Ben was polite and came to evaluate our AC within an hour. He was quick and efficient and gave us really good information about our current unit and what we can do to maintain it. This was our first time calling his company and we will continue to be customers. He made the situation less stressful and it was very obvious how knowledgeable he is. Highly recommend Fresh Breeze. My AC went out in the heat of summer and it was HOT inside the house to say the least. I called Fresh Breeze and they came out right away and gave me a diagnosis of the problems and outlined my repair options. Bailey was very professional and gave me my options along with his recommendations, in terms that made sense to me as an average Joe... After we agreed on a repair plan, he quickly got to work and we were blowing cool air once again! I know that this service call was just a band-aid to get through this summer but I know who I will be calling when I am ready to replace my 15 year old unit before the summer of 2025!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our AC quit working last night, despite our efforts at home to find a solution. The weather forecast predicted a high of 114 so I was feeling a bit worried, especially as we have two young kids and two dogs at home. Our landlord contacted Ben at Fresh Breeze Heating and Cooling to come fix the issue and Ben was over here in less than hour. He was kind, knowledgeable, and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. I like how he educated us on how to maintain the quality of our AC, especially during these summer months. Thank you, Ben! Your punctual professionalism eased our concerns and I can't wait to sleep comfortably in a cold room tonight.

I have been a customer of Fresh Breeze since 2017. They came on Tuesday 06/16/20 and replaced my A/C Unit. They did it very quickly and without any problems at all. I've never had any issues with Fresh Breeze they are always friendly and professional. They don't try to inflate prices for the work they do like other big name repair companies do. They have always been up front and honest. They are always on time and responsive as well. I would highly recommend Fresh Breeze to any of my friends and family.

Would never call anyone else for my AC needs. I never post reviews but this is absolutely warranted.

They best customer service ever. Owner is communcates well and explains, creative, kind, and polite. That's rare these days. Fresh Breeze is the only place I'm calling and for whom I'll refer to anyone I know or that'll listen.

When having your A/C worked on (by the lowest bidder) make sure when they say "ok you're all done!" That they've plugged in the fuse thingy. He never turned our condenser back on so the a/c never actually turned back on. 🤨🥵🥵🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

AC Tune UP: Fresh Breeze Employee Bailey: basically was here for less then 20 min - try to sell me an AC Capicator Job for 399 Dollars - I basically google it and saw the cost of the price of the capacitor is no greater then 60 dollars - so I asked him why he is charging so much - he state it includes labor too - Form Business prospective, I would understand he charged me extra for the AC Capicator (lets assume 120 Dollar) but to charge 200 plus for labor (plus an additional 65 for service) seems ludicrous to me - Funny part is I watched him and it took him 5 min to take it out and put It back. I did call the market, the prices varies but no one was charging this much.

Back to AC Tune UP: I am not the expert in this, but you would think the evaluation of the coolant level would be a standard.

Overall Disappointment experience. I personally would not recommend them to anyone.
