Great and friendly experience! I had a terrible pet urine smell in the master closet's carpet from the pervious tenant that saturated through the padding and down to the concrete. Network carpet services were very thorough when replacing and treated the concrete with an enzyme prior to installing new padding and concrete. They also followed up to see how the smell was doing and offered to return if I still have any issues. The team was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, polite and did a wonderful job. I will be using them again in the future for any carpet needs!!

For over two decades, I have entrusted Network Carpet Services with my needs, spanning a remarkable tally of more than 2,500 real estate transactions. Throughout this extensive period, I have relied on their expertise in various domains, including tile and plank installation, carpet tile fitting, steam cleaning, and water loss mitigation. The consistency of their services and the quality of their workmanship have been consistently impressive, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with every interaction.

My carpet hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years, but when George came in, he assessed the areas that needed extra attention, moved furniture as needed (we had done most of the prep) and accommodated us at the end of the day. He left fans running to ensure the floor was thoroughly dried and picked them up the next day. There were no extra or hidden charges and he was extremely pleasant to work with.

George did a great job on a tough assignment. Our carpet should really be replaced, but we're not ready for that job just yet. George shared his concerns about the limits of cleaning such an aged carpet, which I completely understood and asked him to proceed. The end result was better than I expected. He also left a couple industrial fans to ensure the carpet was dry before installation of the new area rug and couch.

They showed up started working before i even knew in the carport. Removed adhesive from the living room where previous tenant had glued / taped a rug. Looks fantastic now! I would highly recommend!

I was in a pickle with a mama foster who just had 9 puppies. Unfortunately she had several accidents from stress and labor. They saw my post asking for a reputable carpet cleaning company. They were tagged several times (I see why now) and offered free of charge to help me out! They came out right away were punctual friendly and non judgey about my stinky bedroom. I don't know how they got the smell out but it was like brand new! After all the puppies get adopted I will definitely use them to get my house in brand new condition again! George and his guys did a great job! He was very knowledgeable, on time, fair prices, protected all the walls from hoses hitting them and the carpet looks like new.

I had spilled a large glass of red wine on my beautiful couch and also had two club chairs that needed a cleaning. I wanted the wine out ASAP and called Network Carpet. I engaged with a highly professional scheduler, who told me the owner of the company, George, could come the next day. Perfect! George arrived on time and was just a delight to interact with. His work was very methodical and detailed, he got the staining out completely, and everything looks like new! Really excellent service all around and I could not be a happier customer. A++ and I would highly recommend.
