Very frustrating. Part in hand for ten minutes standing at counter waiting for gregarious customer returning a product... I should have gone to home Depot and saved the time... One star because at least they had the part

The guy with beard(don't want to misspelled his name) was super friendly, he didn't find the part I needed but sent me to the right place!

Great place, they even help me get all the parts from the shelves, any question you have they have the answer and always willing to give you the best advice.

Awesome staff, very knowledgeable and they provide lunch between 11-1pm. I will be returning for all my plumbing needs, you don't get this type of service at the other big box stores.

They had what I needed. They carry some specialty it es that you would normally need to order. It pays to browse in the store. The staff was super helpful.

I needed a Copper 1 1/4" T that the Home Depot doesn't carry in their stores but Van Marcke does. The biker dude at the counter is very knowledgeable.

Have not been there. But I’m currently still on hold 10min. Listening to the person working there telling jokes and talking about sports. I guess this is how they discourage phone calls by just leaving the open phone on the counter. Just wanted to know if they had a certain product.

Costumer service was stupendous!! They didn't have the part we needed but they called another parts store and sent us there. Super helpful! Definitely recommend them!

Poor customer service. I purchased a pipe extractor for removing pipe threads that busted off in side the pipe. I tried to return the item in its original packaging with receipt. The gentleman who started to take it back said ok it's in its original packaging and unopened and I wanted to be as honest as I could and I explained that I actually opened it (you could not tell) I then explained to him that I was never used because it would not fit inside the pipe. Another individual came over and said you tried to use ir, sorry company policy we can't take it back. His attitude towards me was that he could care less that it didn't work and he just went about his business. I guess he really needs that 15 dollars. That 15 dollars just cost him alot of money in the long run. I won't be shopping there anymore. The other guy with a long beard and tattoos was very nice and helpful.

These guys are amazing! I brought in a plumbing part that I had broken off that was attached to something else. I just wanted to bring it in so they would know what part I was looking for. Instead, they attempted to detach the two pieces for me!!! I was dumbfounded. Would HIGHLY recommend! They were soooo nice!

Went in on a Saturday after Ace Hardware recommended them for parts to connect my water softener drain line. Doug took his time to help me (a non-pro) and gave me a few ideas. The price was better than the big box stores, so I don't understand the comment about the 300% mark-up another reviewer posted. If I need plumbing parts, I will definitely be coming back here.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly.

I've been buying my parts here for years and have never been disappointed. Joe and Doug provide a level of customer service that can't be found at other parts suppliers. The store has a great set up so all the parts are accessible to the customers and the location is great.

I had a water heater purchased from Van Marcke Plumbing supply, and 2.5 years later had a leak that was covered under warranty. When i took it back to the Van Marcke, they said there is a "Warranty Processing Fee" of $50 if i have a contractor account with them or $100 without, and since i had a different company purchase it i got charged the higher amount. I am not sure what the processing fee entails other than some paperwork for the warranty claim. Seems like an overcharge.

Hello all. My Name is Gary with Arizona Properties & Services. I’m leaving my review today because of the outstanding customer service I received today. I worked with a Gentleman named Mike. I called in to see if they happen to carry 8in. PVC in 20ft. Lengths. They did have it in stock at the time but Mike was quick to take all my information and told me he would get back to me. Mike ended calling me back very quickly to let me know I could get it from them and the price seemed very fair. He also informed me about some other helpful details regarding my company. Looking forward to working with Mike and Van Marcke for all my Commercial and residential plumbing needs from now on. Highly recommend everyone to do business with them. 👍👍

The plumbers were on time. Fortunately I had found and fixed the leak prior to their arrival. Once they inspected and found no other problems there was no charge! How often can u find that type of honesty? This place is a real gem!

Nash came in to check on our ice maker dispenser, although he says this is not a plumber issue and more so an appliance / GE issue, he tried to check it out and provided recommendations. Very nice and friendly guy. When I have future plumbing issues, I’ll be sure to reach out to Amigo Plumbing.

Aiden, gave same day service to complete our water heater installation on a Saturday morning. We received a text from Amigo Rooter & Plumbing to let us know they were on their way. Aiden was friendly, professional and he resolved the installation including all requirements for code compliance. However, there was controversy regarding the warranty out-of-pocket expenses that didn't match what they charged us. Their assessment was an additional $250 that our warranty company was unaware of. We asked for the supervisor to explain extra charges.
