I paid for a deep clean and was told that it would be two ppl coming for a 5 hour Job and I needed baseboards, stove and the cabinets wiped. They only sent out 1 person and she didn’t have the proper cleaning supplies or cleaning products to even complete half of the job. She wiped the blinds in my kitchen and not even the glass. She left residue behind. She used some dollar tree type of spray that wouldnt get a washable marker up if you even scrubbed, leaving my stove in the same condition it was in when she arrived. After 3 hrs she stated that thats all that she would be able to do because time was up. She still proceeded to charge my card and the service was no where near complete. I paid for a deep clean, 2.5 bathrooms, baseboards, kitchen, dining and living room. No floors were swept, mopped, or even touched. No baseboards were clean, nothing. Just a half attempt on cleaning the stove and it was just poor. I dont even know how this company calls themselves 5 star. More like -5 star and I called to try to see if they would actually come finish the job since they already received payment and no one has gotten back to me. I want a full refund asap or the job to be completed as I spoke with someone and got a quote about house sq footage and what type of flooring and how many rooms and bathrooms just for them to not get done. This company is a SCAM! Do not book with them! I would try homeaglow before a company like this.

Sadie just cleaned my home for the first time. The result was exceptional. My home wasn't as clutter-free as usual, because I'm in cast after surgery. Plus, I asked her to use my Bissell CrossWave which she wasn't familiar with. But after three hours, the house was sparkling, including the travertine floor. She was fast, careful, thorough, and accommodating... in addition to pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you, Sadie & 5 Star!

My cleaning was with Ciara.
Ciara did a great job and was thorough and meticulous. After completing each task, she asked what else she could do?
She kept a good pace and did not need any direction once she understood the task.
She was scheduled with me by Shay to listened to what I needed
and was very responsive.
I highly recommend both if you would like a professional cleaning!

Mesa 5 Star has been doing bi-weekly cleans for us for a few months now and they have been fantastic. We had some reliability issues with our previous cleaners (why we switched) and Mesa 5 Star has been extremely reliable, which is really important to us. Dev has such a eye for detail and really goes above and beyond (for example, even taking out the diaper genie trash with the other trash, which NO other cleaner has ever done for us). She's spectacular, I've never felt like she missed anything. They are a bit more expensive than any other cleaning team we've hired, but we've also found that the clean is superior, so it's reasonable to us.

Today was my first day using a cleaning service and I can’t be more happy with the services that Rachel performed for me. She was quiet, clean and thorough in all I asked of her. I was able to ask up front and then go back to work myself. She saved me immensely for this weekend! Grateful is not a strong enough word. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Ciara and Breanna did an amazing job. This was my first time using Mesa 5 Star. They were so friendly when I made the appointment and when the cleaners were here. They were thorough in their cleaning and did an amazing job!! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Celena was amazing! So sweet and made sure to do a thorough job. I loved that my house was clean without smelling like cleaning chemicals. Highly recommend!

I paid $650 for a deep cleaning. I've had it cleaned this well for $250. They said they couldn't move anything like the stove, refrigerator, beds or couches. There were 3 of them, one a male. There is dirt along side my stove and refrigerator, under the couch and both beds. One ceiling glass is dirty. I have cats and they didn't brush the furniture at all
Deep clean? I don't think so.
Update: The sales person admitted she didn't tell me ahead of time they don't move heavy objects or clean higher than they can reach. I wouldn't have hired them had I known. I wanted a deep cleaning. She did compensate for her mistake. The cleaners did a fantastic job of what they could clean. My advice is to find out exactly what they do before hiring this company.

Wonderful, wonderful job! Alyssa and Celena were on time, kind, thorough, professional and got the job done in the time they said they would. Alyssa went as far as organizing my daughters stuffed animals on her bed. Such a wonderful detail that I did not expect at all. Celena walked me through the entire house with a checklist. Their work exceeded my expectations. This took such a load off my shoulders I can't even tell you. I hired Mesa 5 Star simply on the reviews and now I know why they have such great reviews. I will be using them going forward!

The ladies were professional and thorough, showed up on time and got right to it. Celena and Melissa were bright and pleasant and genuinely cared about what I was saying. I am excited to have them come back for bi-weekly routine cleanings.

There’s a reason why they are called 5 Star!! Every cleaner we have had has been amazing- super understanding and friendly- but Alexia went above and beyond! Our home was extra dirty after the holidays and she cleaned everything without complaint or anything! Gave product recommendations for our shower and drains! Highly highly recommended! Alandra and Breanna performed a move out cleaning on a 2 bedroom casita for us. The people in our casita left a disgusting mess in every room, and a bathroom that was a mess. It took them a total of 12 hours between them. After the final walk through I was so impressed with their detail and hardwork - they transformed the mess back into a clean and presentable guest house! Thanks you Alandra and Breanna, we could not have tackled what you did!

From the start the communication of booking our cleaner is on point and very detailed with arrival time, our cleaner was Celena and she was amazing, cleaned above and beyond. We have three dogs and she was very patient and they liked her as well. Thank you for helping keep our home sparkling clean.

1. I saw a Facebook ad about a free cleaning voucher. I submitted the form and chose a date & time to receive a consultation call.
2. Date and time come, but no one calls me. I waited 5-10 minutes before calling myself.
3. She then tells me that the cleaning voucher is for my fridge or over and not the house. Disappointing and misleading.
4. During the call, I gave the amount of rooms, bathroom and also square footage of the house. The representative told me that for the amount I wanted to pay, they can send out 2 cleaners for the 2 hours I want to cover the whole house. She also confirmed via text that I can claim the voucher during the clean.
5. My appointment day comes, only 1 cleaner shows up. She tells me that she can't clean the whole house and that she didn't even know about the voucher.
6. After she left, I texted the customer service number about my experience and person told me my whole service will be comped because of my experience.
7. TODAY, as I was going through my bank statements I see that Mesa 5 Star charged me $100 despite saying it would be comped.

The WHOLE Experience was flawed from start to end. I am in disbelief. I can provide screenshots of the text messages as well but I'm sure you would already have that in your system.

I had Celena and Ciara do a deep clean on my home today and they did such an amazing job! Everything was so sparkly clean and smelled so good. They have such great attention to detail and left my house spotless. Definitely recommend this cleaning service!

We’ve been using the cleaning service for a while. We schedule the service every 4 weeks. We’ve had a few different staff. They all do a decent job cleaning the house. This Tuesday we met Melanie for the first time. I’d like to give kudos to Melanie because she paid special attentions to the details such as the scales built up on the shower head and the dirty stuff at the bottom of the toilet. Melanie is indeed, a STAR cleaner!
