Just had our first cleaning with them. The team did a great job. They were fast and thorough and great communicators. Their rates for normal cleaning and add on services are reasonable. I'm hiring them for regular home cleaning.

We've used Maid 2B Cleaned for the last year in Scottsdale for bi-weekly cleaning. We love our team: Elizabeth, Casey & Jeremy. They do a fabulous job and they are the ONLY team I've had over the last 20 years that has never broken anything. They are fast and love our pups. I highly recommend for both regular cleaning and move out cleaning.

Maids cleaning and more was referred to me by my mother-in-law and I couldn’t be any more grateful for their services! They are very affordable and well worth it when I think about all the hours I save in a week just trying to do what they do all while raising four kids and working as a single mom! Today was the second time I’ve ever gotten my house cleaned professionally and Tristan and Crystal will continue to get my services! They are Very professional, extremely thorough and always on time! They did a great job on our deep clean. Very kind and friendly and my house is now very clean. They let you walk the house before leaving as well. Great job thank you! I will be using them for all my future cleaning needs.

Tristan and Crystal were awesome. They we on time and. Went right to work when they arrived. They methodically worked through the house making sure I was happy with each area as they completed it and informed me every time they found anything that needed fixing. I was thrilled with their attention to detail.

I felt like I was walking into a new house! The cleaning was very professional and my house smelled terrific. The soap scum in my shower was GONE...what's your secret??? I look forward to having them back!

I’m just a bit disappointed. I was told that with my quote for 1.5 bathrooms and a small kitchen would take just under 2 hours with 3 cleaners for a total of $240 which included driving time. After the job was done it took them over 3 hours and I was charged $335 which is $95 over the quote I got. I also tipped $20 on top of that. I just wish I knew it would take over 3 hours for 3 maids to clean 1.5 bathrooms and a kitchen is all and I might of hired somebody else. They did do a decent job though.

I wrote with my first experience but unfortunately it’s not. This was my second time with the service and I was hoping it would be as good as the first but unfortunately - the team was almost an hour late to start, so I felt they rushed through much of the cleaning. As they were rushing to leave I noticed they hadn’t even touched the laundry room - the sink was dirty, etc….once I mentioned
It the sink was cleaned but the counters weren’t even wiped down. After I did a thorough look through after they left - I also noticed the inside of my microwave was not cleaned, my nightstands had not been dusted so I cleaned them myself. The bathtub in the master hadn’t been rinsed thoroughly enough so there was dust and hair in the tub which I had to rinse off. And even though they mopped the floors - there were a lot of particle left on the floor and quite frankly the floors were still dirty (see photo from what I cleaned off the floor in a hallway after they had cleaned). On top of everything - I had an agreed upon price yet which I’ve paid - however I’m getting invoices for a price that is $50 more than what I agreed to and what I paid last time. Upon further review - I went into my hallway bathroom that has a shower - and found shoe prints all over the floor - which indicates that the shower walls may have been cleaned - but clearly the floor had not. So frustrating to have paid for this cleaning (and tipped 20%) to find all these imperfections and basically having to clean the floors and the shower myself! I would have been better off not spending the money and cleaning myself.

The women who work for the cleaning business are very friendly. I had a move-out cleaning service for my home and the cleaning was great but not everything was finished. They had someone come out next day to fix the issue and it was perfect! Thank you :)

I’ve been using Maids Cleaning & More for almost a year now, and they’ve been consistently great! Their pricing is also reasonable, which I really appreciate. It’s hard to find a cleaning service that delivers high-quality work at a fair price, but they do both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy cleaning company!

They did a great job. They were very thorough and very nice to address a few concerns I had.
I like that they send 3 people to clean so they aren’t here for a super long time. They really seem to know what they’re doing. Lots of tricks to take care of hard water stains. I was very pleased with the results.

Absolutely horrible experience, I had a team of 3 people work for 5 hours and still needed them to return the second day based on how they left it. They all smelled like weed and were very rude because I had called them back there. After the first day multiple things in the house were left completely uncleaned and in a bad state. The a majority of the difficult cleaning (bathrooms and fridge) was done by my roommates the day before so its not I didn’t even leave them with much work that would take time. The owner wouldn’t even offer a refund or partial refund. Do not use this service even if its your last option!

Michelle Mares and her crew worked all afternoon on deep cleaning my house in preparation for pictures. They left my home spotless and shiny! I can’t thanks them enough for all their hard work and committed efforts. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again or referring them to a friend. They just do great work! Thank you, ladies.

I am glad for those who gave 5 stars, they received the service as it should be. Not in my case, the 2 women(Angel & Ziara) that came to my place smelled like weed, they did half the job. They dusted 2 out 4 of my ceiling fans. Multiple things were left uncleaned like microwave, the counters weren't even wiped down.
The owner Allen offered to send another team back to fix what the other team missed which I appreciate but I don't have more time since I will travel out of town, that was the reason I wanted the cleaning service, I wanted to get back home and find my place neat and tidy. I paid for a service I ended up doing myself.

Unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience with this company. I hate to bash companies but it is a bit irritating when you pay a good amount for someone to come and clean and they only do half the work. Instead of bashing the company by writing my frustrations in a review, I wanted to give the company a chance to fix the issue. The ladies came and they only did half the job. The room still had pieces if glass from a cup my kid had dropped before they even came over and I thought I'd cleaned it all up but still some shards were left and then still left there after they "cleaned". Looks like they didnt even sweep, just mopped ghe stuff around. My fans didn't get dusted at all which is one of the main reasons I wanted to hire cleaning people because my kid has asthma and bad allergies. A penny was still on the floor that was there before, they didn't even move the trash because it still had stuff on the floor by the wall and even on the wall. They didn't move my dogs crate because by the wall there was still a ton of hair. When I contacted the head hancho he did offer to have a new team come and clean my place again for half the price. Although that's generous, why should I have to pay yet again, even if half the price, for someone to just come and finish the work that should have been done the first time. Instead I would have just appreciated half my money back since half the work was done, which is what I told him. He said he would get back to me and never did. Messaged him 2 weeks later and I saw he read the message but decided to completely ignore it. Til this day I haven't recieved anything from him. Two stars instead of one only because 2 out of the 3 women were very nice. The other one seemed to have am issue with cleaning and an attitude.

*says he offered a new team to come out for free which is a lie. He offered 50% off for a team to come out and I have texts to prove that. But no worries.

Update: Tristan and Crystal were great. Fabulous job - bathroom spotless and after the rug shampoo it looks like new now.
