What an amazing and professional team. This company was referred to me by a friend of mine that was amazed with the quality of work. Maria moved all of my furniture to clean where it has not been cleaned in a while. I have hired many other people to clean my house but operation clean is truly the best in the business. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. My place is now truly spotless!

Maria and her helper were amazing!! They did quality work, super fast. They moved my furniture and left my home spotless!!! I am recommending her to everyone that needs someone reliable and trustworthy. Maria was referred to me by someone else that was also very pleased with her work. If you need someone to leave your home smelling and feeling amazing do your self a favor and call operation clean!!!!

Hired to do a move-out cleaning. Fully explained what needed to be done at time of estimate. Asked about how long they anticipated job would take based on information provided for their 2 people (this is an 1100 sq. ft, empty house). I specifically stated that the main requirement was cleaning of the blinds and wiping down the kitchen cupboards that were emptied. Was quote approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Again, when they arrived I covered everything that we had already cleaned and to focus on the specifics of the blind cleaning and cupboards. After 3 hours, I asked how much longer as only the bedroom, main bathroom (the main bathroom had already been cleaned as far as lights and shower - they still were cleaning those items, when I again stated they'd already been done and the same with all the ceiling fans) and den had been done, the kitchen had not been touched. This was an empty house so no furniture in their way nor needing to be done. They stated that they had other jobs and were not close to being done as the blinds took a big amount of time so could they come back. Our walk-thru was scheduled for the next day so I said I would finish the kitchen if they would just clean the blinds to try and help them out. After another 1/2 hour they said they were done and charged me $315. The blinds had been touched but they only smeared the dust and dirt and the cabinets they said they did were not done. The rooms that they said were completed; the windows were done, but smeared in the corners and dirty water drips were all down the wall below the windows; shelves in closets had not been cleaned and the walls by the toilet were dirty like detergent had been slopped on them. So basically it was a waste of $315. I would not recommend this cleaning service unless you want more of a mess.

I cannot recommend Dev and the entire team at 5 Star Cleaning enough! Dev went so far above and beyond that I was truly blown away. Dev demonstrated an incredible attention to detail that left our place even cleaner than when we first moved in - we could tell she took great pride in her work and making sure everything was cleaned extremely well.

​Our place was so immaculate you could practically eat off the floors. Just as impressively, when I texted the office about an initial miscommunication, they called me back immediately to rectify the issue.

The company and their employee Dev are a class act. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know. I was in a pinch due to an event I was holding and Dev truly saved the day. Thank you Dev!!!!

Alexia cleaned my home and left it sparkling and smelling fresh. She paid attention to detail and asked if there was anything else needed at the end. Shes also super sweet to chat with. My doggies love her and she was great with them as thats important to me.

Due to a relocation, I had to have my home deep cleaned. I had a reservation with a different cleaner who canceled on me on the Friday before the reservation due to not have people available. I contacted Mesa 5 Star just 5 minutes before they were to close and with the very short notice they were able to get me on the schedule for the same day I need.
After the movers had me packed up and moved out; Alexia, Brianna, and Selena came in to clean the whole house.
You never know how much dust collects behind and under things that have not been moved in several years until they are not there anymore.
Alexia, Brianna, and Selena did an amazing job at cleaning everything from the base boards to the ceiling fans.

Dev and Brennan did an amazing job with my home! My son (2yrs) loves mops and when he saw the mop out he was determined to do it. They were so kind and patient to help and teach him to mop the floors! Would recommend and book again!

Eli was an absolute pleasure!! She did a fantastic job! It was a first time clean & she did IT ALL ON HER OWN!! She was so pleasant & did a thorough clean; my floors are shining!! She paid attention to all of my special requests & was very receptive to anything that I pointed out! I would gladly use this service on a regular basis!

Another great house cleaning from Emma with Mesa 5 Star Cleaning yesterday. Emma did a wonderful job, especially on the cabinets, our large stainless refrigerator, bathrooms, and the entire kitchen. Keziah was very helpful in sending me reminders about my next cleaning appointment. I also received a reminder the day of letting me know the cleaner was on her way. Celena was at my house promptly at 9am and she worked hard the whole time. She did a great job mopping the floor - being careful to get every spot. I appreciate your hard work!

Melanie was delightfully friendly and incredibly thorough. She got into nooks and crannies that I haven't touched for years and made the ring around my toilet disappear like magic! Also, my shower door that had hard water stains looks like new! I will definitely have her back. The service costs more than what I have paid in the past, but the quality is also better. I can't wait to have her back to tackle my kitchen and refrigerator! She has a genuine love of cleaning and a sparkling personality!

Celeste and Celina did a phenomenal job doing a deep clean on my home, they were prompt, fast, thorough, and communicated clearly! I will definitely be booking again.

Melanie was my Star Cleaner & was a lovely girl who showed up to clean my home. She texted before arriving and was even a little early. She cleaned all of my top priority items on my list and even spot cleaned a couple items before she left. We did a general walk thru before and after the cleaning. Happy with the outcome and her care taken with my home. She was very polite, quiet while working and pointed out any areas of concern. She also provided me with a maintenance cleaning checklist for any future needs. I’d be happy to have her back at my home again. Thank you Melanie!

Have had several really amazing cleaners from this company, like Sadie and Dev and we're doing weekly now with Alexia and she's doing a fantastic job. Always asks if there's anyrhing else she's can do to ensure customer satisfaction. Anything, I need done or redone (very rarely) she does willingly and without any issues. We have 10 dogs so she's got her work cut out for her at our home with dust and dog hair and she's up for the task. She's a very hard worker and wants to do the best she can do and I appreciate that. ❤️

Mesa 5 Star Cleaning recently completed a post-renovation cleaning for our home with a team of six professionals. Dressed in their black uniforms, they not only looked like a cohesive team but operated like a well-oiled, highly experienced unit.

What truly stood out was the level of detail and care they brought to the job. They didn’t just clean - they meticulously inspected every area, even identifying lingering renovation issues that needed to be added to our punch list. This extra attention to detail was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated.
