selling my house and wanted to do last minute repairs, I was impressed on how quick the service was completed thank you so much.

10/10 amazing loved my floors definitely recomend

I was referred by a friend. I reached out to this company for repairs on my backyard! I was very pleased with the work and with how fast it took them to complete everything! Thank you!!

I'm greatly satisfied with the job of this company. My house required some repairs like walls and ceilings, plumbing, painting, doors and windows replacements, and other inside and outside 5he house issues as well. Everything wa done with high quality and perfectionism, all in a very short time. Amazing job. I highly recommend this company for a high qualified job in a record time. That was what I needed and they went beyond my expections. The price was the bestvi could find after checking with a few other companies. Thank you TRS CONSTRUCTION. My house is like new now.

I had a great experience working with this TRS Construction LLC. Their pricing was excellent and honestly one of the best quotes I received. They delivered incredible value for the cost. What really stood out, though, was how quickly they completed the project without cutting corners. The team was efficient, organized, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Despite the fast turnaround, the quality of work was excellent. Everything was done with attention to detail, and they kept me informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company that balances affordability, speed, and quality so well.

I would definitely recommend TRS Construction to anyone looking for reliable and efficient construction services.

Great service, I definitely recommend TRS Construction LLC for your future home renovations and other services. Great prices.

Did great work. Will definitely hire again for our next project.

He literally ended the call on me when I asked about the cost per sq ft. That was really unprofessional. Thanks for showing me that your company is not a good company to do business with.

Homes built the right way.

Great builder of 55 and older community in the valley

Good people and a quality product! There aren’t many people better than John Arnett to work with.

I am not impressed with the customer service regarding the building of Sunland Village Springs East. When going under contract we were promised quicker completion dates once the earnest money was deposited production delayed and everyone is blaming everyone else instead of trying to get to the bottom of the delays or just being honest about it. It took 4 months to even touch the land. There is no communication. I drive by the house every week and don’t see any progress for weeks. Now my lender is telling me they are reporting problem with their subs and it is delaying the process even more. The sales manager at the office is the absolute worst. It’s obvious to me that he has no concern for his customers he just wants the sales. If I would have know that my grandparents were going to be treated so poorly I would have suggest that they build in another community instead of being taken advantage of. Worst building process I have ever seen.

John Arnett and Farnsworth Construction is a great option for a local general contractor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to build a custom home or even a commercial building.

Farnsworth did a great job on our new building here in SVE. Communication, timeliness, safety, quality and cost management were all consistent with a great company. I have managed many construction projects working for one company for 34 years before retirement. Although this SVE project was not on the same scale of those projects, it was equally professional and well managed by Farnsworth. Thank you John and team. Michael
