns out they don't scope pipes and they don't clean obstructed pipes, they contracted a different company to scope it for them. Why would they agree to do a job that they don't do?

The obscene price is probably just jacking up the cost because I'm in Scottsdale, but they obviously should have never accepted the job in the first place. Save your money and try to find a plumber that won't screw you over. I found one that did a scope for me FOR FREE and has the equipment to actually clean the pipes. Thank god you can still find an honest plumber with a little bit of luck.

They were called after hours when the city told us of a leak and turned off the water. Courtesy Plumbing staff offered appointment options, then stayed in touch with text and calls and came as scheduled the next morning! They worked fast to find the leak, dug it up and fixed within 1/2 an hour. They were courteous of the landscaping and answered all my questions. I would recommend them and their price for parts and labor was very reasonable. I first met this family when getting a water heater installed and sinks cleared. I was very happy with the work. I then graduated to several ceiling Pex leaks which Ryan remediated right away even on a Sunday with one of them. He explained to me that this particular Pex was all defective and had multiple lawsuits on it. Long story short after a major kitchen leak we decided to have our whole house replumbed. They were able to get the job completed and best of all cleaned up in one weeks time. I was extremely nervous coming home to a complete dry wall dust wreck but that was not the case, for a bunch of guys they did a pretty good job of cleaning. We are extremely happy with the job they did and I am finally starting to sleep again. Ryan found a couple of questionable 'plumbing' issues and remediated those too. So, so very happy.
