Noah is my Bartlett arborist and he has worked with me for several years. He is always prompt for appointments, friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. He gives me suggestions and guidelines but never tries to hard sell me - which I appreciate. Logan and his crew trimmed my palm trees. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and left a clean work site. Everyone is easy to work with. Have used Bartlett for several years and have always had a good experience with everyone. Always recommend them.

I wanted to take a moment to express how incredibly pleased and genuinely grateful Lin and I are for the extraordinary work recently performed by your team at our home.

For many years, I admittedly neglected the care of our backyard trees, largely because I had become so disappointed and honestly horrified by the results I had seen from other “professional” tree trimming companies throughout our subdivision. Time after time, I saw beautiful mature trees unnecessarily overcut, misshapen, and stripped of their natural beauty. Because of that, I became extremely reluctant to allow anyone to touch our trees.

Over the past several years, Bartlett gradually earned my trust through fertilization, ongoing care, and selective trimming. That trust was rewarded once again in an exceptional way during this most recent project.

A few days ago, Noah arranged for Joe and Ethan to perform extensive trimming of several massive mature trees in our backyard, along with a number of smaller trees. Before the work even began, Noah was perfectly prepared and clearly understood exactly what I hoped to accomplish. My objective was very specific: carefully open and preserve our view of Lake Serena while fully maintaining the beauty, character, and natural appearance of our mature 30-year-old trees.

Noah communicated those goals perfectly to the crew beforehand, and Joe and Ethan immediately demonstrated an impressive understanding of exactly what I was trying to achieve.

What impressed me most was that they approached the work not simply as “tree trimming,” but almost as an art form requiring judgment, restraint, balance, and vision. They listened carefully, understood how particular I was, and executed the trimming with remarkable precision and professionalism.

One example especially stood out. Joe suggested that our ficus tree needed thinning, something I had not previously realized myself. He was absolutely correct. The thinning he performed actually enhanced the tree’s beauty and made it look even more spectacular than before.

The final result exceeded every expectation I had.

Not only are the trees now beautifully shaped and healthier looking, but the views from our office and family room are absolutely transformed. From my wheelchair, where I spend a significant amount of time looking out into our backyard and toward the lake, I now have a beautiful new view of Lake Serena framed naturally through the trees rather than blocked by them. It has genuinely changed the feeling and enjoyment of our home each day.

Equally impressive was the cleanup afterward. Despite the extensive amount of trimming performed, the backyard and even the street area where the chipper was located were left absolutely immaculate. There was virtually no evidence that such major work had even taken place.

And your office manager, Tammy called me this morning to confirm that I was satisfied or that anything else was needed! What a nice touch, unexpectedly, that was to be assured I was a delighted customer!

That level of professionalism, pride in workmanship, and attention to detail is increasingly rare today.

And equally appreciated was the phone call I received this morning from Administrative Coordinator Tammie who asked if we were satisfied with the work performed and if anything else was needed! What a wonderful follow up!

I called because I had a pine tree that was not doing well. Debbie, the arborist came out to my property and diagnosed, mites. The technician came within a week and sprayed. My beautiful pine is on its way back. Yeah for Bartlett, they are my heros!
