Had to have the conduit connected to my solar panels painted to match body of house. Small job but they came out and completed the job quickly and neatly. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using again.

Crhis's estamate was generic and not specific as to what we discussed. We were unhappy with where he stopped the backsplash tile. He said that was what we had agreed on but we had agreed on something different.
So to resolve the issue, he offered to repair the 7"x 22" space for $750.
There was also a discrepancy in what we wanted painted. He said he would need to charge us more. Our price was increased.
We felt taken advantage of. Chris was not interested in our satisfaction without charging more. We would not use him again or recommend him.

Did a great job repairing and replacing my side garage door. He was prompt with communication and on-time the day of service. I had him replace the side door and repair all the trim work from 20 years of sun/water damage. Door looks great! I have some other items that I will be using him again for.

Really appreciate Chris and Irvine. Chris got me scheduled quickly and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Irvine came out was very professional and did a outstanding job. He repaired a hole in my drywall that had to be cut out due to a leak. 100% would use them again.

We just had a second home built in Goodyear, AZ. Needed three ceiling fans installed and found Sun Devil Handyman online. We are from Maine and reached out to Chris to get the work done while we were in Goodyear getting the house set up. He responded promptly, knew that we had a small window to work in and accommodated our schedule.

We hired Chris a couple weeks ago to install a ceiling fan (which was not pre-wired). He was on time and did a great job. While there my husband asked about a backsplash for our kitchen. He took measurements right away and had an estimate to me just a few hours later (which was very reasonable). Today he came and installed the backsplash and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly what I wanted . I will definitely be calling him for more home improvement projects.

Chris was timely, responsive & did a great job. He removed a bump out on an accent wall, repaired dry wall & painted. He remounted TV bracket on the wall & installed the TV. We would strongly recommend & use Chris in the future.

Chris came to my house and installed two toilets and two bathroom fans. He was punctual -early even. He was knowledgeable and professional. He had all materials and tools needed for the job. While I haven’t used their services yet. I wanted to leave a review about the above and beyond customer service they provided. I was at Lowe’s and just purchased an expensive Weber grill. The Lowes employee and myself were trying to get it in my Jeep. After taking off several pieces Mr. Simpson( I didn’t get his first name) walked up and asked where I was going. I told him and he said” I’ll load it in my truck and bring it by your home”. He doesn’t know me yet goes out of his way to offer his services, I can only imagine what he does for his customers. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you and when I am ready to do a project you will be the one I start with.

I can't say enough about Skinner and Sons. Excellent craftsmanship, dependable and reasonable. Their magnet is now on my fridge and we will be using them for all future updates. Great small company
