John , is absolutely AMAZING! I can’t recommend him enough for all of your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs ! He is efficient and knows how to get the job done right ! After having him come out to do our tile / grout and our couch , we called him back to come out and do all the carpet, multiple chairs , two rugs and two more couches! He took tired looking furniture and brought them back to life ! Thank you John, for going above and beyond , while delivering amazing customer service and a 5 star job !

They showed up on time, had great communication, and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. The results were better than expected. Very professional and reliable — I would highly recommend them.

Contacted Trilogy on a Friday because air was in my suction line, and they did a leak detection the next Tuesday, found the leak, and we’re able to fix it same day! Keep in mind they had to remove tile, and go through underlying slab to get to the pipe. Everything was put back perfectly, and my system is running smoothly again! Definitely will use them in the future, but hopefully I don’t need them again any time soon!

The work was well done and Sara (the person i talked to) was excellent, but the technicians didn't do a very good job of cleaning up after the job was done. They left couple of discarded items just around the pool.
My only issue is the planning the quote. They didn't do a very thorough job when they gave me the quote for the items, and every couple of days, they'll report something else that is broken, which is fine because I want the pool was fixed entirely, but it would have been helpful if they had estimated that before they started working on it.
It was clear that there was a lot of algae so it is pretty easy to assume that the filter and the pool vaccum also has to be cleaned. But they didn't add that in the quote until the drain and the acid wash was finished. From experienced professionals, it is assumed that they do plan in advance, which unfortunately was lacking.

Trilogy been serving my pool for a year now and I’m very satisfied with their experienced staff and the prompt response to my calls. Beside the weekly services to clean up my pool, they resurfaced my pool with mini pebbles and installed a new filter as well as pool heater. Thank you Trilogy

DO NOT WORK with them. They came to my place to get a perimeter of my pool to quote me. Which by the way was $13,000. I have been calling other people that offer the same service and have the same quality of product for $8,000 (Drop your name below and I would be happy to refer you to them instead). After that, I called Trilogy to get the perimeter measurements of my pool, and they said no unless I were to proceed with their expensive $13,000 quote. Screw them. DO NOT WORK with Trilogy!

Worst company you could ever deal with. They charge you $125 for a system inspection yet their technician who makes the initial inspection cannot determine that I have a salt system. They now are trying to charge an additional $100 to $150 to put salt in my pool. They haven't even inspected the salt cell either. Most companies don't even charge for a system inspection especially when they are already being paid to come out there for other work. They already charged me an exorbitant amount of money $175 to drain my pool and for start up chemicals but I figured that's fine since they are putting salt in. The worst part about all of this is there is zero communication with any of the technicians who do the estimate or work on your pool. They leave the office managers there to handle everything which is unfair to them. I have asked for a list of all the work they have done but probably won't get it. The only time they communicated perfectly was when they needed money which I guess is all they want from a customer. I guess $1290 doesn't get you any sort of customer service these days

Anthony and the team at Trilogy know their stuff! Our pool was GREEN, like emerald pond disgusting green. He had it blue overnight and then came back almost daily until it was crystal clear. Their weekly service is outstanding on the side of having a nice swimmable pool, and Nicole's customer service is impeccable. They are not pushy and do not sell you more than you need and I trust whatever Anthony says. I would highly recommend Trilogy Pools and can' t see myself ever using another company.

Danny and Hector did a fantastic job with our pebble tech pool. We were told by our home inspector that we would need rebar repair and patching. Upon draining the pool, Danny quickly identified them as simple stains, thus not needing the more expensive rebar repair work. Both guys were very thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process. Highly recommend them for your pool maintenance needs.

Had the pleasure of working with Julz. His services were very professional and went into great detail about pool safety information. Looking forward to having his services in the future. Will definitely recommend.

Tech came out and misdiagnosed my issue. Estimate for a motor rebuild for $650. Had a tech from a different company ( Coral reef pools ) come out and he said the impeller was bad. $150. I had paid Trilogy a $150 deposit for the tech to come out and it would go towards repairs, which I didn't need because the tech was wrong. Would not refund. Call Dennis at Coral Reef instead!

Great experience! They had a great team approach, the office team was alway providing updates and were very friendly. The on-site teams were very efficient and the end result is spectacular.. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for quality upgrade of their pool. Thanks TPS&R Team!

Splash and dash at its finest. Left for several weeks and hired this company. Watched their Service guy spend a total of 5 minutes from our ring camera in the back week after week. Not worth the cost. Also attempted to change their cancellation policy without notice to 30 days and we cancelled the following day once we received the notice. They proceeded to try and collect through a collection company. Not an honest group!

I needed a new underwater spa light and normally do most of my pool work myself. Pulling that light and installing the new cable under the pool decking looked high risk to me. Hector and Danny came out and did a very good job. The cable has been there 20 years and it turned out harder than planned to remove. They knew what they were doing. Estimating, scheduling and doing the work went right according to plan.

I was explained in a step by step way of what was needed and they worked with me to solve my problem. This company is exemplary of what pool service companies should be, where others try to extort you trilogy pools were honest, to the point and above all helpful to support me the whole way. I cannot thank them enough for this exceptional service they are providing and look forward to them looking after my pool for the coming years. It's such a pleasure to have Trilogy maintaining my pool on a weekly basis. I recommend them to anyone who needs weekly service or help with any aspect of pool maintenance. They are computer savvy and so I receive my bills and receipts in a very efficient manor. Payment is easily made. Each week I receive a report on the chemicals they used and pictures of the pool. Anthony at Trilogy pools is awesome! I’ve been using his services for about 10 years. He is always on time or early, dependable, reliable, and most importantly very honest. He thoroughly explains the issue, and the most cost effective way to fix it. I’ve shopped his prices and he’s always very reasonably priced, even though he goes above and beyond the needed repair. He will fix leaks that weren’t even part of the problem, and leave your pool equipment looking better than before. I highly recommend him, even though I have family and friends in the industry.
