Hello I was just in the Home Depot to purchase something to hang pictures with. I didn't want to put any large holes in the wall. Home Depot has a great inventory and lots of fun 😊 ideas to choose from 😊! I love the prices 😍, and the employees.

My experience on 6/08 was negative. I am a natural born woman who is gender conforming in appearance. I grabbed a couple of things for a project and went to self checkout. The gentleman working that area insisted I needed help despite my refusal. He bypassed the Pro Rewards entry and when I mentioned I needed to enter it he stated, "You don't have a Pro Rewards." I stated that I did have one and his response was, "No, who's account is it, it's not yours." While I am not sure if he was trying to be playful, my perception and how I received it was misogynistic/sexist. I left the store respectfully, insisting that it was, in fact, my account. I understand that employees joke around with customers, but acting like a woman can't be a contractor shouldn't be part of their playfulness.

Comfort Masters kept in contact with me regarding arrival time and appointment. The tech was very thorough. I was actually surprised that he didn't try to upsell me on anything. My bill was $8.88 just as advertised

The contractor that home Depot used for the flooring install was horrible at communication and scheduling. Despite knowing the age of my home, I was never informed that as best as testing, would it need to be performed before they could even begin work. So I waited a month for them to show up at my house only to have them tell me they couldn't do anything and that they would not put me back on the schedule until all asbestos testing was complete and I had an official certificate. At which point they would then schedule me for another month out. I ended up doing the flooring install myself because I couldn't wait to sell my house around for their crappy contractor to actually show up and do the job.

I then had to hassle with doing a return on the labor and also ending up having to pay taxes on the flooring materials themselves which took more than 5 hours of my time to sort out, And took 2 weeks to get back on my credit card.

I would have been better off just doing it myself and never having to deal with home Depot services.

We used Mariano & Co to remodel our laundry room.

They were recommended by a neighbor who was very pleased with their work.

Mariano & Co has a well developed process from job beginning to job completion.

Communication is easy with all their team: interior designer, field ops manager, logistics manager, and Lucien. On the 1st day of construction, the whole team shows up and goes over the plan with the homeowner to make sure everybody is in sync. When the job is done, Lucien comes out to inspect and makes sure everything is done correctly and that you are satisfied.

We are very happy with the job that they did for us.

I am pleased to write a review for our master bathroom remodel project done by Mariano & Co., LLC. Living up to the expectation of a '5 Star Experience' is no easy task. But our remodel with Mariano & Co. did just that. . . from the start to finish!
We got really serious about remodeling after we had seen the master bath remodel that Mariano & Co. had completed for friends of ours. We loved the look of our friends' new bathroom and asked who did the work. That was the first we had heard about the Mariano quality. Then, we talked to several other contractors and got estimates for what we wanted for our bathroom.
From the initial meeting with Lucien, we were impressed. He came to our home and listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions. He was very professional and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable and knew we wanted to proceed with Mariano & Co. after interviewing several other contractors.
We scheduled our appointment at the Mariano show room. There, we met our designer, Lauren; Vic, the owner, and Lucien. Everything was explained to us regarding the cost, communication through the BuilderTrend app, and what the process would be. It was very easy to ask questions and feel really secure that we were 'in good hands'.
No detail was overlooked. From the exact measurements, to the drawings, to the schedule that would be followed; it was all clearly communicated and we knew what to expect and when. When the workers started coming to begin the project, they showed up on time - always - and if there was some reason to change the time or the plans we knew the night before from the email communication.
We had heard stories from friends about how dirty and messy remodels could be. That was one of the main things that we really appreciated. Care and consideration for the carpet and furniture in our bedroom and bathroom were always a priority. Of course, there was a mess! But Mariano & Co. tried to keep it as clean as possible with daily upkeep.
The quality of workmanship one every level was exceptional! The workers seemed to really take pride in their craftsmanship and it definitely showed in the final completion. The materials that Mariano & Co. use seem so much better than some of the other products that we had seen. I am not an expert on tile or fixtures, but I know what I wanted; and what we got looks like a 5 star product! Nothing looks 'cheap' or 'plastic'. The quality of products used by Mariano & Co. is excellent.
As with any big project, there's always going to be a few little concerns. When our floor tile was completed for our shower, it looked great! However, we didn't realize until we actually stood in it and took a shower, that a few of the tiles needed to be sanded down. When we expressed our concern to Mariano & Co. they were very willing to make it right and wasted no time in making that happen. The same with touch-up that needed to be done with paint. We let the Company know about it, and they immediately got it fixed to our satisfaction.
I told Lloyd, our project manager, after the project was finished that there we some other areas of our home that I would like to address. I thin that's what occurs when your realize the possibilities that could happen with a quality contractor such as Mariano & Co.! We will definitely contact Mariano's again when we are ready to do an additional remodel! Trust? Quality? Attention to Detail? These are the things you can count on with Mariano's!

My wife and I had been planning to renovate our kitchen for years. We prepared notes and sketches of what we wanted to achieve and interviewed four local contractors to get their advice and proposals. Vic listened to our ideas thoughtfully and gave us advise on how to the get the best value for the budget we had. We compared the proposals from all 4 contractors carefully and decided to work with Mariano & Co. Next we met with Vic's full team and developed designs and drawings over the next few weeks. At one point we were way over budget and Vic was able to work with the team and come up with creative ideas that met with both our design objectives and budget. The kitchen was completed on schedule and the workmanship is excellent. The staff were professional and great to work with. We love the space and functionality that was created. We have received a great deal of positive feedback. This is the second project we have done with Mariano and & Co. and we definitely talk to them first for our future renovation needs.

We recently hired Mariano to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. They were great. Chris Vierkoetter walked us through the Mariano process from planning, budgeting, design, construction, and final walk through. Erin came up with a beautiful design, and personally shopped/guided us through all the material selections. The planning and execution was excellent with Mariano helping us through every stage. We received an email every night with the precise plan and plans for the next day which made it easy for us to accommodate the construction staff. We stayed in our home through the entire process and the staff were polite and experts in their field. They were quick to address any minor issues along the way. An outstanding experience. Well worth the investment. Our home looks refreshed and new.

I wish I could click 10 plus stars as our experience with Lucien, Lauren and the entire Mariano & Co. team far exceeded our expectations!! Every aspect of our kitchen and basement remodel, from day one when the whole team was at our door ready to start demo to daily communication of status to designing to the team at the house every day, was top notch!! We have the kitchen of our dreams and are blessed to have found our contractors for life, the Mariano & Co. team!

Where to begin? I just can’t say enough good things about Mariano and Co.! This was our second time using them. The first was a partial remodel (kitchen, flooring and paint). This time, we did everything else, to bring the rest of the house up to the same, high quality, level. This was a massive job, broken up into 3 phases. We also lived in the house during the entire process (5 ½ months). We started, like last time, by meeting with the dynamic duo, Lucien and Lauren! Lucien took the time to listen to all our wishes and Lauren brough it to life with her design work. We had multiple meetings, where we could fine tune the scope of the work and design options. At no point did it feel like we were bothering them, with quick texts or emails. They always responded very quickly. We are so comfortable with Lauren that when she would present us with options, we could just say “which one would you do?” and go with that. In fact, during construction, she noticed one of the colors on the physical tile didn’t match the picture, so she came out to see us immediately, with alternative options she had prepared. During construction, you get an email, nightly with what to expect the following day. There are no surprises. Rob and his team are top notch. Steve, Scott, Richard, Jose, Carlos, Ephraim, Ryan were so professional and courteous. They got to know the kids…and the dogs! The attention to detail is fantastic. There were many times where I thought an area was completed, but they were back fine tuning it even more. Finally, they took the time to address all my punch list items. I never felt rushed for them to mark everything as complete. I also know, if something comes up, down the road, I can just reach out to our “contractor for life”!

UPDATE 2025: We had two further rooms remodeled by Mariano’s and again their work was excellent.

We just had our master bedroom and bathroom remodeled by Mariano's. We were very impressed with the whole team from start to finish. They were courteous, always showed up when they were supposed to, and they did great work. They worked until we were completely satisified with the project. Michelle was skilled with interior design and Lucien sent an email at the end of every work day keeping us informed of who was coming into the house that day. We will definitely use them for more projects.

We recently completed an entire home remodel with Mariano and Co that included redesigning and remodeling our kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, tiling the entire house, and converting our existing patio into a sun room. From the contract signing, through the design phase, construction, and all the way to final completion, they did a fabulous job with great attention to detail. The quality of their work is worth every penny and far exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family that have seen our newly redesigned house routinely comment on what a good job they did.

Beyond doing quality work, Mariano and Co does an excellent job communicating with their clients along the way. The scope of work is extremely detailed and clear to read so that there is no confusion during the project. Additionally, they send nightly emails indicating the schedule for the next day. During the construction phase, every single worker came on time as described in the nightly email. Compared to our experiences with other contractors, that degree of timeliness and consistency is unheard of. All of the workers were friendly and started feeling almost like family by the end of the project.

Our project manager Mike was consistently on site to ensure work was completed properly and address any questions or concerns we had. He is extremely responsive to calls and texts. In addition to being a great project manager, he was very easy to work with and all around one of the nicest people I know.

Based on our experience with this remodel, I can confidently say they are the best contractor we’ve ever seen. When we move on to another project, we will without a doubt use them again. They’ve earned their “contractor for life” slogan.

Our remodel went extremely smooth and turned out amazing! The level of communication and professionalism is top tier; not to mention the precise timelines. My job was a very small one, involving the removal of a Murphy bed, painting of two bedrooms, and repairing of minor damage caused by a motorized wheel chair. In spite of this being a relatively small job for them, I was treated as a major customer, with daily communication on work plans, etc. All work was completed as scheduled, at the estimated cost, and with very high quality. Mike checked in daily to track progress, and did a final walk through with me to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using Mariano & Co. for any future remodeling that I do. I recommend them very highly.
