I hired Rowan Solar Cleaning Services for solar panel cleaning and critter guard installation. First, I'd like to mention that this company is legitimate. I'm always cautious when inviting service providers to my home, as I'm not entirely sure whom I'm dealing with. They arrived at a time when I was specifically looking for critter guard installation, I work from home and I could hear birds in my roof all day, having had no luck hearing back from the installers of my solar panels (who also offered this service).

Having said that, Rowan Solar Cleaning Services delivered on their promises. During the cleaning of the panels, I had a minor concern regarding the cleanliness of some panels, which they promptly addressed and rectified. This level of responsiveness and commitment to quality service speaks volumes, earning my respect and, for this reason, I highly recommend this company.

First time having panels scrubbed. The two guys worked efficiently and did a thorough job. I appreciate their willingness to clean up any dead pigeons.
I had this team back for a second cleaning as per schedule. I know the panels were dirty as we have had copious dust storms and no rain. These guys were polite and very professional. My panels are sparkling clean now.Money well spent.

Thanks for a great job! When technician recommends critter guards, is it for the 10 additional panels? I think we had critter guards for our original 15 panels.
You have charged $125 for the original 15 panels in the past. Should you charge some additional now that we have 25 panels?

Very good company! Chance was our sales guy and he was very good about explaining everything and got us all squared away. The technicians came out a day after and they were so fast and efficient! They cleaned everything didn’t need anything from us. Usually many need to go through the house and use our balcony to get in the second story or power hook up. But they came fully prepared and completed everything very fast! Since then the pigeons seem confused and lost on where to move too. Glad to see the slowly migrate to another home!

If possible I would give a 5 X 100. So very pleased with your service. From day one your communication was excellent, you were clear about what you were going to do and you did exactly that. Rowan Solar has been amazing. They were prompt on getting somone out to get the pigeon problem around my solar panels cleaned up and secure. Carlos and Gage were absolutely amazing technicians, professional, friendly, informative, and thorough. I highly recommend this company for anything related to solar issues. They said they would be there at 8am and they were. They finished up the cleaning and barrier protection to keep pigeons out and my wife has already called me and said how great it looks. Her comment was the solar panels look brand new great job guys really appreciate it.

Thank you installing critter guard on my solar panels and cleaning the roof top of pigeon nests, dead pigeons, feces, and feces stains. My roof looks brand new and I am no longer embarrassed of guests coming to my house! The guys installing and cleaning were very polite and straight to business while providing great communication throughout the process. Seems like a great company value this far.

Salesman were very professional and got me the best pricing they could, work was done on time and quickly. My solar panels look great just like the day they were first installed. I'm also very pleased with the critter guards they installed as well. Very clean install. Excited to know the pigeons are gone for good.

Cade, the technician, did a great job on the solar panels. Even though he let me know that I needed a new spigot on the front of the house, he patiently used the one in the backyard. Quality service! The people who came to our house were respectful and rather entertaining. Me and my family has no problems with this service. I also like how they sent pictures of the solar paneling when finished cleaning.

Rowan solar is great. They cleaned all the pigeon stuff and valley dust from my solar panels. Had them put in wire around the panels to keep the pigeon population down and it has worked wonders.

This company recently installed critter guards on both my parents' and my solar panels after we struggled with a major pigeon problem. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up the existing mess and installing the guards neatly and efficiently.

There was a small hiccup when we discovered a baby quail stuck under my parents' panels the next day, but Trent handled it incredibly well. He listened to our concerns, sent his team back immediately to free the bird, and fixed the guards at no extra cost. His responsiveness and care really stood out.

The workers were friendly, skilled, and thorough, and we’re already scheduled for solar panel cleaning next month. It’s such a relief knowing we won’t have to deal with pigeon debris anymore!

We have been very happy with our regular Rowan Solar Cleaning! Our solar panels are clean and seem to work much more efficiently and the guards they installed last year sure helped with our pigeon issue!
