Chris created a feature wall for me.He installed tile, and a fireplace, and remounted my tv. He took care of everything from start to finish, and it turned out wonderful! He is very skilled at what he does. I was worried to hire someone I didn't know, but so happy with the final product and thrilled I went with Sundevil!

We hired Chris to move a junction box that needed to be centered over the bathroom vanity. Not only did he do this in minimal time, but the drywall repair is perfect and he even installed the new light fixture for us. My wife was most impressed by how well he cleaned up after the job. We wouldn't hesitate to call on him again in the future.

Chris was all around great. Very responsive, quick, and quality work! I will recommend and use Sun Devil in the near future thank you!

I contacted Skinner and Son for getting an overhead garage storage rack installed. From first submitting for a quote to the installation itself there was no issues and I had a great experience. They are now my go-to when it comes to any future home improvement needs!

I recently had Chris out for reconstruction after water damage mitigation, and I could not be more pleased with his work! The craftmanship and attention to detail reflect a man who takes pride in his work.

It is generally hard to find people to do work on homes, let alone quality work. Chris is excellent. He is extremely responsive to providing proposals, answering questions about projects, and providing thoughts on how to get something done. His quality is 5 stars...he is extremely detailed. As for cost, he is fair/inline with expected rates. Chris just finished a beautiful tiling project in our family room and we are now hiring him to do 4 bedrooms and a hallway. I highly recommend him.

We were having issues with a stove vent hood installation and also the removal of a doggie door and drywall and stucco. Skinner and Son did a great job repairing my attic hatch that had fallen to the floor. They also fixed an electrical problem we had in our hallway. I was impressed by their quality work and the speed with which they completed the tasks. I highly recommend Skinner and Son for their reliability, expertise, and exceptional customer service. It's clear they take great pride in their work, and it shows in the results.

I don’t know where to start. We had a lot of changes planned for our redecorating project. Chris came over and went through everything with us. He could do it all. He was prompt. Worked extremely hard, and efficiently. He did everything we asked, and adjusted his time when we added another large redo item to his plan. His estimate was detailed, easy to understand and follow. Our job took 4 and a half days and he did excellent work. He cleaned everything up when finished. I recommend Chris and Sun Devil Handyman for any of your house repair service.
He painted, repaired drywall, moved lights, added lights, took down light fixtures and replaced with new ones. Moved drapery, added scones to master bedroom where there were none before. Capped off old lights we changed out. When I say he painted, it was 8 rooms, ceilings, walls and baseboards, 3 different paint colors! Thank you Chris for making our house beautiful.

Had an emergency with our water heater and Chris came over quickly to replace it. His attention to detail is far greater than anyone you will ever have help you! Top notch service and high quality work!! Thank you!

Our daughter had used Chris’ service and recommended him to us when we needed to add a fan in a bedroom. His company is very professional and kept us well informed of his arrival. He and his assistant, Jonathan, were polite, efficient and just amazing! They did an awesome job! We would highly recommend Chris Skinner and his company, Sun Devil Handyman!

Awesome service! Chris from Sun Devil Handyman is simply fantastic. He recently installed cabinets and hardware in my laundry room. He is courteous, professional, showed up on time and did excellent work. I will absolutely use again and will refer to others. Highly recommend!

I hired Chris to install 3 lights in master bathroom. 2 vanity lights were installed correctly. A pendant light was installed crooked and has a gap on one side. I called and left a message and emailed him. I finally got ahold of his wife and she said she would give him a message to call me. He had his wife text me and tell me it couldn’t be fixed without additional fee. When I text that I am not going to pay an additional fee for something that should look just like it was installed in his own home. His wife then texted me that he will fix it and not charge me. I have used his service in the past and was happy. I’m not sure what happened this time. If I want it installed the right way after it’s installed I have to pay extra. Shouldn’t you have told me before you installed it that it was a faulty fixture so I could have returned it.

We really can't say enough about Skinner and Son. Such amazing quality of work. Their customer service is above and beyond. They have now become part of the family.

Chris and Emma were fantastic. They arrived on time, explained what work was to performed, worked efficiently and with a nice demeanor. When done they cleaned up any left over debris and accepted the agreed upon payment. Chris converted a couple unused closets into pantries for extra storage as well as build a couple of really unique rustic-themed shelves for a hobby room. I definitely would recommend Skinner and Sons and will keep them in mind for future handyman or carpentry projects. Chris is truly a craftsman.

Chris is the Real Deal. Prompt and Professional. I had what I thought was a condensation drain leak that rotted the subfloor in our laundry room. When Chris arrived and started taking out the washing machine he had found the washer hose to be loose causing the leak to penetrate to the subfloor. I was surprised because no water was ever on the floor. From tear out to completion the job was finished in 2 days...Oh and he also put in a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet.

We are very pleased with the work done by Skinner & Son. Some of the completed projects are pull-out cabinet shelves, wood beams, ceiling fan installations, ceiling light installations, adding electrical out, mounting a tv sound bar and adding drop down storage at the kitchen sink faux drawer front. Chris is professional, punctual, neat, fairly priced and a pleasant person to have working in your home. We look forward to more projects with Chris as we settle into our new home. We highly recommend Chris for your home projects.

They paid attention to details, cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done, and were very responsive when I needed to talk with them.
