My experience with Valley Voltage was a good one. My sales person Brandon was very helpful and kept me updated with all the goings on with this process. I love my new roof and happy they finally got the solar panels up. Just waiting for APS to come and inspect everything to get the solar actually turned on. I will recommend Valley Voltage and Brandon to all my friends who dont have solar or need a new roof. Thank you to all who helped me with this process.

If you’re thinking about going solar, use this company! They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the community they have at their fingertips to help with any and all needs. Shout out to Carlos and the rest of the team! Jake was also extremely helpful. Sarah is always willing to chat about any questions I have had and I can’t rave about them enough!

I had a wonderful visit with Preston. I worked up a heck of an estimate for more panels, battery and a new ac unit. the total price for all that was just right . I signed all the paperwork that night and totally forgot my first loan I have for all my existing solar system. And had the cancel my installation. I could not take on anymore payment. I appreciate the time and effort that prestonon had for me,.

These guys are awesome!! They are extremely professional and very easy to work with. They’re also easy to contact when we have questions and they’re extremely knowledgeable about what they do. They care a lot about what we want and need for our house. They were able to get us a FREE a/c unit with our solar panels. The installation process was great. Everything works well. I absolutely recommend hiring these guys.

Valley voyage did a great job installing 2 new HVAC systems. and the placed solar panels on the roof. Everyone from Preston, and Sarah to the 2 crews were wonderful to work with and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them

I worked with Brandon on some roofing and insulation paired with a solar system at my new home. He was very helpful and honest and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable with the design and the entire process. We’ve seen savings month over month as we get used to the app and the new technology. Valley Voltage’s entire team from sales, to office to installers have all been very helpful and kind.

Solar was installed earlier this year. It was saving us money, but now it is not. For the past couple months, our battery hasn’t been holding a charge and we’re using more off grid power than our solar panels. We have left several messages, emails and texts for over a month and no call, text or email back. Horrible customer service!

As you can see the text says “Sarah from Valley Voltage”… and yes, I have called the office line and left messages. No response.

Did a great job adding solar panels and a roof replacement in a timely manner. Very professional with a win win solution for them and my household. Definitely would recommend if you want to go solar in the near future and are tired of increasing rates from the power company.

I have found this roofing company to be very untrustworthy, they have claimed to not work with a fraudulent lead generation company that lies to say u can get a “FREE” roof or AC unit. But I have estimates that say different. This company is partnered with Valley Voltage / Valley Voltage Marketing that lies to customers to obtain their personal information to then bundle Solar with roofing and AC. But only charges customer $60,000 to $100,000 over normal costs when they generate the loan. Most customers who read the fine line know to cancel immediately.

Valley Voltage was a pleasure to work with. I got my roof replaced and added solar panels. The all new all black roof looks amazing! My solar panels have already saved me over $200 a month and were just activated mid month! I am very pleased with my decision working with this company!

T&K Electric installed solar panels on our house Feb 2022. After interviewing a couple other major solar installers I chose T&K for a few reasons: They are a local electric company that does their own work as opposed to a contractor. I liked the specs and quality of the panels and inverters they use and the cost was competitive. They gave me more options as well, the others had only one configuration to sell me. I'm glad I went with the micro inverters. T&K really showed satisfaction in their systems. Electricians were polite and helpful. They did a very nice job and guaranteed their work and they guarantee the production of the panels.

We had a rough start the first year. Had a hard time getting support for a few months when we were still getting high electric bills. I think they had some problems with support staff during that time. Tommy DO co-owner contacted us and helped us solve our problem. They have been very responsive since. The system has worked perfectly from day 1 but APS was not crediting our account correctly that first year. After contacting APS a few times they fixed it. T&K installed a power monitoring Sense device that helped us really take advantage of the solar power and optimize or power usage. It's been over two years now and I am still very happy with it. I can't say we are saving a whole lot of money with solar. While we don't pay APS anymore we are making payments on the Solar loan but it costs a little less at the end of the year, saving maybe $500-$1000 per year while we are still paying off the loan.

The house is about 4000 sqft 6 bedroom with two AC units, a pool, electric oven and dryer, and terribly inefficient windows. Costing $3000-4000 per year for electricity from APS before solar. Solar loan now costs $2800/yr with no electric bill and we usually have a few hundred dollars credit from APS at the end of the year. The system is 41 panels, 15KW. T&K originally recommended a 23KW system for our house and power usage but we chose a smaller system to cut cost. It would now make more sense for us to invest in our biggest energy losses... replacing the old aluminum frame windows and upgrading some appliances.

I will be calling T&K when I need any other electric Heat/AC work done, very happy with the business.

Team #1 from T&K did a great job installing my 13 kW system. They showed up on time and only took ~5 hours start to finish. Tommy and his crew are just fantastic! My old landlord had Tommy upgrade an electrical panel in the house I was renting so when I bought a house and needed a panel upgrade, I knew I had to call Tommy to get the job done right. He was great with communicating and answered all of my questions. His tech Eddie installed my new panel, a whole home surge protector and added an outdoor outlet so I can plug in Christmas lights and completed everything I asked for. They stuck to my quote which I appreciated and did everything in a very timely manner. My biggest thing was just how great at communicating Tommy was. He always was there to answer my questions and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I’m a repeat customer and will definitely go back to him for anything else I need done. I highly recommend T&K Electric!

The crew did a great job installing the panels and especially Ely. Ely was very communicative and kept me posted on everything that was going on during the install. I can't believe how fast they installed the panels and got everything up and running. I'm extremely happy with their services and highly recommend them.

After our solar system was installed, I waited 2 years to write this review. I wanted data on how this system has performed. Yes, the installation was excellent and the price was very fair. One of the main reasons I chose T&K Electric they are an electrical contractor. This is very important. If the solar industry slows down they have plenty of other work to keep them financially healthy. Over the last 2 years, several solar companies have filed for bankruptcy protection because of a lack of work. Here are my numbers after 2 years. My average electric bill dropped from $177.38 to $21.44 per month. My ROI is 15.32%, a great return with very low risk. The time to full payback is 6.5 years. My total savings after 24 months is $3,742.35. Every time there is an increase in electric rates, the amount I save goes up, my ROI goes up and my years to payback comes down. This has been one of the best investments I have made.

They did not install enough panels on our roof to meet our needs and were impossible to get on the phone. When I finally did, the guy was not pleased to be hearing from me and I gave up. We regret our solar and are just working to pay it off as fast as possible now.

I have had my faith restored in T&K Electric.

The company has been placed back in Tommy’s capable hands which is the reason I used them in the first place for my solar install. After a few conversations with Tommy, we spoke of my issues concerning my solar install that were done under previous management while Tommy was out of country. He listened, did not make excuses and he did not shy away from the issues and took full accountability. Can’t really ask for more from a person or company, very down to earth.

I decided to give Tommy and T&K another chance to redeem themselves, and that is exactly what they did. They were on time, did exactly what was asked, left the site clean, and were courteous and professional. Very fair and transparent.

We can all understand that no one, or no company is perfect. Some companies go through changes and sometimes it is not for the better. This company did that but decided to maintain their base and revitalize the company through Tommy’s leadership. Tommy is taking the steps to make it right with every one of his customers instead of just changing his business name and running away; very commendable. I am glad they did. I have my reliable contractor back, one which I can trust.
