To say I was pleased would be an understatement. They did such a great job. Top to bottom everything came out perfect. The house looks fantastic. I will be using them in the future thanks again for everything!!

It was very easy to work with them on scheduling. Great communications of the service. We had the apartment move out service done. The apartment was in great shape and the ladies did a very thorough job. Especially to note that the shower glass doors were impressively clean and clear. Fair prices for the great work performed! Definitely recommend and will use again.

Virginia was very responsive and easy to work with! She was professional and explained each thing she was going to do for a move out clean. She was also able schedule my service quickly and showed up at the time she said she would.

I was referred to House Cleaning Solutions by my cousin. I was a little hesitant at first but glad I hired them. They’re very professional and Virginia has great communication skills and explained to me everything to expect. I chose to get my kitchen deep cleaned bc My oven has seen better days, I had no hope that anyone would be able to clean it but as you can see in the before and after pics they did an amazing job that left me thinking if they came in and replaced my oven lol it looked brand new. I can see why my cousin referred me and I will do the same and refer them to everyone I knw.

I reached out to Housecleaning solutions to do a deep clean. The professional crew was kind, thorough and efficient. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend this service!

Virginia and her excellent team has made it possible for us, as out of state owners, to run our VRBO in Apache Junction. Our guests are always commenting on how clean and welcoming the house is, and we never have to worry (like we did with our previous service). Virginia always goes above and beyond! House Cleaning Solutions goes above and beyond any other company in the business! They are reasonably priced, always on time, efficient and trustworthy. This is NOT a cleaning service you will want. Seems strange all the other reviews listed on here are 5 stars? Hmmm, they must get rid of the real dissatisfied clients. I can guarantee there are many others that are completely unsatisfied. They literally don’t clean. And my home is never that dirty. Just needs basic upkeep. I paid $160.00 for regular cleaning. Waste of money. They sent 3 people. They did not vacuum or mop my floors in both bathrooms and bedrooms. They didn’t dust or wipe down furniture throughout my house. Did not wipe down window sills. I kept finding long dark hair’s in my kitchen. Even on my kitchen faucet just hanging there! My window seats were not wiped down. They somewhat vacuumed and mopped my kitchen and some of the living room. (Only because that’s where I was). They moved some of my decor around to make it look like they wiped the furniture down. Basically they didn’t do anything but clean my toilets, shower and wiped down some of my counter tops. All though, I had to re-wipe down all of my counter tops in my kitchen. They were sticky. Virginia, (the owner) told me when I called to let her know, that next time let the cleaners know what they didn’t do before they leave. I guess she was letting me know it was my fault I didn’t tell them how to clean. Never again. There are too many other cleaning companies out there. I give them 0 stars!

Response: Customers should not have to take it upon themselves to make sure cleaners do the basic job they are there for. My home had nothing special about it. And just needed basic cleaning. I would think and hope your cleaners would know to do the basics with out being told. Once again, all that I listed above was not done. When I started cleaning the floor in the bathroom the next day. I realized everything that wasn’t done. And everything I listed above is true. The fact of the matter is people should know what to expect and experiences they have had. That’s what reviews are for. The things I noticed after they left, were reported. And all that was done about it was, being told to tell them before they leave to clean it. Well that didn’t clean and resolve what was not done. Why bother calling again to report more that wasn’t done?? It obviously didn’t resolve anything the first time. I would not trust your cleaning people to step foot in my home again. Sorry but this is not customer service.

I have used virginia and her team for numerous years now. Her team has helped me with two move out deep cleans and monthly airbnb cleans. It is because of her and her ladies that my airbnb was as successful as it was! She is very accommodating and they put in a ton of effort each time! A great solution that i recommend to everyone and would use again and again! I have never had any concern or issue with these ladies in my home around cash, things of value etc. very trustworthy! Worth every penny!

I’ve been using Virginia’s Cleaning Services for several years. I have always been happy with them. They bring all of their own equipment, work the entire time without a lot of visiting, and leave my home sparkling clean!

We have used House Cleaning Solutions for over 8yrs. Virgina and her team are the BEST!! They do an exceptional job cleaning and are here when they say they will be here! If your scheduled cleaning day/time has to be adjusted they are very good on communicating said changes. As well as working with us if we need to adjust our cleaning day/time. We highly recommend them for you as well!

I contacted House cleaning solutions after finding their company thru a google search for house cleaning. I left a message and was contacted a short while later and had the pleasure of speaking to Virginia, she was able to answer all questions over the phone and quote a price for my deep cleaning needs. After confirming the price with the owner I again contact Virginia and she was willing and able to rearrange her busy schedule to fit my schedule for the deep cleaning the home needed.
There crew of cleaners showed up on time and were all business from the minute they started the job, they completed every phase of cleaning that I had spoken to Virginia about on the phone and then cleaned there way back out the door they walked in ! Including the door. I was able to finalize cleaning payment the same day, having the property ready for photos and listing the next day.
