True professionals. Everybody from the office staff to the crew performing the work were nothing but first class. They are the only company that I would use.

My family and I used Elite to design and install our new backyard pool. They did an excellent job. I would 100% recommend their services.

This company is horrible. My son in law put up a block wall for my home in Buckeye. We have had nothing but issues from the start. I needed approval from the HOA and they started digging for the wall before it was approved. Then they put up the block wall and it was not spaced properly, and you could see through to neighbors. Next they painted the wall with the wrong color. Had to be repainted and not very good. The wall started turning white within a few months. So, we hired a licensed contractor to come in and prime it and repaint it! Now a couple years later the blocks are bubbling and disintigrating!!! Do not use these people! They did not acknowledge the problems or ever get back to us!!! Now it's on to hiring yet another contractor to see how I can fix the wall where it is disintegrating!!! For the cost this wall cost, Sub standard supplies should not have been used!!!!!!

Elite Outdoor was professional and efficient. Brad and his team were able to complete our backyard design on a very limited time frame without sacrificing the quality or workmanship of the project.

This was absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Nothing that they promised did they follow through on. They threaten their customers they don’t complete the job when they promised and yet all they care about is their money! Best thing you will ever do is NEVER deal with this company ever or you’ll end up paying on a pool that was promised to be completed in 8 weeks but never finished until 18 weeks. Oh and let me not forget Brad who sells you the pool will have you sign on a dotted line to then NEVER RESPOND or be involved until he wants you to chase his money for him…. If you want to deal with a company full of threats you picked the right company.

If you’re looking for a company that will not respond and shows up unannounced, this is the company for you! It took two years for Elite Outdoor Designs to complete the job they were contracted to do which was just a small pool, spa w/turf & travertine pavers, nothing out of the norm. The contract stated it would take between 60-90 days to complete... Their excuse was getting permits for the job and that the city was delaying them. Come to find out, a permit was never requested for the work! A year after they said the job was “completed” the city sent me (the homeowner) a letter stating no permit was ever obtained for the pool and that a fine may be issued. I had to get the ROC involved, which they (ROC) escalated the complaint to the Courts as Elite failed multiple ROC inspections and couldn’t complete the work after the ROC allowed Elite to extend their completion deadline multiple times. There was no project manager during the entire process or management (owner Brad Fry). When worker’s arrive, they would ask us questions constantly because Elite did not advise what work needed to be done. I would avoid this company at all costs and no discount they offer is worth the headache that Elite comes with. Their BBB (better business bureaus) score speaks volumes about how this business is run! I highly recommend avoiding Elite Outdoor Designs.

Brad and his team at Elite are a pleasure to work with. They build some of the most beautiful pools and backyards in the Valley! I service a lot of their pools and they are always in great shape and maintenance free. 10/10 would recommend.

After a short meeting Brad was able to design our yard perfectly to our dreams. With so many houses in our new neighborhood building pools and landscaping ours was done more quickly making our neighbors jealous. I highly recommend Elite Outdoor Designs!

Elite installed a pool rail for us. Meredith was great to work with throughout the project. The two installers took their time and were careful to detail to make sure everything was done correctly. Field Manager Norm did a final inspection to make sure everything was done right and that we were satisfied. I would reccomend the company and will use them again if the need arisese.

Brad and crew did an absolute amazing job with my backyard. His 3D drawing was fantastic and the real design came out even better. His crew was professional, on time everyday, and completed the job in a timely fashion. I am keeping my backyard as an example for customers to see. I would highly recommend Elite outdoors and I am extremely happy with the work they completed. I also have some friends that are going to use Elite as well to upgrade their backyard into an entertainment mecca.

Overall customer experience was amazing and has set the bar for the new “Gold Standard”. We recently relocated to AZ and used Elite Outdoor Designs for our new homes soft & hardscape (pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc..) Everyone that we worked with from Elite Outdoor Designs consistently exceeded our expectations with above and beyond service. Communication was very proactive and expectations were always aligned. We’d hire Elite Outdoor Designs again if we were to build another pool and hot tub. They designed a wonderful front and backyard for us. They did it all, from the pool and hot tub, to a bbq area and a pergola with misters and built in heaters. What a great retreat to call our own.

So impressed with our experience with Elite Outdoor Designs from beginning to end! Meredith our designer started our vision by really listening to us and designing (to scale) what we were thinking. All work from design to completion, we were kept informed and all timelines were met. When the work started the workers were always on time, always pleasant, always respectful, always cleanly. The temps throughout the project were over 110 and I really can't impress enough the awe I have for the quality and effort for the work and of the workers. On a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best, I gave them a 12!

We couldn't afford to have our whole vison done at once, but we are so happy and excited to have Elite Outdoor Designs come back for phase 2 when we are ready.

If you have a vision for a new outdoor design I highly recommend Elite Outdoor Designs. Elite Outdoors created a beautiful outdoor design for our backyard and pool remodel. They have an amazing team working for them including Oscar, Norm and all the guys who worked so hard to finish our pool on time for our annual pool party. Brad designed a wonderful concept with the update and removal of some structures that were falling apart in our pool. He included any changes we wanted and needed instantly. We had a great experience with this company from the very first contact to the final walk through. We had a large job that was completed and everyone involved in bringing Meredith's design to life did an amazing job. Everyone was respectful and kind and easy to work with. A special shout out to Oscar - he was phenomenal! Answered all questions and concerns we had along the way and delivered on everything he said he would and showed up on the site to check up on the guys, the progress and any of our concerns. Thank you! We now have a beautiful backyard to enjoy!

Elite Outdoor Design is a poorly and terribly run company. Full of excuses and no shows. Picked out travertine for a supposedly 3 day job. 3 weeks later still no contact from Elite. My husband contacts them and they tell us the travertine we picked has been discontinued, how much longer would we have sat in the dark had we not contacted them? Picked out different travertine and again was told this was a 3 day job. 3 weeks and job still not finished. We were told Saturday they would be out Monday to finish up. No show Monday, no show Tuesday and so far no show today. We were guaranteed this job would be done this Thursday. Like we were told it would be done by March 26. We just want this job done so we can be done with this company. Oscar and crew do nice work. But avoid this company at all costs.

Brad and his team were exceptional throughout the design and build process. Brad was extremely patient and understanding as we worked to design our backyard.

Elite incorporated our ideas, brought their own vision, and created 3D designs so that we could see everything come to life. Would highly recommend them.

I have waited several months to write this review to ensure that the work done did not have any issues. I am very pleased with everything that Elite Outdoor Designs did in our back yard. We have completed phase 1 so I will not post pictures until the entire job is finished hopefully within 6 months. Meredith created a fabulous design encompassing the entire project and was extremely helpful to phase it out to accommodate our budget. The construction team was very friendly and professional. Everything was on time with the original schedule. I can’t express enough joy in how this phase of our project turned out.
