I am very happy to submit another great review for Arizona Carpet and Tile Steamers. Bryan has been cleaning my carpets every 6 months or so for quite some time, and he always does a super job. He is always on time, efficient, and personable. It is nice to know that I have folks on whom I can rely and with whom I have some history of excellent service. I recommend them without reservation.

Booking with Arizona Carpet and Tile Steamers was a breeze! Online booking is the best! Prices were straightforward and upfront. Once booked, we received several text reminders and Bryan send a message when he was on his way. He arrived promptly during the window he was scheduled to arrive and got to work cleaning our very dingy carpets! They now look great!! We are so impressed. And, Bryan gave us lots of helpful hints for keeping our carpets and tile looking new!

Easy to book an appointment, the notified me when on the way. Pretreatment and cleaning was quick and looks great. Thank you for a great experience.

Bryan arrived on time, which we appreciated. However, upon opening the door, we were immediately met with complaints regarding the number of stairs in our home. As we walked him through the rooms, he continued to express frustration about having to go up and down the stairs for what he felt was insufficient compensation. This was disappointing and unprofessional, and it left us feeling uncomfortable from the start.

It became apparent that he was not enthusiastic about completing the job, and the work ultimately felt rushed. His irritation was noticeable throughout the appointment. Later, Bryan attempted to converse with us as though his earlier behavior had not occurred, but by that point the experience had already impacted our impression.

I had spent three days cleaning and moving furniture from early morning until late at night in preparation, and I even waited to put up Christmas decorations until after the carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, the results did not meet expectations, and it seemed clear that the stair situation affected the quality of the work.

While I expect there may be an explanation or excuse offered, this experience has made it clear that we will not be using this company again.

I cannot recommend this company enough!! Bryan is absolutely amazing! He is friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working! He showed up early and was honest with me the entire time he was cleaning the carpets in each room. The carpet looks brand new again. I will be recommending Bryan and his company to everyone I know in need of carpet and tile cleaning! Thank you so much again!!
