Bartlett has been our go-to for years. I have a lot of confidence in them and they never recommend unnecessary work. Really honest and responsive.

As new Arizona resident homeowners from Chicago my husband and I felt unprepared for the care and maintenance of the many mature trees and shrubs on our Scottsdale Ranch quarter acre lot. The six tall Eldarica pine trees in our back yard were full of brown-needle branches, the forty-foot sissoo and eucalyptus trees on our parkway were equally loaded with dead branches and in need of thinning and shaping. A Chinese elm and ash tree in the front yard were in need of a good pruning, as well. With the help of Bartlett Tree Experts and experienced arborist Chris Howell and his crew our outdoor spaces are clean, green and healthy headed into the hot summer months. Partnering with Bartlett Tree Experts is a good investment for the long-term care of our trees and maintaining property value.

The crew did a nice job trimming my pine tree branches away from my house. They had a tough time in removing a dead palm, but when they were done the yard looked clean as if there were never a tree in that area, I would have given them 5 stars except for a small amount of debris from the pine left on the sidewalk. No really big deal, but it diminished a little the overall quality of their work. I would have them back again.

I'm a Realtor and one of the biggest selling points of any home is "curb appeal". Trees impact a home's curb appeal as much or more than anything else so it's important to get it done right by people who know trees. Bartlett's team is very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and importantly were on time for all appointments. A pleasure to do business with and will be my tree guys for life.

Bartlett has been taking care of my trees for many years and they do a fine job. They know how to prune trees so that they are both healthy and beautiful to look at. Their cleanup is also very good. Debbie, my arborist is great to work with and Val, the foreman really knows how to prune trees.

Called into the Mesa office to have some work done on the trees on my estate. We have a large 50 acre property and sometimes run events on our property so naturally as a business owner I wanted to ask the company about their insurance coverage and to make sure everything was properly in place so as to protect any damage that could've been done to my grounds or property.

Upon calling the office I was greeted by a woman named Tammy who seemed nice at first, however when I asked to speak to someone about the insurance coverage that the company carried she flat out told me no. When I asked her again as I was not about to hire a comapny to come do significant work on my property without knowing they are properly insured, she told me she couldn't because they were a corporation. When I asked for their information she stated she would not be giving that to me and hung up the phone.

Beyond the fact that this seems extremely shady from a landscaping company, it was also incredibly unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere. My advice? Go with a local company that isn't afraid to be transparent about who they are.

I have worked closely with Alec Edwards and has been a great experience. They handled our trees and our house with excellent care. Received prompt replies and their customer portal (to pay invoices) is very well setup and easy to use.

I actually found Bartlett Tree Experts by accident when I called another service who had gone out of business. I am very happy with BTE and had a great experience.
Justin Came out and gave me an estimate on removal of my Bradford Pear that had died and trimming of my Canary Island Date Palm, Which I found reasonable. Justin was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He also gave me some great tips on my other trees. He was also very responsive and followed up in a timely manner. His crew did a wonderful job and had the Bradford Pear tree down/Palm trimmed, and the area cleaned up in no time.

I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts and would use them again in the future.

The company was extremely professional and proficient from start to finish. The estimator came out and gave a very honest price for the work to be done. We also received an email from the company before he came out with his picture and credentials, which I thought was very nice. The crew that came out that an excellent job and explains a lot of the work they were doing. They worked very hard for the money that they were paid. Overall I would be happy recommending this company to anyone!

We highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts in Mesa, Arizona. Tammy, Bryant, and Chris have all provided excellent and reliable service for many years. They take great care of our trees, and they make themselves available promptly when tree problems exist. Through the years, they have earned our trust many times over and we appreciate their great service.

Bryant came out to give a estimate for tree maintenance for our HOA. We never got it. He didn't return phone calls when we tried to follow up. Just very bad customer service and follow through. Don't use this company.

I have many trees on my lot and only trust Bartlett for their health and beauty. Not the cheapest, but the best. Our summers are brutal and professional, knowledgeable care makes the difference for their resiliency and our happiness.

In my industry there is a need for those who can assist Homeowners with proper care of there trees. Unfortunately many designers and installers improperly install irrigation, wrong trees and wrong placement. I have worked directly with Erik Belcher who has guided a number of my clients in recovering distressed trees and provided ongoing maintenance. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts and Erik.

Hire these guys! Professional job, nice people, good price. I had them remove a 30ft palm tree in my front yard as well as two tree stumps on the side of my house (with one of the stumps being right in front of my electrical box). They were very safe and professional in all aspects of the project, and they did an excellent job, including cleaning up all the debris! I’m so glad I hired these guys!

Jon and his crew did a great job today, I had one tree that was overgrown and two others that needed trimming. They did a great job and I couldn’t be happier. They were professional and polite. I recommend Green Earth Trees and would not hesitate to give his phone number to anyone that needs tree service. And the best part he is reasonable.

I can’t say enough about John and his team. They did a great job pruning two trees in our backyard. They made sure if anything fell in neighbors yard they cleaned it up. Took everything and hauled it away. Also kind, respectfull to our request. A pleasure to work with. Recommend them to all who ask.

The guys were all so wonderful and went above and beyond. They removed a giant pine tree and ground the stump down. They offered to leave us some firewood and I said we have a chainsaw and could cut it later but they not only cut it up, they stacked it on our wood pile for us. They cleaned up the yard even better than it was when they arrived. I even had a fence with some broken boards (not from anything these guys did, the boards had fallen down a few days prior) and when I came out, they were fixing my fence! I told them they didn't have to and they said, as long as they were there and able to do it, it was no problem. I can't recommend Jon and his team highly enough! These guys did a great job, were a pleasure to work with, highly professional, very thorough and very thoughtful. We will be their customer for as long as we have trees!!

Great family business! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They go above and beyond by completing the job we had scheduled, but also removing and trimming additional trees and plants I requested the day of our scheduled appointment. They also did a great job cleaning up and hauling away the debris. I will highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my future tree and yard maintenance needs.

I've taken several quotes from them over the years, and they make even that process easier than other subcontractors I've worked with, being responsive and sometimes getting me a price using just a few pictures, no site meeting required.
