Air conditioner going out on a holiday weekend , I expected to wait and suffer in the heat for several days .
JMAC fit me in and had my unit running within a few hours .
Good communication, respectful , prompt and prompt.

It is such a relief to find an HVAC company I feel I can trust. Brandon is exceptional - knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

JMAC has come to my house a few times to work on my two American Standard AC units. Each time they've sent a true professionals with great communication skills. They're fast and knowledgeable, and have quoted me much less than other companies that work on American Standard units in The Valley. I highly recommend them. Shout out to Tanner, Zach, and the rest of the team for bailing me out mid-summer!

JMAC Heating & Cooling did an exceptional job installing a Bosch a/c. First, the old unit was placed above the roof line. JMAC accommodated and devised a stand that allowed the unit to be below the roofline, and did not charge me extra. My house looks fabulous. Second, their quote was 30% less than another company I contacted. Finally, Craig and Matthew were excellent at their job and explained the potential challenges of air flow with the new design, the process and reprogrammed the thermostat. In addition to their skill set they were charming and erudite. Not necessarily what you look for in an a/c technician, but nevertheless they were wonderful to work with.

I just get a new system. Good place fast in install no way too long thanks you guy. Excellent job in my house.

Choosing JMAC Heating & Cooling to install a new heat pump at my house was a great choice. Brent arrived at my house to look over my existing system, so that he could come up with an estimate. He was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. Later in the day, I received estimates for four different systems, ranging from a basic single stage heat pump to a high end variable speed heat pump. Even the most expensive option was priced within my budget and that's what I ended up buying. On the morning of the installation, Nicholas and two others promptly got to work and we're finished around 2 PM. They did a great job! The American Standard heat pump is very quiet and cools the house quickly. I would highly recommend JMAC Heating & Cooling for installation of new systems and for service of old ones.

Had 2 other companies tell me my 10 year old unit was too old and gave me quotes for replacement. I was referred to Jmac and made an appointment with them. The technician Tanner took time to diagnose the problem. Turned out one of the other companies messed up when they were throwing refrigerant in. After a good cleaning and refill the AC is doing great and they referred to it as young lol. Excellent service hope they are in business a long time.

Tanner was out in less than an hour. Since the condenser was not running at all … but the inside unit was, he quickly zero’d in on the fuse box by the condenser which was missing a 120V connection. With a loose connection the contact had heated up and blew one of the fuses. He replace box, fixture, fuse and tightened to spec … with much more care than the previous HVAC company. All for a cost less than a typical capacitor replacement. The renter is happy so I am happy. This is the 3rd time JMAC Heating and Cooling has impressed me.

He took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity, making sure I understood everything about the work he was doing. What really stood out was how personable and kind he was — it honestly felt like having a trusted family member helping us out. My experience with JMAC from consultation, quote, to installation was outstanding. After having several competitors come to my home, the honesty and integrity from this company beat out the rest. I am so happy with my end result, and the service I received.

Craig and team did an excellent job of getting installing our new mini split for the garage. They made sure to take their time and do everything just the way we wanted it done. We also had other trades people out working on the garage at the same time and they were more than happy to ensure that everyone had the space that they needed to get their work done. A lot of trades folks out there would have left and finished another day but Craig and team stayed and got the job done. Thank you JMAC and Craig!

Hard to believe it has been over 29 years since I met John McDowell. Today a JMAC crew installed a new air handler for us. It is so great to see attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and professional, polite service have been passed on the the next generation of installers. Easter Sunday years ago, John personally returned my phone call. The fan in our compressor quit and John took the time to explain the color coding on the spare I had so we could salvage the warm Easter day. That's service above and beyond. I am blessed to be friends with this awesome company.

It’s hard to find a competent AC company you can trust, but JMAC is exactly that. I was fooled by another company’s marketing. When the price seemed dishonest I called JMAC and am glad I did. saved me literally Thousands.

The JMAC team of Nick and Brent showed up on time and very friendly. Answered all of my questions. The installation was a bit difficult fitting the new Air Handler into the space since it was larger than the old one. They got it in and connected without any issues. Nick also did an excellent job installing the outdoor unit and rerouting the line set. They totally protected our home in all of the work areas. I would highly recommend JMAC and the installation team of Nick and Brent. They did an excellent job.
