We had Bassett Tree Service trim a huge ash tree that had been neglected by previous owner of the property. This tree makes the backyard and was part of the reason we bought the property. We noticed that it had dead spots in it and multiple places where limbs were rubbing on each other. We didn't want to trust just anyone to trim the tree as it was looking unhealthy and didn't want to lose it. We were referred to this company by our realtor Justin Cook and very happy that we were.

They did an excellent job, were on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris. The tree canopy looks healthy and the trimming will help avoid broken branches during the monsoon season. The tree is now ready for us to play under all year round!

You will like Joe the owner. He will give you a better price to earn your business. Crew was on time, took out a tree in half an hour, ground that stump and cleaned it all up. What more can you ask for. Good job fella's!

Just in case a commercial client is looking at the reviews, like an HOA, choose Bassett Tree Service! Joe show knows this industry. He knows the health & vitality of trees. He knows what you're looking for regarding customer service. And he's the best value in town. I'm not sure what else I could say except I've had such a relief finding him and his company. Two years now going strong, and he EXCEEDS EVERY EXPECTATION.

When I asked for a few quotes on Yelp. Joseph was very fast and quickly returned my message. His quote being the cheapest one out of all 4 quotes that I have (highest one is about 2500$) for removing 3 medium Chinese Elms and 1 palm tree. After agreed on a price, he said that he would check his schedule and let me know later. Few days passed by, when I thought Joseph about my quote, he messaged and scheduled me on Wednesday. He sent out a team of 5 people very early morning and they quickly chopped off all the trees down within an hour, they spent the next hour or two to clean up afterward. My three Chinese Elms are only 3-10 inches away from the side of my neighbor and mine roofs, which made me feel really nervous that something could go wrong. The team took a good care of cutting down the trees, even cleaned my neighbor and roofs afterward. Joseph stopped by the next day to check on the job and collected payment. I am very pleased and I would choose Bassett Tree Service again.

We had a large part of our mesquite tree fall during the night. We were able to get it down and moved to the side of our house. We were in need of someone to come and haul away all of the large heavy branches. Joe was responsive and was able to help right away! He was able to send someone the next day and it was all taken care of. Thank you so much for your quick response and amazing service! I appreciate it very much!

Joe, the owner, is amazing. He personally answered my call at 7pm on a SATURDAY! Came out and gave me a quote on Monday! It was the lowest by far of any. $500 a tree, cut and ground down! Said he could get a crew out by Wed.! I came home Wed. afternoon and the yard was immaculate. Don't waste your time calling peeps who won't call you for days or charge you a thousand a tree, etc.

These guys are amazing! I had a very large Mesquite tree that was damaged in a storm and was partially coming down They were very nice and helpful. I couldnt believe how quickly they were able to get things cleaned up any my tree thinned out so that this doesn't happen again! I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone who needs help.
