I had a flood that went from my hall bath thru the wall & into my den. Totally flooding it & ruining flooring, walls & furniture. I contacted Ideal on a Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon - they came - the furniture was moved out, the carpet & padding - up & gone. The wall cut where the leak was & fans set in both rooms. Justin & Kyle did an amazing job!
The drywaller came the following week because Ideal advised me it would be best to leave the fans in longer to assure everything was dry. I work in construction & have to say that these 2 gentlemen did one of the best drywall jobs I've seen. Yesterday Kyle & Justin came back to put my furniture back & re-hook my wi-fi & all the good stuff that needs connecting now-a-days. They were careful & thorough. They made sure everything was working & back on line.
I am so thankful that I contacted Ideal to get my house back in shape. I highly recommend them - you won't be sorry!

Justin and Garrett have been incredible my entire experience dealing with multiple jobs. Justin has gone above and beyond with his work ethic, his customer service is beyond many if not all companies and contractors I've dealt with. Garretts advice halls been good and feedback valued. James and his team at ideal are my first choice now. Impressed...no. More like blown away. James's team was early...not on time but early. When was the last time a trade sat outside your home ready to work? James and his team are responsible for turning my kitchen into an at home destination place. We love the craftsmanship, quality of work and attention to detail. He didn't just transform my kitchen, they transformed the way we cook, eat and congregate in the kitchen. James's team had to work around the schedule of another trade and was more than accommodating. At the end of each day, they cleaned up as if they were never day. Most trades don't do that. If there was a problem, James called us with the problem AND the solution. How about that!?! Ideal should be your company of choice and if you are fortunate enough to get James, you will not be disappointed. Thank you James and Ideal for transforming lives.

Rene, Jose and Artemio did a fantastic job with my drywall repair & painting throughout my home & inside my garage. They were diligent, skillful, punctual, respectful, protective of my home, and they cleaned up daily. I felt comfortable having them work in my home. I would highly recommend them and am very happy with their work.

Kyle and Blake did an amazing job taking care of water damage from a roof leak. They showed the highest level of professionalism and took great care to protect the rest of the house with well-sealed containment areas. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Matthew came over today to takeout drywall and patch. His communication was top notch and workmanship was ideal. Kept the area very clean and took his time to inspect if there was any mold or any other issues. Highly recommend Matthew!

Darius did an excellent job with the restoration. Even though he was extremely busy and has many projects going on, he still put me as a priority and took the time to explain things to me. I never felt like he was rushing to get out of here. He is also very honest and told me what I needed and what I did not and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. He exemplified what it means to provide superior customer service. How lucky Rocky Mountain is to have him as an employee and have him represent the company. I would highly recommend him!

Rocky Mountain Restoration came out quickly (they found time the same day) when I had a pipe leaking in my wall. Dominic and his entire crew were quick and professional, explaining the entire process as they went. They even covered my floor with butcher paper and wore booties! When it was time for everything to be cleaned up, Austin showed up early (which I appreciated) and was professional, quick, & efficient. They worked around my schedule the whole way through as well. I hope I never have an issue like this again, but if I do, I will only use Rocky Mountain Restoration.

We have no complaints with their work, Nikolas M was super respectful and communicated with us wonderfully! Such an amazing job, i’m so happy with the service.
