Look no further than Pool and Landscape AZ. If you are lucky to get Jeff Eaton as your salesman he will put your vision to life. The entire team was nothing short of exceptional. Tristan and Dawn worked hand in hand and managed all of the trades that worked on this project. They answered all of our questions, removed every small challenge that we encountered and this entire experience was great. They were reasonably priced, efficient and not to mention extremely skilled. Thank you team for giving us the backyard of our dreams!

We did an entire backyard renovation/transformation and couldn't be more pleased! The entire project from beginning to end was 'close' to flawless. David - our pool/landscape designer spent many patient hours designing and re-designing until ALL of our wishes had been met. We have a small backyard and he was able to include a pool, firepit and bbq area and make it look like a resort. His computer skills are impressive, so his layout was extremely helpful and pretty darn accurate. Our site/project managers Darin & Diego were always available and extremely helpful. We were never told NO. I felt like ALL of our concerns were addressed and timely. I enjoyed working with them both. Corona, the craftsman, was absolutely a joy to have in my yard for many weeks. He worked meticulously, tirelessly and patiently. I felt like it mattered as much to him as it did to me that everything was perfect. He did amazing work that I am grateful for. The entire crew that was sent to my home were respectful to be around. Not one complaint about any of them. So, for me, it was a great experience with a great crew and I would recommend Pool and Landscape AZ to anyone seeking to have just a pool OR an entire backyard transformation. Thank you David, Darin, Diego, Corona, Ramon, Felix, Angel and a several others for giving us a backyard that we will enjoy for years to come.

We had a great experience with Pool and Landscape AZ! We weren't sure of what we wanted our yard to look like besides just wanting a pool and Matt designed a beautiful space. The project manager Gus was professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We signed our contract in October of 2021 and were told it would be ready by then end of May at the latest. They dug the hole in February, and had electrical plumbing and rebar done by April 1st. Its now been two months and our pool hasn't been touched. We tried contacting our project manager Scott and got no reply back from him. We have gotten no updates or communications from the owner or the project manager on why this is not moving forward. They left a pile of dirt in our front yard to fix the elevation of the pool. Which originally I said was ok because we thought when they brought it it meant we would be moving forward soon. Not the case its been sitting there a month and a half. And again no communication from the project manager or the owner. Clearly they are overbooked and understaffed and not being totally upfront about it. Friends of ours signed for a pool in march of this year and got there shotcrete on Friday may 20th. We paid for this pool entirely upfront and that was a huge mistake on our part. Find a company that will reply to your questions and concerns. We are in the dark. Not a fun place to be when you spend over 70k for a pool.

They did a great job! The pool looks fantastic, they finished earlier than expected and their communication was above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Every single person we worked with, from ownership (Tim Maas), to design (David Newton) to project management (Scott Brown) to scheduling (Dawn), and all the Trades, were responsive, reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars - design & execution was perfect. Matt Wingate was easy to work with from the sales and design side. Gus Torres was also great from the construction side. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend.

Decided to add a pool to our small yard last summer. Contacted P&L AZ and worked with David the salesman. He was very patient with us as we went through 3 different ideas. Each time David explained the pros and cons of each design change along with the pricing. We decided on a basic pool with a Baja Shelf. David helped us with the color choices to match what our tastes were. Once we signed, we worked with Dawn the Scheduler and Gus the construction supervisor. Both were very helpful on the construction process and let us know when each step would take place. Gus even helped us with the house alarm choices to ensure our house is safe for the kids. Pool construction went smooth and everything is perfect with our pool. Pool and Landscape did a phenomenal job and we are super happy to have worked with them on making the backyard oasis we love.

Five stars for Pool & Landscape AZ! Tim Maas, David Newton and Scott Brown were a dream to work with, from design to completion! And it was fast- we had our new pool in less than two months! The communication was excellent, the customer service was amazing, and the work and craftmanship was phenomenal! We highly recommend Pool & Landscape AZ!

We absolutely love the service we got using Pool and Landscape AZ... Matt did an amazing job drawing up our dream back yard. All of the contracts and their employees did an amazing job.. We are very pleased with Pool and Landscape AZ. We love our new pool and landscape package. Our backyard has been transformed from an area we never utilized into a beautiful space for entertaining and just hanging out. Matt, our designer listened to our design ideas and nailed the design on the first try. Not only was the design perfect, but it was an excellent value for all of the work performed.

Gus, our project manager was always available by phone or text and did a great job juggling various crews to keep everything moving along as smoothly as possible. That is no small feat as the construction industry here in the valley has been going crazy so sometimes even finding a skilled crew is a challenge.

We had a great experience building our pool with Pool & Landscape. Matt was a master designing our pool and patio from the sketches we provided and added some beautiful elements like the chair deck and additional deep end bench. The water feature came together really well! As they were building it, Gus the project manager, had some recommendations to fill in the area behind the feature to add some height to the trees and other plants in that area. It was really cool to see how they made some on site changes and executed everything beautifully! We were also impressed with the enhancements the crew made after the first city inspection including extra rebar reinforcement for our taller than avg. water feature. All around really top notch work! Thanks to the PL AZ team for building our dream backyard!

Pool & Landscape AZ reinvented our plain and boring yard into the envy of our neighbors! Matt and his team started by paying careful attention to our ideas, then designed a well thought out plan. We now have a beautiful pool with amazing landscaping. Gus took care of everything, he took the time to listen to all of our concerns from start to finish.We can finally enjoy our beautiful pool, we've had family and friends over, and they can't get over how amazing the pool is. The team was fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had throughout this entire process. It started with an amazing rendering of what our backyard and pool could look like.

I knew that the project i had in mind would not be easy or fast. I consulted at least 10 pool builders before making my choice. And I found a gem. I was very clear where my budget was and Robert was able to help me fit in every single thing that was important to me. After he designed me what literally looked like an oasis I was nervous and excited to move forward. Dawn was always very clear, direct, and precise with her scheduling and she kept us moving. I cant believe how fast it went. And Scott. If you are reading this review, you want Scott assigned as your project manager. He worried about everything so I worried about nothing. He made sure my project was smooth and exactly how I wanted it. He even took my annoying question calls with a smile. I am so happy I chose this company and now have my dream pool. Thank you guys for taking my investment so seriously and creating something beautiful for me.

We are first time home owners and this was our first pool project, we called 3 pool companies and knew right away when Matt arrived this is who we where going with. Matt was amazing to work with and even came out on the weekend to finish details with us before signing the contract.
Understanding the current COVID situation timing of the phases of the project seemed like forever and should have been managed a little better but working with Gus our superintendent was awesome as well. He always took the time to answer, call back or send a message letting us know what was going on.
I am very pleased with the outcome of our project and glad we chose Pool and Landscape AZ.

Would be 5 stars but in my opinion theres always room for improvement.

Tim, thank you for your response. There are some things left unfinished and I keep getting the run around from your team. We are not finished and my equipment is not operating properly and it's been going for over 6 weeks with "I'll be out next week". I would like to speak with someone who can help me get this closed out properly.

We had a very good to exceptional experience overall with Pool & Landscape AZ.
Our pool and landscape package was completed from dig to swim in less than 4 months. Completed July 2023.
David our initial contact and Sales consultant was informative and helpful with pricing and the design phase, Jason the owner would not hesitate to call and address concerns, Dawn who scheduled jobs was professional and prompt with a reply if needed.
While all of these people mentioned were great to deal with, the experience could not have been a 10 or a 5 star experience without the Project Manager Scott Brown. Scott was awesome to deal with from the beginning to this date and still keeps in touch regarding our pool and or landscape needs or concerns. We never felt out of the loop with the processes or progress of our build.
I thank all of you at Pool and Landscape AZ for our backyard paradise!!

This started with a call to Jeff Eaton from my home in Florida. Told him what I wanted sent him some pics of Pools and that I was shopping companies, Caribbean Pools works with the builder but they were extremely off base on their pricing and the arrogance was enough for me to say you are not getting the job. From the first call to Jeff to our first meeting and all subsequent calls Jeff was fully capable of handling everything I asked. If I called I didn’t have to leave a message he promptly called me back when he was free. His pricing came in mid range but they came highly recommended by some friends whom are very picky as I am. So the deposit was given the plan put in motion for the pool. Dawn reached out to us and gave us timeline of payments and different timelines of the pool build, as we had prior knowledge from working with Jeff so no surprises. Honestly I didn’t click with Dawn much she was very demanding and very short with me on numerous occasions. However I now know why, this girl is a machine and her teams are machines they are as efficient as they come and Dawn is the driving force of keeping these teams on track. As things went along this company and the Foreman Randy were absolutely the most efficient teams I have been around in a long time. They are precision personified and the final product speaks for itself. Randy was prompt at answering phone calls and never waivered on what they were doing. Dawn and Randy are one heck of a combo I should steal these two and take them to one of our companies. I am attaching pictures to this review of the final product, flawless, precise, quality, perfection, I can go on and on, I have built 3 pools in my life and was not satisfied with any until now. This company and it’s teams took great pride in this job and it shows. We were not home for almost the entire build but they kept us updated with Pics along the way (thanks Randy). They worked with our schedule to accommodate our busy lifestyle and in the end just PERFECTION AT IT’S FINEST. Can’t leave out the owner I had one call with him and even he was impressive. We have one unfinished item with the lighting with the landscape but I know Randy will get it handled for us. I am a perfectionist and very hard to please, THIS COMPANY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. The job was so efficient even our neighbors chose this company and the one that didn’t regretted his choice especially since both houses surrounding him have Pool and Landscape Az pools. Great job, great company, great teams, Dawn is great and all business, Randy will get it done and you won’t find a better Pool Sales person out there than Jeff Eaton, the rendering he did and the final result speak for themselves absolutely stunning.

We were very pleased w the job from P&L AZ. This was our first pool building experience. I felt like it went very smooth. 8 weeks from ground break to completion. The design team (Mike Shriver) was attentive, detailed and flexible. We ended up with the pool just as we imagined. Our PM (Scott Brown) was on site frequently, the schedule(s) set were reliable. We are now 6 months past our pool going “live” and everything is in perfect order. We did have an issue w a piece of deck o drain coming loose (probably 3-4 months after project end). I contacted Scott, within a day or two he was on site to check it out and within a week the issue was rectified. No questions asked. This type of customer commitment and folllow up is probably as important as the construction. I would not hesitate to highly recommend PLAZ to anyone planning on or improving a pool.

We were in the market for having a pool built and had about 7 different companies coming out to provide designs and quotes. I believe Pool & Landscape AZ was our second or third company we had out. Jeff in sales came out and met with us. From his personality to his 3D design, we were ultimately sold. Jeff provided us a design we weren't even considering, but fell in love with it right away! From start to finish, everything has gone smoothly and our pool was finished in the time frame they had stated. Dawn and Tristan were both great at communicating how the process and schedules would go along the way. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking into building a pool.
