Service was excellent from calling the office to request someone to came out to quote me regarding several water leaks to the job being completed. They came out as soon as possible and scheduled me within days to complete the work. I was really impressed after the job was completed that he left the areas really clean. I had a minor leak in one of my outside pipes. I called in the morning and they were at my house in less than 3 hours. The repair was done in less than hour. Chance was very professional and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

We were dripping 10 gallons at least a day from outside faucets. Rapid Rooter Plumbing was indeed rapid. Nick came to our rescue and quickly, professionally evaluated and gave us a free estimate. Jessica and Chad came highly recommended and I now know why! During a home inspection, we met with Mario to help with estimates we needed along with concerns that I had. Also met with Chad to go through a gas fireplace removal and walked me through how they can take care of the gas line. Nick just came out today to cap that line, tested everything, and also fixed the copper to our soft water drain. He worked diligently and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone I've met and interacted with both in person or on the phone has been kind, professional, and patient with me as I like to ask a lot of questions. Chase came out to inspect, what I suspected was a blockage, but after his diagnostics he determined the new toilet I purchased was actually faulty. He gave me some installation tips and a brand recommendation. I love that Rapid Rooter didn't charge me for their inspection and was honest about what the problem was.

Contacted Rapid Rooter, at 7 am and they came out same day to fix a leak on my main water line, dug it out fixed leak and put it all back better than when he came. Nick is ABSOLUTELY the best. So appreciate this company and their Rapid response to my needs.

I was initially introduced to Rapid Rooter via my home inspector. I have now utilized their services for my multiple clients, so when I had an issue at my own house, they were the first person I called. I had a strange sink hole that appeared in my yard and I was concerned that there was plumbing issue. I contacted their office and spoke with a real person. They were able to get someone out there the same day. I received a text message updating me on my technician's arrival time and name. Nick showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on. I was extremely impressed and will continue to use Rapid Rooter for my personal needs as well as referring them to my clients.

Huge thank you to Chad and Jessica from Rapid Rooter Plumbing for helping me navigate one of the strangest corners of homeownership: pool plumbing. Not quite plumbing, not quite pool maintenance: just a cursed mashup of PVC and regret.

While they weren’t able to fully dislodge the massive suction line clog (created by my children, who apparently moonlight as chaos goblins), they tried THREE methods no one else had thought of and helped me diagnose the problem thoroughly enough to get a referral to a specialist. The time, tools, and thoughtful effort they brought out of pure friendship meant the world to us.

To be clear—and this is directly from Chad, who looked me in the eye and begged—do not call them if your kid has jammed a Playmobil pirate into a ¾-inch elbow fitting connected to a hot tub. In that case, light a candle and call someone else. This was a favor. A favor born of friendship and possibly heatstroke. But if you need real plumbing help, the kind they actually offer and don’t have recurring nightmares about, call Rapid Rooter Plumbing. The Librizzi family has always stepped up for us in moments big and small, and I trust them completely.

Had the pros from Rapid Rooter out to fix an issue with our shower, as well as assess our water softener system. They expertly diagnosed the issues with both on visit one. We had to add way more potassium pellets to our water softener, but there was nothing we had to do that cost us anything to fix. As for our shower, we did have to order a warranty replacement part. And, once it arrived they came out quickly to fix everything. The company is easy to schedule with. They communicate well and are on-time and courteous in all their work.

Justin was thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time, did a great job, found and fixed my issues. I'm very happy and will be happy to refer this somepany
