Sears has the worst repair service, the technician faked my signature on the work order saying repair is completed and left and damaged my floor. On the recall appointment, the technician said there's a leak in the system and solder the leak, charge up the system and after 24 hours, the fridge temperature is 100 degrees, the third recall, the technician is rude as hell and said the fridge is not plugged in for 24 hours so he has to reschedule me, this bring to the 5th appointment and at the day of the confirmed appointment, it said the technician will arrive between noon and three pm and at 12:30 pm, the technician called and said the sears company has stop servicing choice warranty customer. So after waiting almost 60 days and 5 scheduled appointment, my fridge is still not fix. What a joke. Btw, sears send me a bill for $110 for service call which they never show up but the bill has my signature signed by them.

The technician was rude on the phone. Rude when he arrived. Short and condescending with his comments. Badmouthed our Warranty company and recommended we not use Sears to come out to service our refrigerator again.

William was awesome. Very professional and friendly. William has been working to fix my microwave since August due to issues with Choice Warranty. He always answered my questions and explained clearly what parts were needed. I would highly recommend William to do the job right.
For the washing machine to be repaired and up and running it was a long time waiting. The technician was great and efficient. And please get rid of your AI.
