I had a disappointing experience with this home inspection company specifically the lady with the name of Vanessa Pearson. After completing seven inspections with them, I decided to ask for a discount due to my loyalty as a repeat customer. Instead of receiving a courteous response, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the owner.

The lack of professionalism was shocking, and I felt belittled for simply making a reasonable request. Given this treatment, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. There are better options out there that value their customers and handle inquiries with respect.
