Had a very good experience with Simply Housekeeping, Rose answered right away when I called and we were able to get a cleaning scheduled quickly for a home I'm putting up for sale. She asked questions to make sure nothing important was missed, gave me a reminder the day before, and checked in after to make sure everything went well. The cleaners showed up on time, finished in the estimated time frame, and cleaned everything we discussed. No complaints here!

If I could give Simply Housekeeping 10 stars, I would. After losing my amazing housekeeper of 3 yrs (she moved back home due to COVID, declining business) I had to start over. I had a few AWFUL experiences with other housekeeping agencies. Then I came across Simply Housekeeping.. The first service I had them do was a DEEP CLEANING...they were here 7 hours! They did not miss a crevice. My home has not been this clean since we moved in (and it was a new build). They did windows, oven, floorboards, fans, fan lights, top of my kitchen cabinet space...EVERYTHING!!! They made my towels and TP into decorations like a Hotel! So impressed. The second time was a regular cleaning, 2 1/2 hours (team of 2). I was kind of expecting to be disappointed, I WAS NOT,,,SUPERB!!! I used to clean houses for a living in my younger years, so I know a good job when I see it. I love my home, and I am OCD, so are they. TEAM 2, Myriam and Raquel are THE BEST EVER. I hate to mention their names, I don't want anyone to steal them away! I highly recommend this company.

A friend recommended Simply Housekeeping because of the great service they provided her family and she was right, they did a fantastic job. Anabel & her team mate cleaned the house top to bottom in two hours, they were punctual, friendly and didn't seem to stop moving. They went above & beyond. And Maria who set-up the appointment was also very friendly and accommodating, a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely call them again.

The owner, Rose, is professional and courteous. The team that cleaned my house, Matilde and Lupita, did a thorough, efficient job and I was very pleased with the outcome. This was the first time Simply Housekeeping cleaned my house, and I will be using them on a monthly basis go forward.

Simply Housekeeping AZ is Simply the BEST! My house looks fantastic every time the ladies leave, they are great! Great leadership creates great employees! From the cobwebs in the corners to the chandeliers, everything gets cleaned. I am super impressed and thankful I found such a wonderful service!

My husband and I were extremely satisfied and pleased with Simply Housekeeping. Anabel and Alexandra (Team 1) showed up on time, were very efficient and speedy. Within two hours, our home was spotless and cleaner than it had been in a very long time. They will be coming back on a regular basis. I found Simply Housekeeping online and after having them out to clean my home (twice now) I am very happy with their service. They are thorough and friendly. I am slightly OCD and have to say that Rose and her team are wonderful! Rose is friendly and reliable and those two things are very important to me! Now I have the time I need to spend on other tasks and best of all, more time is now available to spend with my little boy. Couldn't be more thankful!

The team from Simply Housekeeping cleaned my house last week and did an amazing job. They worked very hard and the quality of the work was amazing. However, when I got the bill, I was shocked to see how high it was. It was twice the estimate. I knew how dirty my house was and so I expected it to be a little higher than estimated, but not by that amount.

I called to inquire about the bill and there was a miscommunication about the number of people per hour who were at my house which led to the overcharge. They were polite and responsive on the phone and they were quick to correct this mistake.

I'm giving 5 stars because they did make a mistake, but the beauty was in how they handled the mistake. Mistakes happen, and that is when you can tell the quality of the customer service and business by how they handle the situation. I will be using them again and I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Simply Housekeeping for several years and have had a great experience. The cleaners are professional and thorough. My house looks and smells wonderful when they are done! Rose, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I first sought out Simply Housekeeping to clean a condo in preparation to sell it and they were able to schedule us quickly. The team was thorough and the cleaning excellent. Rose is easy to get ahold of and keeps you up to date on all issues. I am so happy with the service, I am hiring them to clean my home.

A two woman team came to do a thorough first clean. They did a wonderful job. They were very friendly and professional and we are very happy with the quality of the cleaning. I find the texts and emails the company sends very helpful. Happy to be using them on a monthly basis. Would highly recommend!

Over the years we have had several different housekeepers come to our house and it has never felt as clean or as cared for as it does with these ladies. And the rose toilet paper artwork....they're my FAVORITE!! . Rose Green and her staff are absolutely wonderful!! Annabel and Maricruz are phenomenal. Once they walk in the door, it's all business.
They clean my place better than I do. I don't have to ask them to do anything. They just clean as though it's their own home. Nothing has ever been broken nor missing. I have even left a key for them to come in and clean when I'm unable to be here on their scheduled day. What would I ever do without them. Rose is to be congratulated for hiring such professional, efficient, and kind workers! I have used Simply Housekeeping AZ for at least 4 years. Wouldn't use anyone else!

I've been a customer for 2 years and have had biweekly 2 hour cleanings but I no longer trust this company and do not recommend using them. I had the same cleaning crew for a year + but after that, teams started to change, and the cleaning standards started changing and I noticed corners were being skipped here and there. I'm not nit picky and would do touchups myself. Last Thursday was my last "cleaning". I deliberately even left the house for about 3 hours to give them space/time to clean. I greeted the crew when they arrived. When I came back I was shocked. The house was not cleaned. The rooms/kitchen were not swept much less mopped. None of the rooms were vacuumed. The showers/bathtubs weren't cleaned at all. They touched up the sinks and toilets but shoddily done. I immediately called the office and was asked to send pictures which I did. I was told I wouldn't be charged but I was only refunded half the fee. Also, there was no followup, and more disturbing, no explanation of what they were doing alone in my house for 2 hours since they clearly weren't cleaning. They are no longer answering the phone. I find this very unprofessional. I would be very cautious utilizing this business.

I recently had some water damage in my home. It required the removal and re-installation of drywall and wood and tile flooring. After all of that, there was drywall and tile dust and grime throughout the house. I could write my initials on the furniture.
So, on Friday July 5, 2019, team #8 (Brenda and Bianca) came to deep clean my house. They showed up on time. They asked me a few questions, briefed me on their work plan and promptly went to work. They used the equipment and supplies they had brought. For the next 5 + hours they vacuumed, dusted, scraped and wiped away the accumulated gunk.
It was very apparent they cared about doing a good job and wanted to do the best they could to make sure I was pleased. They never took a break, they were not on their cell phones (except to the company's owner), and they made sure I received good value for the money I was being charged.
Brenda and Bianca exhibited a great attitude while doing the work. They are good representatives for the company they work for. In the end, I was grateful that I had hired Simply Housekeeping and I was ecstatic that Brenda and Bianca were assigned to clean my house.
My overall experience with Simply Housekeeping was way more than I expected. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

Rose and her professional staff are amazing!! I was frustrated by other companies in the area and gave Rose a call. She came out for an estimate and to hear what I expected out of a cleaning crew. So sweet and willing to do whatever I wanted and expected.
I was not disappointed after my first cleaning and continue to be amazed. They are professionals who are efficient and thorough.
They not only clean but do windows, power wash patios and furniture as well. It's nice to have all of those services under one roof. You are not having to schedule several companies to do what she can do with one.

I recently engaged Simply Housekeeping to provide weekly cleaning for my home and couldn’t be happier. For the first visit Rose sent team #4 to my home to do a thorough initial cleaning. The ladies did an incredible job and cleaned my home from top to bottom. They were not only efficient but very friendly and I enjoyed spending the rest of the day constantly finding the small details that they took care of. Throughout the process of engaging Rose and her team for service Rose was constantly in touch and making sure I not only understood the service but making sure she understood any specific items I wanted. After the first service Rose followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied and ask for feedback. Definitely looking forward to continuing weekly service and enjoying a properly cleaned home!

You get what you pay for. My wife and I have had other house cleaning services in the past and they have always left the job somewhat incomplete. Last week, I called Simply Housekeeping and spoke to Rose, the owner. I needed a deep cleaning on short notice and she was able to make it happen. She sent a crew of four ladies to our home and they worked their tails off. I can honestly say that this is the first time I have been truly satisfied with a housekeeping service. Everything was cleaned, including the tops of the cabinets, the ceiling fans, baseboards, and they even moved the furniture to get behind the couches and chairs. The bathrooms and kitchen sparkle. The house looks great! You can find cheaper house keepers, but like I said, you get what you pay for. We decided to go with the monthly service and look forward to a long relationship with Rose and Simply Housekeeping!

As a very detailed person, it's been difficult to find someone to clean my house to my high standards. Today, Simply Housekeeping AZ changed all that. My house is SUPER clean and I'm thrilled with the results! They really did a professional job and didn't skip over anything. They were also more than happy to accommodate an extra request and did so with kindness. I'm very grateful for their wonderful care of my home and will definitely be a regular customer.
