Mike Stanfield contacted us by text and followed up with a phone call. This was to ensure we knew when he would arrive. He was friendly and polite. Mike arrived on time and walked us through the house to make sure which rooms needed to be cleaned. Mike sprayed the stains and started right away. The carpets look amazing.
