Elite Outdoors partnered with us on our project from the conception of what we were thinking to delivering the final product. If I am honest, the design they came up with far exceeded anything I could have imagined or come up with and the finished product was amazing. Throughout the pre-construction process to post construction, they were their every step of the way. If I ever had any questions or concerns, I knew that I could call the office and speak with Edith or Stephanie and everything would get resolved. As with most projects, there were a couple of really minor issues that needed attention - I called the office, and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. If I ever have any future projects in mind, Elite Outdoors will be my first call, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or backyard makeover. My wife & I had a recent water main pipe break that leads to our Trilogy of Vistancia home which required a portion of our paved walk way to be replaced. Elite Outdoor Designs was recommended to us by one of their competitors after informing us that it was not a big enough job for them to complete. After calling and talking with Stephanie at Elite Outdoor Designs, our walkway pavers were professionally replaced within a couple weeks. The paved walkway looks amazing again, as if it never happened. Prompt service, great work and reasonably priced. We highly recommend calling Stephanie at Elite Outdoor Designs.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I originally reached out to this company looking for an estimate to build a media wall in my backyard as well as irrigation for my trees and plants. Took them a while to get out to do the irrigation which was scheduled first and completed. A few weeks after completion I noticed in my backyard that the entire west side of my house were they installed the valves for the irrigation lines was completely flooded roughly about 4 to 5 in. This had been going on for weeks and severely drove up my water bill. Also at this time I chose to take a look at the rest of their work and noticed that their team did not do any sort of cleanup leaving multiple emitter caps and spaghetti tubes scattered throughout my backyard. After several weeks of unanswered phone calls and unreturned text messages I decided not to use this company for the media wall and boy was that a good decision. Now comes time to pay the bill. After two discussions with different employees in the office I explained to them the situation and ask for a reduction on the bill very minimal only $235 which was the cost of cleanup that never took place. I should be asking them to take additional money off for weeks of flooding water in my side yard but I tried to be reasonable. They absolutely refuse to do any sort of discount which is completely ridiculous. Customer service is absolutely terrible and it is one of the most important parts of a successful business hence why as you can see they are definitely not a five-star company. Long story short unless you want to deal with multiple headaches, overcharges and a severe lack of communication ultimately leading to you being completely unsatisfied with your service I would definitely recommend not hiring this company and going in a different direction! Will submit pictures so you can see what I'm talking about....Also just to add one more thing they threaten to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay the bill so be prepared for some bullying...

My yard came out amazing! Elite finished the job within 3 weeks. All the men doing the job were here from sun up to sun down. Meredith saw vision in what I wanted done with my yard and made it into reality. Norm and his guys were amazing they put time and effort into my yard and I couldn’t be more happier!

We couldn't be happier with how our front and back yard turned out. Meredith, Norm and Edith were all great to work with. The crews were all very professional and did quality work. We continue to get compliments on a weekly basis on the work that was completed months ago.

Loving my pool from Elite Outdoors. Brad designed a perfect pool for my backyard. Pool and pavers are beautiful. We asked neighbors for recommendations and Elite was mentioned more than once. From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, this company, and every person we talked to, from their project managers and to their contractors, were absolutely wonderful! They made suggestions, they explained things clearly, they made change orders quickly and easily when asked, and for a reasonable price. They started on time, finished on time, and the final product is amazing!

ELITE OUTDOOR DESIGNS: Simply put, OUTSTANDING residential pool design and build services company! The process of selecting a pool design and build company was not an easy process. I initially selected five pool companies for an extensive review process focused on design capabilities and pricing. The final three companies all had similar design capabilities and pricing. Ultimately, ELITE OUTDOOR DESIGNS was selected because they listened and were patient with multiple design changes with Meredith taking the lead. Meredith patiently provided roughly 13 3D renderings without hesitation ensuring that the end product reflected what I wanted without sacrificing an amazing end result.

Thereafter, the ELITE OUTDOOR DESIGNS team of Brad, Oscar, Edith and Jose became involved as the project progressed. As the project progressed, Brad would interject alternative approaches that were focused on improvements instead of increased costs. For example, I initially wanted a seven foot inground fire pit and Brad correctly suggested a five foot inground fire pit accompanied with his reasoning. Another example related to replacing the irrigation controller that I wanted with a controller that had more functionality for the same cost. I have to mention Oscar’s workmanship and tireless efforts, especially regarding my front yard. I provided a simple description of what I wanted and Oscar provided an amazing result.

Jose was responsible for all of the travertine pavers, tile and decking work. I have never witnessed another contractor work as hard or valued pride of workmanship as Jose exhibited.

Regardless of whether contributions came from administrative staff or boots on the ground contributors, the entire ELITE OUTDOOR DESIGNS team maintained a high level of service and follow-up throughout the entire project. Although ELITE OUTDOOR DESIGNS was not the least expensive contractor, they definitely proved to be THE BEST! I have and will continue to recommend ELITE OUTDOOR DESIGNS for your pool project. Hopefully the pictures and videos provide a small sense of ELITE OUTDOOR DESIGNS capabilities.

They nailed every promise they made, kept their communication clear and concise, and when the job was complete they did a final walk with us in person to ensure we were truly satisfied with the work they did. We are very pleased with the work done by Elite. Raúl and his crew were very efficient and hard working, even in 115 degree heat. They arrived ready to work every day. Norm and Oscar were very responsive to our requests/questions. Norm even suggested a design idea that was even better than our original plan. We received a few quotes and Elite was the best price by a long shot. This is the second time we have used them for a project and would highly recommend them!

Meredith created a beautiful design, with Oscar & his amazing team bringing it to life. We now have the backyard oasis we have always dreamed of and will enjoy it with family and friends for years to come. The daytime view is truly spectacular! However, the night view is a magical experience indeed! This wasn't just plants. The finished design included landscape and hardscape complete with 30 ficus trees, 20+ palm trees of all shapes & sizes, metal side panels & trellises, metal palm trees, a water feature with pond, pony walls, a travertine walkway, an insane number of plants & fruit trees, a pickleball court & corn hole game area, lighting, irrigation & drainage, stacked stone, and an immense amount of pavers & gravel. They even fixed existing issues with leveling the paver walkway and turf space. Thank you Brad, and all of your team, at Elite Outdoor Designs. We couldn't be happier with our own little resort!
