Michael came out and gave me a free quote. And two days later came out to fix my leak! He did a great job and ended up saving me money!

Michael is very personable and honest plumber. He has been to my house multiple times and has done a stand up job.

Fair pricing and quick response.....but for me the biggest thing was how he reacted when the new water heater wasn't heating right....came right back out and addressed the issue with a smile....and it was nothing he did wrong....had a bad one way valve

I have to give a shout out to Phat Plumbing Services LLC. Our tankless water heater stopped working today. I called who the builder used to install it, “The Plumbing Company” and they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday or after hours at $540.00 just to show up. I then called Phat Plumbing and they were out in 20 minutes AND fixed it and answered a bunch of other questions I had. All fixed within the hour of calling! AND he would not take any money for the service call at all.

I won’t be using any other plumbing company in the future.

Michael arrived at the scheduled time ready to get to work. He explained exactly what he was going to do to unclog the sewer line then inspect the line with a camera to look for any obstruction. Turns out a tree root was causing the blockage and the pipe would have to be replaced. Michael is very honest and fair on his pricing. I will be scheduling another appointment with Mike to replace the sewer line. Thank you Mike.

Phay Plumbing Services LLC is incredible! Everyone just got off work and came home to sewage waste coming up from the toilets, showers, etc. at 8pm.
What we thought was a small problem turned into something a lot more.
He came out and completely took care of everything with a thorough examination of our problem. Micheal was very comforting to a family that is going through tough times and was able to provide us with a cost effective option.

Michael and team are honest, professional and very responsive. If I could give them more stars I would. Called them last night around 5pm, Michael arrived around 6pm and I had a new water heater by 9:00am!!!

Reached out to Phay Plumbing for a quote on replacing my rusting hot water heater. After giving me a quote, they offered to come the next day. I took awhile to get back to them and when I did they had already booked up and said they could come two days later. When I explained the rusty condition of the heater, they said it sounded like it should be replaced asap, and Michael offered to come out that same night after he finished his other jobs! I was amazed at their concern for my situation - he came out around 7:00 pm and finished the job a couple hours later. Great work, reasonable price, wonderful back and forth communication, and I enjoyed talking with Michael as he did the work. Highly recommend.

Mike was very knowledgeable about anything I asked about. He helped with my faucet which had a water flow the size of a pencil. Not any more. It works great now. I recommend him heartily. He's very honest.
