Constraction reviews in Mesa, Arizona

My review for Google, Yelp, Next Door

We hired a local company to clean our tile floor and they damaged the surface (acrylic) finish and could not fix. We search and we found Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist on line. After reading the 4.8 star reviews, we called to get a quote. Mike Green General Manager came out and educated us on the flooring we had in our home and told us about Arizona tile & Stone Specialist. We did get 4 quotes then decided to hire Mike & his team. Hector & Tyler were sent out, well dressed and very polite & on time. Job was to strip, hone, & polish out limestone. After the chemical was used to stripe the acrylic finish off the limestone, they started to hone the floor. The final process was to add a sealer. After we noticed that the chemical was absorbed so bad into the limestone floor that it changed the color. Hector & Tyler worked very hard all day to get our floors done in one day. The next day we contacted Mike Green General Manager to have him inspect the job on what the chemical did to the limestone. This is the reason why we hired Arizona Time & Stone specialist, Mike right away knew this was not acceptable to him and to us. First thing he said: “Not to worry Tim we are insured and bonded. We’ll make this right”. That made us so grateful that we hire an 5 star company!! That evening Mike talked to the owners, called us even after hours and reassured us that the floor will be replaced asap. I could not be more proud of a local company that stands upright to do the right thing no matter what. We already are scheduled to get the floors replaced next week. Things happen when contractors do work, people have to understand this but when you hire reputable first class companies then the job will be completed 100% to their standards and the customer satisfaction.

Great Job Mike & Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist

Your happy customer Tim & Millie Dodge

From Alison the owner to Garrett who cleaned our floors, this company is the best. I use them for our primary home and rental properties. Highly recommend!

We had this company come out and clean our stone shower in our guest house. It looks great, they were honest and friendly from start to finish.
Will be using them again, if needed.

So friendly and honest. Our salesman Mike and tech Garrett were thorough and helpful.
The main bathroom floor and shower look wonderful .. they are reasonably priced and we are very happy with the work !

We just had 1500 SF of tile and grout cleaned and sealed and couldn't be happier with the results. Mike provided an estimate and explained everything to our satisfaction. There was a problem area which we were concerned might not come clean and they were able to address it completely.
Garrett and Aidan were our techs and did an awesome job. They listened to our concerns about damage that might occur and put our minds at ease.
We just can't say enough about the results and will definitely be using Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist when we are ready to clean the tile and grout in the rest of the house.

We recently had our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout sealed by AZ Tile and Stone, and couldn’t be more pleased! They did an excellent job. We had an issue with some of the grout sealer, and Mike responded immediately to our concerns and returned personally with his tech to correct it. The floors look amazing (we didn’t even realize how much they needed that lol). I can’t recommend AZ Tile and Stone enough. Honest, professional, prompt, and top notch customer service.

We easily scheduled service with Arizona Tile and Stone. Last week Paul the service technician from Arizona Tile and Stone came to clean then seal the floor tile in our home. Paul arrived on time, got right to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The cost to have the service was good. We highly recommend the company.

Arizona Tile and Stone did an amazing job cleaning and sealing my tile floors. The results were outstanding — they honestly look as good as new. The team was professional, on time, and clearly knows what they’re doing. I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Arizona Tile and Stone to anyone looking to restore their tile floors. And I did it at a very fair price!

We hired this company to clean slate flooring in a sunroom and seal it, a two day job. Turned out very nice. Deducted a star because the first tech cleaned up after himself but left puddles throughout the living room which we mopped up.

Our pool builder installed a beautiful limestone patio around our pool and upon completion, incorrectly applied an acrylic sealer. After the first summer the stone surface was full of efflorescence, staining, and peeling. Mike from AZ Tile and Stone came out and immediately diagnosed the problem, and assisted in directing us to the ROC of Arizona. The inspector concurred with Mike’s assessment and we were able to get our pool contractor to pay for the repairs. Mike was super flexible with our timeline, as we had several projects going on at once. We had to reschedule and he was more than understanding. The crew that came out spent hours cleaning, stripping and honing our stone. The results are amazing, as the stone has now been resealed with the correct sealer. Their attention to detail and customer focus was stellar. I highly recommend AZ Tile and Stone and was so grateful to find a company willing to take on the task. Shout out to Garrett Paul and Aiden for making our deck look gorgeous. Many thanks!

I contracted AZ tile & Stone to seal my grout, and was (and still am) very pleased with the entire experience. I filled out the online form on their website and promptly received a call back. Garrett notified me well in advance of his arrival and completed the job in an afternoon. Very professional and I will recommend to everyone!

Excellente compañia de concreto

Irresponsible workers. Ignore stop signs and pedestrians in residential areas.

I don't know how quickly people need their gravel and rocks. When traffic is going 25 and a giant commercial construction truck is going 55 it's getting a bit serious.

Get out of the HOV lane when you're driving by yourself. Get over to the right if you're not passing Don't tailgate when a faster driving car with 2 people in the car pass your slow POS truck .Seriously go to driving school and hope you get an HOV violation ticket!

I am unable to express enough accolades and gratitude for the workers in my subdivision in Chandler, modifying the sidewalks to be ADA compliant. Very efficient, meticulous, clean, and friendly. They replaced my landscaping rocks even more OCD than me, as well as my neighbors pavers and artificial turf. Their asphalt patching, and concrete finishing was flawless. They swept the areas manually with a broom! I chatted briefly with almost all the folks throughout the process. GREAT JOB, Vincon.

I hired SUNRISE CONSTRUCTION for a new driveway and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. They measured carefully, explained the base preparation, and gave me a clear idea of how the pour would go. The crew arrived when expected, kept the site tidy, and worked in a calm, professional way that made the project easy to follow. I appreciated that they discussed curing time and when it would be best to drive on it, since that helped me plan around the work. The finished surface looks clean and even, and the edges were shaped with care instead of being rushed. It has been holding up well through daily use and rain. Overall, this was a solid experience with dependable communication and workmanship that feels built to last.

They installed a stamped concrete patio for us, and the final appearance really lifted the whole yard. The pattern is clean, the color looks even, and the crew was patient while we made a few design decisions before the pour date. I appreciated that they took time to explain maintenance and sealing in a simple way. the staff were polite with our neighbors and careful with the landscaping near the work area. It is not always easy finding contractors who are both licensed and easy to communicate with, but they managed both parts well. The project moved along smoothly and the patio feels like a lasting improvement to our home.

They poured a backyard patio for us and handled the job in a steady, capable way. Before starting, the staff walked the area with me, talked about drainage, and pointed out how they would keep water moving away from the house. That kind of detail mattered to me because I wanted the patio to look good and also function well over time. The forms were set neatly, the crew was respectful of the landscaping, and cleanup was better than I expected for this kind of project. Once the slab cured, the finish looked smooth and consistent, with a professional appearance that fit the rest of the yard. I also liked that they answered questions without making things complicated. The final result feels sturdy, practical, and well planned, and I would describe the service as reliable and well executed.

SUNRISE CONSTRUCTION installed a sidewalk and small entry pad at our place, and I came away very pleased with the result. They took time to explain spacing, control joints, and how the layout would tie into the existing walkway so it did not look patched together. The crew moved efficiently and still paid attention to the smaller details around the borders and transitions. I noticed how careful they were around the front steps and nearby planting beds, which gave me confidence in their work habits. The finished concrete has a crisp look and feels solid underfoot, with a clean broom finish that adds traction without looking rough. Communication was clear before, during, and after the work, and the whole project felt professionally managed. This was a polished experience and the workmanship stands out in a very good way.
