These guys are top notch. We had a leaking garbage disposal and Ryan and his team texted me back almost instantly and we’re a le to get it fixed for us same day! They were honest in their assessment of the issue, honest in their pricing, and took care of it cleanly and professionally for us! They came highly recommended to me from a close friend and they didn’t disappoint. Grateful to have them in my contacts for any other plumbing issues we may run into down the line.

Mark was great! Knew his stuff! Seemed to enjoy his job. Roto Rooter is overpriced. When I asked about approx estimate before appt was confirmed they didn’t give it on the phone. Come on … It’s fixed now and Mark said he’d stand behind his install. Moving on.

We had an overflowing toilet in the middle of the night and Roto Rooter was able to send both a plumber and water mitigation specialist the next morning (on a Sunday). Both of them were great at communicating what our options were. They’re probably not the cheapest but reasonably priced for the speed and convenience so I’d definitely use them again if I need help ASAP like this time.

Stevy was professional and efficient with excellent customer service skills. Because of that I just ordered a full water softener system and Stevy will be installing it this week. Great job!

Mark was great. He was friendly, informative, and transparent. I was surprised that they were able to do same day service. After the completion on the job, Mark and Diego made sure that everything was working correctly and cleaned out the clogged lines. Mark and Diego did a great job and replaced my water heater quickly and cleaned up after.

I would give Mark more stars if I could! And Tim too. They were both very personable and professional and clearly know their stuff which they explained in detail. They were efficient and fixed the problem. I would hire them again in a NY minute! And I love that they come within an hour or two even at night.

It was a late night call for a water leak and Mark completed the work quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude (it was one in the morning). He explained as he went and did so to someone that doesn't know plumbing at all

Absolutely terrible! They give you a timeframe and they won’t stick to it. My time frame was 5 to 7 PM. That time is come and gone. They still don’t know when a technician would show up, if at all. Then I asked if they would give me a discount for not being here on time since I have to leave at 7:45. They told me they don’t do the pricing that the technician chooses that. Which means the technician can upsell you so the tech can make more money. It’s all a scam. Do not trust this company!!!!! Having been someone that has flipped houses for over a decade, I can tell you with confidence that these are not good contractors.

I had the pleasure of having Mark come to help me with a leak in my ceiling related to a plumbing issue. He came at 10:30 at night when the ceiling just started to leak. He then came the next day to really investigate the problem. He is thorough, so kind, and on top of it. Cannot recommend him and this company enough.

Mark was amazing to work with. Appreciated his time to replace my water heater and call the manufacturer for the warrenty. Great guy.

The installer Mark went beyond the extra mile to make sure we had hot water after the new year. I was sure we’d be taking cold showers for awhile but Mark never left us hanging and my family and I appreciate that very much. This man needs a raise. 5 star service!

Mark did a great job! Came out quickly on a Sunday when we were having problems. Not only was he able to quickly identify and fix the issue he was able to address other issues we had been having as well.

Mark did excellent work on my disposal and plumbing problems under my kitchen sink. I’d recommend him and your company to my family and friends.

Mark Lewis did absolutely excellent work replacing our failing water heater. He was honest, explaining everything along the way including taking time to itemize the pricing for us. There were no surprises. He was also punctual and always kept in touch with me about his timing. He was efficient, tidy and got everything in order before he left. And I must say, he was as courteous a service person I’ve seen in a long time. Very polite and patient throughout even in this very hot 115 degree weather in a hot garage! He was outstanding and I give him very high marks for expertise, competence, honesty and courtesy. He is an exemplary employee. Give this man a raise!

I had a plumber that came out to inspect my home by the name of Mark. He was amazing, super nice, professional and most of all super smart. He came in find the issues right away and was honest with me about what needs to be done to fix the issue.

We had a urinal fail on us at work and roto rooter dispatched Marc to the rescue and he did a phenomenal job getting our urinal back up and running. I will personally request Marc if we ever have any future plumbing issues. Great job Marc!
