I am pleased with T&K Electric and the results I have had over the course of planning the solar installation, the install and subsequent followup.

It began with Dave Hardy presenting the product and helping to plan the final product. Each member of the team has been awesome. Their customer service has been top notch throughout the process.

Unlike many owners, Tommy has been involved and accessible.

I cannot imagine that anyone could give this group of people less than a 5 star review if they are honest with what is provided.

I worked with Jeff Wright on the recently completed Community of Grace Solar Project that T&K installed. We interviewed several solar companies and T&K was the best priced, solid equipment and most accomodating. It's hard to find a good solar company, T&K is definately one of the good ones. I highly recommend T&K for your Residential or Commercial Solar needs.

T &K installed our solar and also installed 2 HVAC units. Angel and Caleb have been out here numerous times for different things we added on. Great company. Excellent work. They always show up, provide great work and a great price. These guys are a really great team of people who take care of their customers.

When we were considering Solar, one of our biggest concerns was Customer service once the Solar was installed. We went through a friend and believed them about trusting and going through this company. We have had to interact with customer service for a couple of questions and guidance we needed. We are very pleased to say that they have communicated promptly and with great kindness as they walked us through our needs.

I was contacted by the original owner of T&K Electric who had sold the company prior to my solar being contracted. Tommy the owner has since taken back ownership of the company and has reached out to me. Tommy has made a commitment to fix any outstanding issues, at no cost to me and was very apologetic for the issues I have had and was good about explaining how the disconnect occurred and how he is going to do much better at staying in touch with me until any issues, if any issues found are corrected.

I worked with T&K again to assist with removing and reinstalling the solar panels so I could get my roof replaced. They were very professional in their work and even relocated several panels to a better location to help with solar production. Thx T&K

I contracted with Jim The Solar Guy a couple of months ago to have solar panels installed. T&K Electric was his installer of choice! II am very pleased with T&K Electric. They are very professional, and knowledgeable. The installers were very respectful of my home. Mariem in the T&K office is awesome!! She has the best communication with the customers. I would suggest if you are looking for a solar panel company T&K Electric is the one to call!!

UPDATE: tried reaching out to the company to resolve issue as suggested in their reply they have many checks and balances to prevent my situation from happneing.I am getting nothing but a run around where they completed an analysis and said nothing was wrong on their end and to reach out to my sales representative which was the entire problem in the first place! My stance stands, this company lies and gives you no way to actually see if their design matches the performance required to actually save you money. Do not trust them for solar.

Sales person said i would pay $70 for the financing of the solar panels and that i would be paying back my solar panel loan and not have to owe APS. I was also told I would get around 16K in inflation reduction act rebates which never happened. I pay $150 a month now for the financing of the solar panels on top of $190 from APS. Do not trust the door sales for this company. I was paying way less.. $148 all together for budget billing from APS before so no the promise of saving money to install solar was a complete lie.

I was met with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge! I was very concerned since my barn was built in the 1980s, but T&K put my worries to rest with their high-quality work! Will definitely be using them for all future projects and needs!

Solar Installer is my choice because of their High Level of service.. Anyone can sell Solar and anyone can install Solar but who services Solar?? T&K does a phenomenal job of the "Service part" of Solar..
Here is a situation...
9:00am tell them that a switch was over heating .
12:00 they tell me that someone will be at customers house between 1:00-2:00
1:30 they show up to diagnose the issue
2:45 the manager delivers part to repairman
4:30 system is fixed
This is not good service this is amazing service!!

Ely showed up to provide technical support for our solar panels. He was nice, friendly, and very professional. He answered all questions in regards to the issue with the panels, and got the process started to get the equipment (parts) needed to get them back up and running.

T&K Electric has been amazing to work with. They have excellent communication and always pick up the phone when we call. They have helped us navigate through a new main electrical panel and rooftop solar panels. They are extremely organized and professional. Their installation crews are top-notch! We are now forever clients!

Angel was fantastic! Very friendly and the team did an amazing job. The panels and set up look great and I can’t wait to be able to use them!(pending inspection). They were always on time and had great communication plus I LOVED that they handled my HOA stuff for me. Definitely recommend!

They switched my dad and the guy lied to my parent! They sold him only 14 panels and a loan for over 48K this company has terrible representatives and the company pays people to write reviews don’t trust this company at all! My parents should have done better research before careful about these guys! They told them that 14 was enough we called SRP and they told us that it won’t even cover 50% of our total output! Embarrassing to be affiliated with these companies

If I could give TK Electric more than five stars I would! I had Solar installed on my home almost 2 years ago and I could not be happier with my system! I have worked in the Solar Industry for close to 10 years now, and TK Electric is by far the best company for Solar out there! They were honest about everything! We had no surprises when it came to price and stayed in constant communication with myself and my husband throughout the entire installation process up until we received PTO. TK has reached out several times since we had our system turned on to make sure our system was running correctly and the monitoring system was performing well. The technicians were very professional, answered any questions we had and showed up the day of installation at the exact time they said they would. I would highly recommend TK Electric If you’re looking for solar!

I was hesitant with any solar company to move forward with getting solar panels installed, but I must say the customer service and follow through of this company is beyond stellar. There was even a potential problem with my roof that they missed on inspection and they paid a month of my solar bill for me because of how long it was going to take to get everything active because of overlooking the issue. The guys were beyond polite and professional. I can't recommend this company enough and they've been in business enough years to where I felt comfortable moving forward with their involvement instead of a company that had iffy reviews or had been brand new
The only thing that held me back that I don't seem to be able to do anything about is that I don't have use for the $8,000 Federal credit becauseI'mm retired and I thought I should have shopped around for a way to have my entire bill reduced because of not qualifying for credit

I’ve had a great experience with the T&K Electric Team. They provided constant communication throughout the entire Solar Installation. I had to reach out due to an error on my connection and the install team came out right away to fix our issue! The owner, Tommy, is very professional and committed to assisting his customers. I highly recommend!

Great company to work with! Caleb and Angel arrived on time each day. They were friendly and professional. They always asked before doing anything, gave me options for layout, cleaned up everything every day. Great office staff as well!
