Phenomenal. I cannot express how truly wonderful this company is. Gina, who set up the appointment for me last minute for a move out cleaning was beyond sweet, and professional! I stopped by the house while the teams were doing their cleaning, and I can only wish that I would have such a positive attitude while cleaning my house! I highly recommend them for any service they provide and I will never use anybody else in Arizona!

Carnation Home Cleaning has been cleaning our home for over 2 years. We don't get to interact with our cleaning team as they clean while we're at work. However, from the thorough and professional job they do we believe our cleaning team to be honest and hardworking. We're never disappointed when we get home on a cleaning day. The house is squeaky clean. If we request something beyond the ordinary cleaning, it gets done. We've had several companies and individuals clean our home over the years and our satisfaction with Carnation Home Cleaning and their employees could not be greater!

I have been wanting to call for years but have been reluctant because I am very picky on what I want and how to clean. But my hand was forced when I was taken ill. Upon my recovery it was too much for me to handle and to catch up. So one day I just picked up the phone and called. The person on the other line was very helpful and made me feel very content and confident. The morning the team arrived, I was so excited! They were very friendly, made me feel very at ease and answered ALL my suggestions. Believe me, I had a lot being my first time. I left my husband home with them because I had to work and all you women out there knows what that means. Anyway, when I returned home I was so, so, so, very pleased and impressed. My house was back! It not only looked nice it's smelled nice. I would highly recommend them!!!

I have been quite happy with Carnation cleaning services. The only reason I did not given them five stars is because sometimes they cannot come at the appointed time and we try to get out of their way when they are cleaning our home. They are always courteous and friendly. I would recommend them highly.

It was easy to contact them. Staff was friendly. I requested a deep cleaning of my home. After the initial visit, I had to request them come back to take care of issues that weren’t taken care of. Window seals, chandelier, baseboards behind doors. I paid $625 and I feel that for that price there shouldn’t be dirt anywhere. Even after they came back there were still places throughout my house I was not completely satisfied with ( especially the walls, they didn’t wipe them down in all rooms) . I hired this company because of their reviews but I cannot say that I recommend their performance.

My Acacia Team is the best!! I'm 70 years old and finally had to admit I can no longer keep up with house cleaning due to being sick the last year. Carnation made it so easy and comfortable to bring a cleaning team into my home. Prompt and courteous and thorough. Its such a treat to see my home shiny and clean when i walk thru it!! Try them!! You'll not be disappointed. They go above and beyond!!

Carnation just finished their 2nd visit to our home, and we could not be happier. They have been on-time and very easy to work with, and do an amazing job cleaning! My wife and I have been married for 16 years, this is our first time using a cleaning service and I have to say we should have started using one sooner. Nothing has reduced over-all stress and help reduce relationship friction like having professionals come and clean our home. Our weekends are back to being actual time off instead of time spend on chores and cleaning, and our home is cleaner than its ever been. We initially felt weird about having a cleaning crew come, but now we look forward to it and I can't recommend Carnation Home Cleaning enough! Thank you Carnation for the service you provide, you have made a real change in our lives and we plan to continue using you for the years to come!

My house has been cleaned by Carnation for 4 or 5 years. Karen and Sienna are an awesome team. Not only does my house get cleaned, but my dog absolutely loves cleaning day. Karen and Sienna go out of their way to make sure I am happy - to the point where they bring treats to keep the dog happy. They literally clean the house top to bottom and the system they have together allows them to be quick and efficient......and Karen and Sienna enjoy working with each other which makes the entire process enjoyable for all involved. I highly recommend Carnation - especially Karen and Sienna!

I used Carnation today for the first time. Gwen did AMAZING job for having to clean my house by herself. She was a pleasure to conversate with super professional and thorough in cleaning! So excited to keep up these bi-weekly cleanings.

The Mesquite team was amazing. They were on time, dressed appropriately, and very polite. They asked if I had any concerns and what I would like accomplished. When finished they asked me to inspect their work. It was impeccable! Thank you. I would definitely use their services again.

Caren and Nilka were excellent. They showed up on time, put on special shoes for inside the house and were professional and friendly. They were quick and efficient while still finding time to do little extras like remaking my kids beds (yes!!! I loved that!) and wiping down the floorboards in the bathrooms. They worked very hard to make sure my glass shower was spotless. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I’ve enjoyed my entire experience with Carnation. I would highly recommend.

Carnation sent their team to perform the first “deep clean” in anticipation of starting weekly service.

1. Smashed a vase in our bathroom (which is not a problem, these things happen) but didn’t clean up the mess and ended up stepping in 2 pieces of broken glass in my bathroom/closet with bare feet.

2. Website states they wear booties however floor was covered in footprints (we don’t wear shoes in our house) and there were even crumbs still around the table and counter.

3. Baseboards were dusty and only partially wiped.

4. White stains left on bathroom floor.

Contacted them to let them know of the issues, the person simply said “I will pass this on to the team” and didn’t offer to come and fix any of the issues. Didn’t even apologize.

We are very reasonable and understand that as a small business things happen, especially as your team grows or if using a sub contractor, but that’s when it’s important to come and fix the issues.

We have used Carnation Home Cleaning for several years now. They do an outstanding, professional job. Margarita has been with us since the beginning. We love her and couldn’t ask for a more detailed and efficient cleaning job. I love that they don’t use harsh chemicals and as there slogan says, “Clean shouldn’t have to smell”. We were so blessed to find this company.

This month our home was cleaned by Ellie for the first time. She did a super thorough cleaning and paid attention to details. I asked a few questions about what was cleaned routinely and she answered them all. Don't like to follow her around in each room - but want to know what is being done - that's important to me!
