we had a new mini-split air conditioning system installed at our house, and the whole process went really smoothly. the installation crew was fantastic—foremen leonard and ayden were focused and worked efficiently. theodore and the rest of the team kept us updated all day on how the project was going. they finished the job on time and made sure to clean up everything before leaving. everyone was friendly and helpful, so we would definitely recommend them for hvac work! a little while later, we decided to upgrade our old thermostat. this time, theodore came out for the appointment. he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and arrived right when he said he would. he finished the thermostat replacement quickly and made sure to answer all our questions. once again, we were really pleased with the excellent service and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing help with air conditioning or heating!
