We had deep dark spots in walking paths in our carpet. I was ready to replace it. I have had it cleaned before with not much success, but thought I'd try one more time. A neighbor just had Evolution come to their home, so I got the information they came on time and did a wonderful job. There was a bubble in the carpet and they even stretched it. Looks WONDERFUL AND ALMOST NEW AGAIN!

After using the big-name carpet cleaning companies at very high cost with less than satisfactory results, I was lucky to have found Evolution! The first time they came, my carpet was so filthy that I thought I would need to replace it. Preston did such a great job that I have called him out every year for the past 4 years.

This time, I had tenants who did not take very good of the carpeting. Preston removed all spots and pet hair. The carpet is mostly dry by the time he leaves. Even the high-traffic areas look great! I love the look and feel of my carpet after it's cleaned by Evolution!

Evolution Cleaning has completed many carpet cleaning jobs for me since I'm a property manager. This carpet cleaning job was for my personal residence, and the carpets came out looking beautiful and they smell great.

I have used Evolution for years. Preston was trained by a company I use for my Flagstaff, Spots Carpet Care. They gave me his contact and I have used them ever since. They just did a cleaning and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.

I’d give 10 starts to Evolution Cleaning if I could. Why? Because they are prompt, professional, and do a SUPER good job. We have them out regularly to clean the flooring at our office and our home. They are really good about working around our office schedule. We’ve had them do carpets, tile floors, and upholstered furniture and have always been pleased with the outcome and always call them for the next time. 100% recommend!

My remodelers hired Evolution Cleaning to clean my newly installed tile floors after a very dusty remodel, and they did an excellent job. The two technicians were extremely careful in my home and used plastic bumpers to protect corners which I appreciated.
The grout on my dark tile floors had turned white from construction dust, and they restored it to its proper dark color. The floors were left spotless and squeaky clean. Professional, thorough, and great communicators. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Preston and Evolution Cleaning for years. I can’t say enough good stuff about this company. We usually have the carpets cleaned every year and will have them stretch any ares that are getting ripples in the carpet. Our carpets always look brand new and so clean after they are done. They do a great job at pulling any excess water out of the carpets so they dry super fast. Preston’s always done of great job at communicating when his crew will be at our home. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

The owner, Jamison, and the highly trained associate he had working with him, arrived on time, worked methodically at each step of the service, and my house (vinyl siding) and roof (which is near the end of its life) look brand-new! I had the siding and roof cleaned and I appreciated that NO high powered water was used to get up under the siding or damage my already fragile roof tiles (trying to get a couple more years out of the roof before replacing it). They actually used a scrub brush on the siding to get the "Grime" off!! The algae on the northside of the garage and house should have been removed a couple of years ago, but, you know how it is, my son promised he'd get to it and was just too busy. The algae is now completely gone and I have a guarantee that it will not return for several years, if at all.
Good choice ~ Great people ~ Took their time and got the job done! Now that's worth paying for, and the price is RIGHT! I now have the cleanest house and roof on the block!! Thanks Jamison and Pat!!
