My carpet smells amazing and looks amazing. I will definitely request all future cleanings from this company. I have 3 dogs and a cat and my 3 girl dogs have accidents due to my lack of cleaning skills and were getting triggered by all the stuff I couldn’t truly get out of a carpet after 6 months of trying (buying and renting) expensive Amazon and Walmart equipment. This company truly came to all of our rescues and they were cheaper and faster than both the Walmart and Amazon equipment. My carpet looks better than when I moved in. Plus, I got free gems of knowledge about keeping other parts of my home clean in high quality super affordable ways. Thank you!

What a great company. Bryan is so personable and took time to explain everything to my mom. Carpets look fabulous and the upholstery was brought
back to life. We had originally canceled and then wanted to reschedule within 24 hours and Brian accommodated us and did a fabulous job!!!

Bryan was upfront, honest and professional. Gave us a few quick tips on cleaning and showed us where those details are on his website rather than trying to take us through a sales pitch (personally appreciate that approach). Work went quick and looks great! Left us with some considerations and expectations on how long we should be walking around. Overall solid experience.

This company is by far the best out here. The prices are some of the lowest I could find, but it had no affect on the quality. Bryan was on time, friendly, and worked quickly. They don’t have hidden fees like a lot of other companies do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. Stairs are reasonably priced as well!

Arizona Carpet and Tile did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets. Brian arrived as scheduled and was professional and friendly. It didn't take long for our 3 bedroom townhome carpeting to look as good as new. Brian also gave us great cleaning tips and ideas to keep our carpets looking fresh. I would definitely recommend.

Showed up on time and the cost was less. Did a great job on the carpets and wow, the tile looks new. Had an issue with the couch. Waiting for a response. Otherwise, this is the service for me in the future.

Bryan P., was here to do a grout color sealant. He tested the grout and it would not take. He did not charge me for his time or product, which I offered. I would highly recommend Arizona Carpet & Tile Steamers.

I needed 3 bedrooms cleaned and needed it as soon as possible. Bryan was amazing and so efficient! He called me not even 30 minutes after I sent an inquiry online and booked me for the same weekend. He offered next day service which was super surprising! He was in and out, he was so fast. My carpets looked brand new after he was done and I’m not exaggerating at all.
