This is one of the most friendly and professional companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with!!! I would actually give the 6 Stars out of 5. I have already discussed future projects with Brent. Craig and his team were on time and completed the entire installation in less than 3 hours.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of JMAC on top of the final price we paid for our new AC! Our next best price was 3K higher, JMAC is family owned and run, they have been around for 20+ years, which means they can and will back any warranty they give you. They showed up and finished in a matter of a few hours, and the job looks and feels great!!

Quality work at an honest price. From repairs to new installations JMAC has exceeded our every expectation for more than 20 years. Highly recommend JMAC.

We had JMAC replace the original heat pump on our house 7 years ago with a full variable unit & additional return vents. They gave us outstanding service then, resulting in a very good product that has been very efficient and we have had no issues with it for 7 years. We have only interacted with JMAC for checkups on it several times and they have always been great to work with. We recently noticed that our house was not cooling correctly and the thermostat was throwing error codes which it has never done. I placed a call to JMAC on Saturday and left a voice message letting them know the unit was working, but not fully and that I thought we should be fine for the weekend, but wanted to get on the list. They lined us up with an appointment via text for Monday morning. Tanner arrived Monday morning as promised and was great to work with from the start - great attitude and genuine desire to take care of his customers. Our unit was doing some very strange things that required people closer to the manufacturer to remotely look at a few times. It was a process to figure out, but Tanner took great care of us all along the way until the final resolution was found. He put the unit in Quiet Mode to get us through the waiting time for next steps since our unit was partially working, but freezing up and this change greatly reduced that while parts were located in the valley. I cannot say enough about our experience and I had confidence that the result would be what it is based on the first time he walked through our door. We were sold what still seems is a great heat pump 7 years later and this company had a very fair warranty on it which took care of the issues. Tanner ran it down until the end and we have a properly working unit again. We highly recommend Tanner and JMAC for your AC needs!

I called JMAC to service my houses AC units. Tanner our tech was very professional and found two issues that required replacing and repairing. His work was done to our satisfaction and I would recommend them to others looking for AC repairs.

Jmac put in a new ac unit about 4 years ago. Their service is great and they arrive on time for their appointments. I would highly recommend them

The team led by Chris Lopez was amazing- extra care was taken installing the air handler. I have used JMAC previously and they did not disappoint again. Chris was on time, kept me apprised as how install was proceeding. Definitely recommend!!

I can’t say enough good about this company & its employees. Brent came out & talked with me about what I needed. No pushing into something I didn’t need. Constant contact & his men came, took out the old HVAC & had the new installed in about 5 hours. The two installers were polite, friendly, & took the time to explain the new system. Everything was cleaned up & hauled away. If you need a new unit, I would highly recommend JMAC.

JMAC was great to deal with, very quick to respond, honest, and reasonably priced. First company I had out tried to talk me into a new A/C unit and gave a much larger quote to fix my issues. Tanner seemed very knowledgeable, was on time and did a great job getting our repairs done! I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Zach for HVAC service at our home. He was punctual, courteous, clearly knowledgeable about his work, efficient, clean, and thorough. We had JMAC install a new system almost 2 years ago so this was just a check in to make sure it was all running as it should. Zach went above and beyond by checking the full system and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.

We are so happy with our new Variable Speed AC! Looking forward to some lower bills this summer! The prices were very honest compared to other quotes we received. The installation team was very professional and thorough. They took the time to answer any questions that came up. They cleaned up everything so well, as if they hadn't even been here. Brent never tried to pressure us to buy. A very honest and enjoyable experience. He was always quick to explain the process and even helped us with financing. He said he wanted to educate not just sell a product. He gave us the information and let us decide what was best for us! JMAC is an Exceptional Company! Thank you!

Update: 2025 - We’ve worked with JMAC Air Conditioning across multiple homes and they’ve consistently been the solution when others failed. From beating everyone’s price on our Chandler home, to coming through for our sister-in-law in Gilbert with a full unit replacement and ongoing annual service, JMAC has earned our trust time and time again.

Most recently, we bought a home in Mesa that was under a maintenance plan with another well-known A/C company. Despite paying $2,200 for a tune-up in March—and maintaining the unit regularly for over 3 years—the system still failed. To make matters worse, their technician showed up with no record of prior service, no awareness of our history, and simply told us we needed a new unit.

Enter JMAC: in the middle of triple-digit heat, they were out within two days—with a crane, a replacement unit, and the best price out there. They handled it all with speed, professionalism, and transparency.

At this point, we won’t be using anyone else. JMAC is reliable, honest, and a true lifesaver when you need them most.

We were in a bind and needed a new Air Conditioner in 2023. The team was friendly, polite, cost conscious, and offer value with the service. I had a horrible experience with another AC Company and went without an AC for 20 days. I called Brent in a desperate state and he was very compassionate and extremely helpful. He came through with a unit and gave me a fair price. He also fit me in as soon as he could (which was a reasonable timeframe). If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They never disappoint me and I would recommend them to everyone.
