When you or your insurance need to call in a Mitigation team.. definitely use DC Restoration! If you live in the White Mountains, request Mike Tedder! Mike has been quick to respond, extremely thorough, dependable & honest, and he has been respectful of our time & home. No one ever wants to be in the position of needing Mitigation, but if you do need to call in a professional, Mike is the best choice for you, your home and your health!

I used DC Restoration when a toilet leaked and caused damage to my wood floors through the house. They were ok very professional and already had a relationship with my insurance company. Very happy with the results and work they did on my home.

DC Restoration was great to deal with during our horrible kitchen flooding. No homeowner wants to deal with this stuff. Cody our superintendent and Diane our estimator made it a great experience. They provided all the follows ups, set expectations and when it looked like things weren’t going to be done by the timeframe, they communicated quickly. Being a Sr Supply Chain Manager in Solar O&M, I understand having to deal with contractors and subcontractors, sometimes it’s out of your hands. DC Restoration did a great job managing this project and getting our home back to normal. I would recommend this company!

We had a great experience working with DC Restoration after our major garage fire. Chip, Brandon, Dave, Scott and their sub-contractors helped make rebuilding our home an easy process overall. It was 9 months of hard work but the end result is stunning! Please consider them if you ever find yourself needing a restoration team.

After my restaurant U.S Egg suffered a fire and major water damage, DC Restoration truly stepped up. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation with professionalism and care. During a very difficult time, they made the process much easier. I’m very grateful for their work and would highly recommend them to anyone. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Total rip off. Took my deductible of 1K and then the check the insurance company issued for another $675 for literally painting 2 garage walls white and a tiny section of a stained ceiling. Should be ashamed! Maybe have some decency and say "hey homeowner the work we are doing can be done yourself for under $100". Racket!

Never ever use this company, they tear in to your walls and leave you hanging. If they can't meet your deadlines they abandon the work. Very poor communication and very unprofessional. Again never ever use them.

Horrible company drivers on the 60. Absolutely no concern for other drivers, no turn signals, riding too close and speeding.

Over priced and proceeded to work without prior authorization. They claimed to use 2 guys for an hour and a half for putting up ply wood on a door and a window. They also broke/cracked the window from improper drilling or wrong angle.

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. They are closing up shop in the middle of our fire restoration job in Show Low. Not enough staff before they closed shop. Now they come out of Mesa headquarters. What a joke of a company. They should not be vetted by any insurance company.

For your own good please use another company. All the negative reviews are true. Most of their 5 star reviews are from 1 review only accounts. So most likely done by owners/employees.

This company is horrible!!! They will take advantage of you at the worst time of your life!!! DO NOT USE THEM! They were nice to start out with but it’s all lies! They destroyed my yard and promised to fix it in the end and it’s been months of lies and the run around!!!

Damage control did great at getting our stuff out when our house flooded and returning it in great shape! 5 Stars for them!
DC Restoration has been a nightmare! Working with their contractor was extremely frustrating! They have poor communication. They gave us a quoted end date at September 8, they did not complete the project till October 3! When the project wasn’t completed by that date my husband called and the contractor laughed in his face and said “there’s no way we would have finished by then.” What’s the point of quoting an end date?!?!

Stay clear of this company. They will try to manipulate you and push for you to log an insurance claim. Trust your instincts. They are scammers and just looking to rack up huge $$$ for your insurance to pay out. They did a board up of my home (which I NEVER authorized) for a break in. Over $500 for a couple pieces of plywood! They then called me with pressure tactics regarding logging a claim with my insurance company to perform the repairs. There was no way I was going to A) give them the business of the repairs and B) allow them to take advantage of insurance. They belittled me on the phone and said they couldn't believe I wasn't going to log a claim with my insurance because the repairs were going to be very expensive (in their words). Fast forward to completing the repairs, without their assistance. The total bill of repair came to LESS than my insurance deductible. Don't let this company scare you into going with their services.

We had a housefire and constantly went back-and-forth with DC restoration with damages they had done to our personal household good belongings and lost many our personal belongings. We also received items that were not ours I’m glad we took pictures and video of someone from DC restoration picking these items up from our home.
Our microwave was dropped. The door was loose, trim was broken and it was one of those under the range microwaves that’s non-operable. There is still numerous damaged items including 2-30” Frederick Remington statues.
An original RCA Victrola, that was in pristine condition and many other items
This company will blame another company which is owned by the same company and the games goes on and on.
On December 26 I’m filing small claims court. I’m done playing these games. They don’t return phone calls, so I’m just not playing this anymore
