It took less than a month to turn our idea into reality. Our side yard was simply all rock and unused. We wanted a simple patio and turf…a place for dogs to play.

CHAD: We arranged for a free consult and Chad who was enthusiastic about his career choice, loved the company he was working for, and made us feel like we had found the right company to go with. He came up with a perfect design, and added to what we asked for to make it look 10x better than what I thought it could.

GEORGE: The ball immediately got rolling and we met with George, who would be our project manager. Personable, professional, communicative and detail oriented when it came to managing the crew and checking on the quality of the work they did.

ALEX: Alex was the lead of a four man crew that came and conquered our side yard. Easy to speak with, and very approachable. They went above and beyond to make it perfect, moving rock from back to front yard to redistribute into areas that needed it, making an attractive pattern with the pavers, and directing his crew well.

From meeting a sales rep, to project completion (including me having to obtain HOA approval) the took only 3.5 weeks!

Very happy, also knowing that this comes with a warranty!

We had turf installed in our front yard this week. Tim our sales person and Tim our installation manager did a fabulous job from start to finish. Tim (installation manager) came out multiple times before and during the project to ensure all was done correctly. Highly recommend. We love our new front yard.

We went with System Pavers for our driveway and backyard project because of the promise of quality and the 25 year warranty. Chad helped us initially and explained the process and helped with the design. We hit the jackpot with George from system pavers as our Construction liason! His experience in construction shows. As first time home owners it can be difficult to take on a big project and know who to trust. George made sure the project was on time and was there daily. The crew that showed up was respectful and courteous, shout out to Elder who was the supervisor for the crew. He always made sure things stayed tidy and handled any questions or concerns. They explained everything and always made sure all concerns were taken care of, we would recommend System Pavers!

George, the project manager and Josue and his crew did an outstanding job on my patio. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up as they went. All of the team were professional and completed the job on time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of patio work.

The sales consultant Joe and our project manager Jose were both professional, very responsive and great communicators. Listened closely to our goals and any concerns. Great results creating a new paver patio.

Buyer beware! I feel this company is unethical and does not care about doing the right thing by the customer.
I have a beautiful new build with pavers in my driveway and walkway. I desired additional pavers alongside of the house and part of the backyard to match. The pavers were completely different and they declined to fix/order the right ones stating they installed the pavers I chose and signed for. I did not. I signed the design layout - which did not have which specific pavers were chosen. That was discussed with the consultant who I believed would order the appropriate materials. I also was told I would have gray river rock around them by the project manager Nick - who parted ways with the company before the job was complete - and then I got multi-colored river rock. The project manager who took over, Griffin, stated I got what I signed for. Again, I did not want multi-colored rock. I was assured I would have gray river rock and I have messages to prove it. I’ve had the experience of being assured one thing and receiving something completely different with no effort on their end to make amends.
They also stated they’d have the work done in 2 days and it took over 2 wks to finish. I had crates of materials sitting in front of my house for 2.5 weeks. This company has alot of room for improvement.

System pavers did an awesome job on our front and back areas of our house. I was impressed from the start with Chad who spent hours drawing up and designing what we had in mind just on the initial consultation. Next we met George who got into the nitty gritty of the job on what needed to be done. Meaning that this 1940's house had some trouble areas that needed attention in regards to laying out the pavers, and structural posts for our awnings/patio covers. George was excellent in facilitating what options were available and communicating with the crew doing the job. The crew were amazing as well, Elder the supervisor and his team were efficient, respectful and very hard working. A lot more things were added to the job as it went on per our own preferences. George was there any time we needed him and happy to help answer questions or reservations we may have had. I feel we really lucked out on having George and his team with Elder to do this project! Our first big job for our home and they nailed it! They made the process as comfortable as possible giving us updates, feedback, answers, solutions, and most of all no surprises and straight forward with everything. Thanks for making me enjoy and love our home even more.

Jobs that have no issues warrant 4 stars. When a job runs into issues and the company addresses it - that’s a 5 star review. We had some different pavers put in place in a small section and we did not like them at all - they redid all the work and placed the same matching pavers without hesitation. They cleaned up and it was a great experience

System Pavers really delivered a quality product for our backyard. We wanted it clean and simple and they really delivered. I gave them my vision and they made it come together perfectly. The Project Supervisor, Tim Mavis, was professional, polite, and by the end of the project, I considered him a friend. That’s the way a business relationship should be. He seemed just as invested in the project as I was. Outstanding! Do yourself a favor and use System Pavers, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with System Pavers on a project that underwent significant changes in scope and timeline. From start to finish, the team, led by Project Manager Tim Mavis, displayed remarkable professionalism, flexibility, and dedication.

Despite a considerable reduction in our budget, System Pavers accommodated our needs without compromising the quality of their work. Tim Mavis, the project manager, faced a personal loss, yet still demonstrated unwavering commitment by showing up the next day to discuss the project with us. His resilience and dedication to his work were truly commendable.

During the planning phase, I requested a week's delay to obtain multiple quotes, and Tim graciously accommodated our request. Furthermore, unforeseen weather challenges forced us to extend the project timeline. Despite these setbacks, Tim and his team remained adaptable and understanding.

A noteworthy incident occurred when my neighbor expressed displeasure about the dirt in front of our property. Upon informing Tim, the crew promptly arrived the next day, working diligently in challenging muddy conditions to ensure the project stayed on track. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout.

The project, originally expected to take several days, was completed efficiently in just a day and a half. The crew's workmanship was outstanding, and their ability to persevere through adverse conditions showcased their dedication to delivering a quality outcome.

In conclusion, I highly recommend System Pavers for their exceptional service, adaptability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Tim Mavis and his team's professionalism and resilience turned what could have been a challenging project into a smooth and successful experience. We were very please with the work System Pavers completed on our backyard. Chase provided us a site plan the day he visited our site and we were able to submit to our HOA for approval. The HOA promptly approved our project and System Pavers completed the job ahead of scheduled. Their 25 year performance warranty sold us over other bidders offering just a 1 year warranty.

I am very happy with the way my project turned out. It looks amazing. Chase Spear went above and beyond helping me select just the right stone and addressing all my issues. Jose, the Project Manager was easy to communicate with and also addressed any issue I had.

Extremely satisfied! I can’t rave enough about my backyard project renovation and overall experience. From the initial consultation to project completion, my project manager Tim M. and the System Pavers team maintained excellent communication and customer service. The high quality and value of their products, installation process and close attention to detail resulted in a beautiful transformation of my backyard. Worse communication ! In 5/25 pavers were laid . 11/25. Roc made them redo cause slope drainage was wrong . But I have water damage to my original patio & they are not taking responsibility . Anyone have issues you can reach out to ROC & they come to see problem . You have 2yrs from completion .
But if looking for a honest , customer Carin company , forget it. They have terrible attitude , communication , hire subs that come not knowing what to do at times & speak or understand lil English , project managers & Forman barely around .
2 designers left before project started , different guys came during first job & different crew for fixing . I had to tell them about pattern & they laid the wrong sand (their words) & Forman brought another sand . Different from original sand laid . Griffin (manager ) is the most arrogant &had no concerns for customer service .
Workers show with no plans what to do .
Griffin said they would do a final punch list but should up with no idea what they was .
BUYER BEWARE. Overpriced , underperformed . Rude ,

Update ROC made them fix grade . But when I asked for money to fix water damage to my exsisting patio they offered some but wanted us to give up warranty & not write anymore reviews . Well that’s a joke , I feel people should know their unethical practices and terrible accountability & more . So I did not agree to their terms & will keep letting customers BEWARE !! I wish I would have read all bad reviews first .

My husband and I recently hired System Pavers to redesign our problem backyard which was a mud pit for our dogs. Thayne Martin came out on time, designed a beautiful backyard while keeping in our budget and stayed with us for the entire project. He was great to work with. We love Thayne!

Tim Mavis was our construction manager and he was expedient, responsible and awesome to work with. Nothing but good things to say about Tim.

The crews were extremely hard working, diligent and did excellent work.

This company is top notch!

Our experience in working with System Pavers was excellent. Joe Hildebrand was our Design Consultant, and he was fabulous to work with. He listened to my needs and wants, and he did not disappoint. I did comparison shopping, and no other company could come close to the design, quality and the pricing offered by Joe at System Pavers. The final product only took 6 days from start to finish, and it exceeded all of my expectations.

System Pavers knocked it out the park with my backyard. My husband and I are very happy with how our backyard looks. Our design consultant Chase was beyond amazing. Our project manager Adam was amazing too. The company is super veteran friendly which meant a lot to me, and the price was perfect for the quality of work they put in. They were on time, super efficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Their communication was 10/10. They don’t just slap concrete down like other places, they actually design it to look clean and to last. My backyard came out way better than I even pictured. Definitely the best company for the job

First part of job, 3 stars but finished with 5 Stars.

Calvin, estimator for System Pavers, did a great job, that I signed up for a start date May 5. Worked entailed removing existing concrete in courtyard and walk way to the front door. Crew did an exceptional job, fast, careful and neat. I met with Project Manager, Nick asking him for a cost to install more pavers, about 5' x 13'. Repeated text messages were never answered. Pile of concrete and stone remained too long.

Around June 12, I wrote, not good review mostly concerning Nick. Within an hour a supervisor called and we discussed what was going on and how ineffective Nick was, so bad, he was fired (several similar complaints). Adam took over Manager functions. Arranged for the job to be finished at no additional cost to me and quickly.

Bottom line, Systems Pavers provided excellent work and materials, job warranty for 25 years!!! The office coordinator, Claudia, very efficient and pleasant. Very helpful.

We are very impressed with System Pavers, they handled the contract, work and materials very professionally without ever worrying that this company will take my money and never see them again. the quality of the workmanship was outstanding and we expecially love that they have an awesome multi year warranty on their products and materials. I would highly recommend System Pavers to anyone.

I had a wild idea to transform our backyard for my husband's upcoming birthday party, and on a whim submitted an interest form to System Pavers - and honestly, couldn't have been happier that we did! The timeline was extremely tight, but the entire team did all that they could to get it completed well ahead of time, which we are so grateful for - our backyard has been completely transformed!

We appreciated Joe's candor and transparency during our design consultation and appreciated his thoughtfulness in the design that he proposed (which we ultimately went with). Plus, he and the team pulled major strings to get the project greenlit and started on such a tight timeline.

Throughout the process, System Pavers could not have been better. Griffin & Chris kept us updated and the project in line with expectations/the design and went above & beyond to get me some more dripline plugs since we had a few leaks. The crew was professional, prompt, and did a thorough job cleaning both the job site and the front where everything was staged (our neighbors definitely loved that they helped clear out the mud from the surprise rain).

We will be customers for life and are already thinking of the next project that we'll be doing with System Pavers - thank you to the entire team!
