When I spoke with Dillen the owner for the Mesa company I did ask specific questions as best I could as a customer and not a window cleaner myself and was assured that the panes the frames and the tracts would all be cleaned and what would be used would be soap and water.

The real story is the panes look great unfortunately I was made to feel that I was asking over and above for the tracts and the frames to be wiped and cleaned I was actually told that they were wiped by a damp cloth however dust is easily removed with a damp cloth and debris or dirt is easily removed . Eli did this for me but again I look back on the conversation and feel embarrassed that I fell for that it had been done the way that the cleaners would normally do it and I was asking for over and above . if that is the truth then I was misled and they do not do a good job with window cleaning. Eli did say he would put in my notes that i want things done well for the frames and tracts. This should be a given I was assured by Dillen that I would be happy and then Eli told me they weren't going to look brand new which I didn't expect. Because of either the miscommunication or the incomplete job I felt like a supervisor for the hours he was here and if I had been gone and came home I would not be a happy camper about the job. I'm kicking myself for not going with my instinct of having them do it only once because I would love to use another service and compare. I have used one in the past that did a much better job. Just being honest. They look okay now because Eli did go back over and did supposedly " extra cleaning " that i feel should have been included without my asking and I will use my other two services but wish I had not committed.

If you want clean panes then use the company if you want clean windows which should be an obvious part of the job don't use them. They are full of smiles and nice guys but because people read reviews I like to be honest and unfortunately when I look back over yesterday it wasn't very pleasant

Nolan did an excellent job cleaning my windows. Quality of service matters! These guys did a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied before they left! Even got a cool gift!

We just had our windows, screens and solar panels cleaned by Glide Window Cleaning. Hunter did a fantastic job! He was on time, did it quickly and when he was done offered us to inspect the job! He did fantastic- I would definitely recommend this company! They are a group of young men who take pride in what they do!

Cleaning crew showed up over 3 hours late and did not complete the job as described during consultation. The agreement was to clean the outside of the windows, the tracks of the windows, and the screens.

The exteriors of the windows are sub-par, the tracks are still completely filthy, and the screens are still dirty. All this for $419.00, discounted to $219.00.

DO NOT sign anything these guys hand to you.

I called for DE cleaning & have used this company for the last 5 years. They are professional, educated, and the PRICES CAN'T BE BEAT, if you need any help with your poolo PLEASE call them.

Had my filter cleaned and pool drained then refilled with opening chemicals. Prompt appointment was set, they were on time and provided great service. Will use again!
