We arrived in the Phoenix area from another state to deal with the sale of a house. Didn’t know any HVAC contractors here and called JMAC based on Google reviews and seeing them on the HOA’s website. Tanner arrived when he said he would, was incredibly honest assessing the state of our system, and did great work. The final bill was very reasonable and I would highly recommend both Tanner and JMAC.

Brandon did a great job of fixing our AC problem. He was very professional, informative and honest. Our repair was completed for a fraction of the price quoted by another company. Will definitely use JMAC again for any HVAC service and repairs.

It was a fabulous experience, very professional polite workers. Craig greeted us and called me by my name all day long. We would highly recommend your company for repair or new installation.

We are very happy with Zach from JMAC Air Conditioning. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in fixing our air conditioning unit. We highly recommend him and his company.

Issues with the heating system
JMAC sent out a most competent and friendly technician— Tanner. He went to work and got us back up and going in short order. And this was on a national holiday. Try and find better service anywhere.

Jake and crew were fabulous, clean and neat. Jake was so helpful explaining the new system and setting things up for me. Would highly recommend JMAC to anyone looking for service or new units

JMAC did my annual spring check and cleaning. They’re professional, dependable and reasonably priced. Been using them for over 20 years and have recommended them to several friends and family who were also impressed.

Couldn’t give 5 stars because I couldn’t get them to take my money, Brent would not give me the quote he promised or else would not follow up. I appreciate that he came to my home and was friendly and very informative in providing different options but in the end my time was absolutely wasted and I understand that maybe I’m being vetted as a customer all the same. I was told I’d have quotes within a day but they didn’t come, so after re-confirming my email 2 more times over a week with no reply, I decided to give my money to another. I see that smaller outfits may have great “family” service but this just confirms why the bigger ones may be more reliable. Maybe something came up, who knows and it’s a shame, I was looking forward to their work after reading so many awesome reviews.
