AZ1 did a great job; had leaks in my irrigation system. Mario scheduled me soon after the consultation. Sebastian fixed all leaks, and after the work was complete they did a walkthrough with me to ensure that everything was fixed. Sebastian also took the time to set up my irrigation panel for the summer. Solid on the price as well. I highly recommend them for any landscaping work needing done.

I recently had two different companies cause damage to my driveway and to my paving stones. The first was due to a fertilizer that was applied through our irrigation system causing an ugly yellow stain on my driveway and porch concrete. The second was a protective sealer for the paving stones that was evidently improperly applied and turned hazy white instead of drying clear. Both these firms had other pressure washing companies come out to try to resolve the problems, but neither were able to do so.

I decided to call Excellent Power Wash because they had such good reviews. Mario called me back the same day I called, and he came out to inspect the situation that same afternoon. He thought he would be able to fix the damage and even did a test section of the pavers to be sure we would be happy with the results. (Photo attached, Mario's test sections were close to the wall on the left and a small strip of the paver walk a bit further away... you can see where the colorful appearance of the pavers is again visible, and this was after the pavers had dried.)

Bottom line was he and his helper did a great job, carefully going over everything, successfully restoring the appearance of both the concrete and the pavers. He was friendly and pleasant to work with, arrived when he said he would, and charged a fair price for the amount of time and effort involved.

I would recommend his work and I will definitely use Mario and Excellent Power Wash again in the future.

Mario Bravo is an amazing installer and business owner. I am learning how to take care of my first home, and I thankfully found him through an installation request through Home Depot. What I love most about Mario is he is extremely personable and will not overcharge you. He takes time to get to know you and your situation and truly wants the best for you. Mario is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Most contractors came in that I wish had HALF the attitude ability and DEPENDABILITY like him! He took care of our bathtub replacement that we had multiple people come in and “fix” obviously our landlord chose a different situation than replacing the whole tub but they had just put cement on the bottom where our cracks were coming from which gave us MORE moisture.

Waste of money and time but Mario came in saw our situation and was not only ready to start and accommodate us he was super reliable to FINISH the job CORRECTLY!

He gave us communication each way of what was wrong as he kept diving into our rusty drains (godbless him) and fixing our moisture situation with specific walking he used before. It was really nice knowing that even though our situation took longer he made sure to communicate he would get it done.

Az1 builders is a straight forward get it done, old fashioned kind of company. Reasonable priced get it done and friendly and honest people. I would highly recommend them. Made my bathroom look new again!

Hired Mario to install cabinets in my laundry room. Mario came up with several different options that were cost savings and was prompt and very communicative during the whole process. We needed another job done while he was here and asked for a quote not only did he provide a quote he did the work the same day! Awesome service!

Company did a great job on our backyard/pool Hardscape revision/redo. Original company we went with to design and complete did an awful job. Sean and the Victory Pool people came out, gave us a competitive quote and beautiful finished product! What was most impressive is everything was as stated and expected. No surprises, no chasing people around, no letdowns. Everyone took pride and what they were doing, you could see the level of planning and detail because it was in such stark contrast to what we went through originally. Very happy with the finished product, would definitely recommend!
