Work was done at my neighbors, and my car was left completely covered in dirt. They knew what was the issue as he seen me taking pictures. He asked what should I do about it, WASH YOUR CAR!? I said yeah what do you think. He walked away. Prior stating its just dirt. I said IT'S DIRT, but not from a natural form you could've put the rocks closer to the home you're working on. Not in front of my house. He then mentioned you could just talk to me I said as a professional you shouldn't wait for someone to have a problem you should come knock at my door knowing my car didnt look like this in the beginning.
He walked away, and drove off.

Dishonest. Used Sean's pool services and for a 4 time monthly visit... pool was constantly needing " help ". We paid for everything he suggested new pool valves, pumps, cleaner machine... on and on. Our agreed month payment was having add ons for fixes but pool kept needing more? We could never get ahead on a pool that was weekly serviced... hmmmm. We also live out of state and this is a rental property.... made me wonder how often it was being serviced but we kept paying for services on time as invoiced. Got a call that pool is green from renter and that Sean is no longer servicing pool. Got a call two weeks before from Sean that pool looked great! Ummmmmmm. So now that he no longer services our pool and we had someone else come out there was no chlorine was in pool, pool has algae, floor cleaner wasn't turned on and hasn't been moving so also plugged. He complained about no phone call back from us ( no voicemail received) also why was the pool in constant bad shape when we were paying to serviced weekly......Completely screwed us over. Go elsewhere for services.

Update: had to drain our pool. We paid him for a month service that he had not serviced pool. Thick algae layer on bottom of pool. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

We have had yard service done by Sean for over 3 years and they have had a consistent track record and dependable service for us. We even invested in a large backyard cleanup and Sean oversaw the installation of a concrete driveway extension for us through one of his reliable subcontractors.

Please realize that you are dealing with a small business where, on rare occasions, paperwork can get out of sync. However, anytime I have called and talked to Sean he is quick to resolve any issues. I like the fact that they are small, have very little overhead expense, and always get the job done.

Bottom line is: if you are looking for professional grade service at small business prices, Empire Landscapes offers good value to homeowners like me who simply cannot find the time needed to manage large yard maintenance on their own.

The driver for this company aggressively tailgated me and then flipped me off when he passed me. I was obeying the speed limit, and I braked only when I had to in order to avoid hitting a car in front of me. If this driver is any indicator of the quality of the people here, avoid this company at all costs.

Driver was doing 90mph pulling a trailer and almost rear ended me and my 9 year old daughter. When I called to complain, I got the cocky, egocentric driver. Stay away. Life’s to short for DBs.

Love Cal and his tea! They are very supportive to the needs of our community. They are always very timely and detailed in getting us bids and completing service. They have the best prices in town!

When we moved into our house, our backyard was pretty much just a pile of river rocks. This business literally transformed it into an oasis where my wife and I can just kick back and relax peacefully while our dogs can play. Thank you Southwest!

Blooming did a fabulous job designing and building our pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and landscaping. Carlos, Jessie, Romi, and Michael were all superb. It was a big project, so there were lots of others involved, but these guys were our main points of contact. Office Manager Donna was also a pleasure to deal with. We hired them based on recommendations from others in our neighborhood, and would now highly recommend them without reservation ourselves.

Don’t use this company! There employees have no respect for your home or your property. They Will park on your yard and leave trash everywhere. They just don’t care !

by far the worst !!!! they block off the street while under construction . the supervisors dont give a damn about the neighbors etc . park in the middle of the road . block traffic . the workers are worse . one day we watched 3 works lay all of 32 blocks in a full day . ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
