Norris Air was the business of choice recommended to us by the woman we bought the home from. We've been customers since 2024 and since have had work done on the old AC, purchased a new AC, and of course a summer check up. Recently signed up for their yearly special of a checkup and also a cleaning. Service people have always been polite, explain what they are doing and offered advice. Office people are courteous, willing to help and most of all. patient. Thanks Norris

Norris has been the best A/C install experience we have ever had. The team (Angel, Victor, and Kevin) did an amazing job - took their time to get all details right (install of 2 new 14 seer units, rework ducts, ecobee thermostats) and answered all questions I had. They were prompt and showed up on time each day. They cleaned up after and were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous - a real pleasure to work with. Their crew leader Ray made sure things were progressing nicely. The GM Cory and owner Paula showed up to check up on things too. Amazing team and the quality/craftsmanship/attention to detail was fantastic. I really do recommend Norris. A/C units need to be installed right, by people that know what they are doing. This is the company to choose - fantastic work, thank you!

Amazing customer service I had just had surgery and went to turn on my heat wouldn't come on. This company came out the next business day for Me. Dan the service man was wonderful took care of issue and thoroughly checked over everything. I highly recommend this company.

I had the second of my two yearly check ups on my hvac. The technician was very nice, professional, & helpful. He explained everything to me, took care of everything quickly. They give very good service, & follow up with any ?'s or concerns. Would highly recommend.

About 2 months ago our AC went out of a Friday evening (113 that weekend), but I was able to get a call to Norris Air prior to their closing. The sent a tech out the next morning and after troubleshooting, the AC was kaput (it was 20 years old).
They were able to get an AC and get it installed early Tuesday morning. The techs were nice, informed and worked quickly. However, they didn't do a great job of cleaning up and putting patio furniture back where they found it. I really shouldn't complain, they were a little rushed to get to the next job, kind of squeezed me in. I only mention it because you may want to make a point of asking them to put everything back and remove all of their trash.
It's been working great and definitely quieter than my 2 neighbors. It also seem pretty energy efficient.
Although I wasn't in a position to compare pricing, the fact they came out quickly, did a great job, and installed was appears to be a great AC, is why I gave them 5 Stars.

We used Norris Air for our 1st preventive service for our AC. Wonder job with any recommendations to help prolong the life of the system. We will have them come out for all our HVAC needs. Family run is a plus along with being in business since 1973! Darien did a great job!

Darien was the best! In fact in the 3 years since we have lived here he is the only tech we have seen! And that's great. It is always very reassuring to have a skilled, pleasant technician like Dan do the service contract on our air conditioner. He is always focused on making sure it is efficient and running beautifully. With the Arizona summers breaking records in high temperatures, knowing someone like Dan serviced it gives me peace of mind. Thanks Dan!!

Dan and the entire team at Norris Air were awesome! Came home from a vacation to find that our AC was not blowing cold and the house was over 95 degrees! Thought it was just the breaker that tripped but after it tripped again we knew something was wrong. Called Norris on a Saturday morning and Dan was out before 12:30 the same day! Dan was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a bad capacitor and even found an underlying issue with our breaker being the incorrect size for our unit. Dan fixed the capacitor and gave us guidance on the correct breaker and was so friendly and helpful it was the easiest AC fix we have ever had. Dan was so helpful, not pushy and friendly! We are so thankful to Norris Air and Dan for prioritizing us and getting us back up and running in this oppressive heat that we live in AZ. Thanks so much Norris Air!

I had Norris Air service my a/c and was very pleased with the service. I especially found their tech, Darien, to be very knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and showed me two damaged parts that he was able to replace. I will definitely use them again.

Many thanks to Technician Dan from Norris Air for taking my after-hours call to get my A/C working again after it started blowing hot air into my home. I appreciate the very quick response and getting my system cooling again. I have been a long-time customer of Norris air and am very happy with their service. Dan always explains the issues well and is dedicated to getting the system in good working status.

Darien came to service our air conditioners, an gave us a thorough and professional inspection. We have had Darien for several years and he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He cares about the quality of work he performs and always asks if we have any questions for him.

Never Ever a good thing when your ac is acting up, BUT my experience was eased by Norris Air and Technician Dan. Absolutely no pressure just suggestions and advice. Peace of mind knowing I have found a relieable company and tech for my future needs. You can't go wrong and won't be sorry! Was so lucky to find this company and technician Dan!!
