These guys did our driveway apron and curb section, and the work looks very sharp. From the first estimate to the last cleanup step, they were organized and easy to work with. They paid attention to finish, alignment, and curing time, which helped me feel comfortable about the quality. There were no surprises on the invoice, and every question I asked got a direct answer. This is the kind of company that makes a project feel manageable because they communicate well and do exactly what they say. I have already mentioned them to a neighbor who is planning similar work.

they poured our new walkway and did a really strong job overall. The crew was prompt, courteous, and serious about the details. I noticed they spent time on the formwork and expansion joints instead of rushing to the pour, and that gave me confidence right away. The path looks even, feels sturdy, and connects cleanly with our existing steps. Their communication stayed consistent from estimate to completion, which is something I value a lot with contractors. This was a very positive experience and I would feel comfortable hiring them again for any future flatwork around the house.

SUNRISE CONSTRUCTION handled a stamped border around our new patio and I liked how neat the edge looked. They were careful to match the color to our pavers. Only feedback is I wish I’d asked for a wider border. That said, the finish is well-executed, and the team worked fast without sacrificing detail. I’d call them again for future work.

The folks from Pool and Landscape AZ just finished remodeling our back yard for us. They replaced our natural grass with artificial turf, new boulders and more granite. Tim Maas came armed with new ideas that were the perfect vision of what we were looking for. Diogo, the project manager took the time and effort to scour landscape material providers to find boulders with the right coloring to fit our surroundings that resulted in a stylish design. The office staff were friendly and accommodating. They stayed in touch with us via email and text, making sure we were aware of when and what would be happening. Diogo and the on-site team were punctual, and friendly. After they cleaned up when they were finished our backyard was ready for a party. We could not be more pleased, and the price was right.

This will be my first review in a series of review for my home project with POOL and LANDSCAPE AZ. I did my research and had about 7 pool and landscape companies give me quotes. I was really impressed by the owner Tim Mass's response how he handled himself with all the concerns his customers raised. I was also extremely impressed by my Pool Designer Clendon Cannon who was assigned to me. Clendon listened to my needs and designed a pool and landscape package that I wanted. I knew what I wanted but Clendon's awesome suggestions made my project even better. Of all the companies Clendon made me feel that my project was extremely important and he spent time with me and addressed all my concerns. Clendon made it so easy for me to go with Pool and landscape AZ. Timeline....I met with Clendon in early to mid August with contract signed in Mid September. Clendon provided me all the information and drawings I needed for my HOA approval in timely manner. Now I am just waiting for my project to start! So far the experience has been great. If you do decide to go with Pool and Landscape AZ I would request Clendon as your designer. I will post more as my next phase of my project begins. I am hoping the company delivers the 5 stars throughout my project without any hesitation.

This is the review for second phase of my project. The communication has been excellent Dawn (the scheduling person) kept me informed regularly. The Dig and plumbing went smoothly. Then the rains came this delayed my project (it had nothing to do with the company). Pool and Landscape AZ kept checking the dig area to see if it was dry and ready to have the metal work done. As soon as it was and ready, they were there to do rebar and electric. The Pre-gunite inspection went smoothly and city passed the inspection without any hesitation. My plumbing guy was Chelo and Rebar guy was Raul good hard working people. They did not cut any corners. The company has delivered 5 stars so far. I have made two referrals already to this company.

This review for the rest of my project. The Shotcrete went well. As the shotcrete was curing. The pool coping was started by the companies master craftsman Luis Corona. The man is a super talented and does a perfect job in laying travertine, building a pony wall fence and building an outdoor kitchen. There were no corners cut, everything is built to last. Once the final inspection was cleared the pebble was shot. The final pool and spa came out perfect. The final stages was the landscaping it put the final project together and made everything pop out.
This company is the best and they deliver an outstanding product. I recommend them without hesitation. The total time start to finish for a fairly large project was only 3 months that's with a 6 week rain delay in between. The company delivered 5 stars all around from start to finish.

After receiving several quotes for a backyard pool we luckily got one more from Jeff at Pool and Landscape AZ. He was by far more knowledgeable than any of the other companies that came out. We had our quote within a couple days as promised and Jeff answered the phone every time I called or texted. Jeff talked through our ideas and brought them to life. The pool came out beautiful and Randy the project manager was awesome. Also, they were one of the least expensive quotes we received. Richard who did our pergola is a true Craftsman as well.

So far so good. I submitted an online inquiry in the evening about having a pool built. Clenden called me the very next morning. I liked him over the phone and even more when he met with me the same day. Not only did he really listen to my request with the pool design but he came up with some good ideas of his own. He designed something my husband and I both like the very next day just like he said he would and most importantly he designed something within our budget. We are still doing our homework in getting several quotes, however, this company is #1on my list.

I picked pool and landscape about 3 1/2 years ago. I had a great experience with them even after the fact. About 1 year ago my travertine started to crumble on my entire patio. I called for them to come and take a look at it to give me my options. Darrin came out to look and was surprised it was as bad as I stated. With no hesitation he told me that they would warranty out my entire patio. Now with COVID and everything else that we were dealing with, I am happy to say that my patio is finally replaced. Thank you Darrin and pool and landscape!!!

I used this company for a pool and backyard remodel. I was impressed with the warranties they offered and the prices were fair. Tim the owner was very helpful and had great ideas. He was honest and the quote he shows you lists all the prices there are no hidden costs. The crews that come out work hard and it shows in their beautiful work. My project manager was Diogo and he was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He always responded to my concerns or issues. A friend of mine is getting a new build and I'm know she will be as satisfied as I am. I look forward to working with pool and landscape AZ to for years to come. Thank you for being professional and taking care of me.

Update June 2024: My Travertine had cracks and some were sinking. This has happened already mutilple times. I was charged a trip charge to fix the damaged ones anytime they came out. However, while the damaged ones were being replaced the Travertine surrounding the existing Travertine were chipped by the installer and I was told I would be charged more to pick up spares. Most of my spares I had were used for other repairs and those were damaged. I'm very disappointed that these wouldn't automatically be fixed since their installer damaged them. I'm very disappointed in the repairs that have been completed and supervisor doesn't seem to care he just wants to make money off his customers. There is no more customer service with this company and the supervisor isn't very compassionate about anything. He just cares about extra charges instead of fixing any mistakes they made. Beware that you will be charged for damages that they do and they will not take responsibility for it. If you call the supervisor he won't budge and doesn't care. It is just sad because this a great company but I don't feel they follow through on making their customers happy anymore. I'm very disappointed and hope someone will reach out and fix my damaged tiles because they look awful with my new ones. I'm not sure how many times they have to come out to try and fix the ones that aren't leveled and sank. In my pictures you can see all the chipped ones that were left by the guy that fixed the damaged ones. It looks bad for paying so much to get this done in the first place. No point in getting anything replaced if there is going to be more damaged during a replacement. I called and emailed the owner about past issues and he didn't respond either.
