George was on time & did a very good job. He stretched 2 areas before the cleaning & explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He and Zack worked hard and efficiently. Lara was very helpful and easy to work with planning services.

The washing machine leaked, overflowed onto the upstairs carpet and caused a flood in the kitchen! George came by within a couple of hours on a Saturday, set up fans and a dehumidifier. After it all dried out, he sent someone by to patch up the kitchen ceiling, then came by and painted. He then steam cleaned the hallway and stair carpet, and the kitchen floor. It was all excellent work, and now looks like it never happened. I'd definitely recommend them.

My realtor told me I'd have to replace the very dirty carpet at a new house I bought. I thought I'd give carpet cleaning a chance to see if it would help the situation. Network Carpet Cleaners cleaned it and they did such a good job you can't see the dirt anymore! I thought for sure it would be somewhat impossible to remove the dirt but I was wrong. We just moved into our new home and had a couple of issues. There was a paint stain in the carpet and an oil stain on the garage floor. The stain in the carpet was cut out and repaired and looks like there was never an issue! The oil stain was cleaned and cleared and the garage floor looks great. I highly recommend them!
