Very pleased with their service! The owner answered on a Sunday and scheduled me for the next day. They arrived promptly and were informative throughout the whole process of clearing out a serious clog in a pipe. Both Mike and Jake were incredibly friendly and showed integrity that I have never experienced before with a plumber. Well done guys and thank you! We will definitely never use any other business for future plumbing needs.

Phay Plumbing is a total 5 star plumbing company. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond (they came out on Christmas Eve on very short notice) and have very good pricing. We found them by chance after our old plumber retired. We will be only using Phay Plumbing for the future. They did water softeners for us, reverse osmosis at several locations, adjusted all the tankless water heaters, and chased down and repaired a lot of other plumbing issues. They can handle any project, big or small. I talked to the owner, Michael, at length and he is a family man, proud small business owner and total professional. He has other guys that work for him (Jake is one guy we also really like) who are equally impressive. Plus, they are veterans!!!!! I can easily recommend them to anyone.

Showed up within 30 minutes, so nice, polite and kind! Had my toilet unplugged within 5 minutes. Checked the other toilet and made sure everything was in working order. What a life saver. Michael came to the rescue and helped us potentially avoid disaster when our water heater began leaking late last night. He zipped over and ripped it out in no time and was back quickly with the replacement this afternoon. Incredible service. Michael was able to give a fair estimate of the installation cost of the new kitchen sink, and installed it within a week at that estimated price. He was able to complete the installation in only a few hours, which required slightly increasing the existing cutout for the sink.

Excellent, professional service provided by Michael fixing our leaky shower. Michael showed me exactly what the problem was and how our previous plumber actually created the issue. He not only fixed the problem but also backs up his work, at a fraction of the price of the big guys. If you are looking for a fair, honest plumber, he’s your guy. This was an exceptional experience! If you live in Goodyear or west valley and need a plumber, this is your company. Fast service, very reasonably priced. Has come out multiple times in past week for two different jobs. If you have sink detaching from granite countertop, problem solved.
