We are currently working with Jake McClananhan. He came out to our house, he took measurements and he explained the process of getting our pool built. We got quotes from different companies, but we decided with Dolphin Pools because Jake was very professional and patience as we explained to him how we wanted our backyard oasis. He also did a 3D layout of our future pool. That helped to get a visual, on how our backyard will look. We are excited to get started.

It’s rare to find a contractor who shows up when they say they will and finishes on time, but these folks did just that. The craftsmanship is top-tier and the crew was respectful of our property. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Our family moved into a new home over the summer that has a blank slate of a backyard. We are interested in putting in a pool and redoing the yard. My husband contacted Dolphin Pools last month, and they responded quickly and scheduled one of their reps to come to our house the same week.

Design Consultant, DJ McClanahan, measured our yard upon his arrival. Then we all sat together and discussed our vision for our backyard and the various options we have with Dolphin Pools. He was professional and knowledgeable, and we received his quote in a timely manner. Ryan came by our house to go over some options for putting a pool in our backyard after much consideration between my husband and I. Ryan showed up perfectly on time, gave us lots of information, and went over several different design ideas. He covered so much ground that our questions were honestly pretty minimal! Just a couple hours after his visit, Ryan sent over renderings of what we had discussed and we could not be more impressed! Pricing is fair for what we are looking for (basic rectangular play pool) and we are excited for next steps. My husband wanted to see a couple more options within the renderings and Ryan responded promptly with edits. So far our experience has been nothing short of amazing! Dolphin Pools has been amazing from the very beginning. This will be our first pool and glad we went with Dolphin pools! Our salesman, Les from the Gilbert office was great. He created an awesome mockup of what our backyard would look like and we were very impressed.
